Me, I had to work. A friend logged my characters on for the contest, but from what I gather I didn't even make it to the semi-finals 
I'm so fond of Magnetic Zhen's costume too ... I guess that's what I get for having her on Virtue though.

After seeing some of the costumes that showed up on Victory, I'm not at all suprised mine didn't get picked. Theres some folk with bloody good design sense. ( pic of folks after)
It was pretty cool to see some of the folk from the boards too. (ok, so I'm a lurker around here, I'll have to fix that

Defintely lookin forward to seein the results of who wins. And thanks to the MMO Art people for the opportunity, it was fun!

I had a really great time in the Protector contest!
Winter's True Spirit got to the semi finals! Total grats to Queen of the Darned for winning, she looked great.
Even though Protector often sports the 'lowest population' tag, I've never seen that many folks turn out for an official event *via the forums* - I know most of the folks there *had* to have seen it all here, that's kind of impressive.
It started very small... early in the evening.
But it started to get better...
It just grew and grew
Until...
I couldn't even get the whole line in the shots!
Judging this must have been hard

There were a lot of people not in the contest who were happy to watch and support! Some were standing behind the judges and on the platform and even at the hero side bar, watching everything.
I just wanted those people to know they had some great costumes too (in case you thought you weren't noticed standing back there)

Was definately fun! I didn't realize so many of the forum regulars here also played on Victory! A few that I recognized (that I currently remember) are Mardun, Mistress Vine, Mr. Majesty... I know there were more, but I can't recall them at the moment.
Mr. North Korea (two to the left of Mardun) was standing next to me, and I knew he was going to be picked. Judges kept pausing in front of him. (Note to self: Don't stand next to good costumes )

Yeah! Only 41. At one point I became an ALt-oholic.
