The issue updates give powerset specifics! This gives nothing but story!
Probably a reason why the update is called 'issue 7a' though.

Also, in the game, the typo appears in one of the missions in reverse. I tried to bug it but didn't at the time know how to do that. (I do now.) It says (from memory now) that the agent want's to lose something except that it spells it "loose".
The first paragraph or two of both heroes and villains do seem to suggest Side switching but when you read the rest of it, the release is clearly talking about the 40-50 PvP zone which sounds awesome!

My gawd... Don't bother /bugging them... I've seen hundreds of spelling/grammar/typo mistakes and /bug'd dozens, but when I see the same ones over n over months later, I lose my will to help : )
I keep praying (and I'm a devout Agnostic - figure that out) for Cryptic or NC Soft to get an editor, but this doesn't appear too realistic. Course it's not like this problem is limited to this game... I read novels all the time that are filled with typo's, and I'm pretty sure they do get 'once overed' by an editor... No attention to detail : (

Why you jump to such a conclusion? The text says nothing that would indicate Mayhem missions are only available to level 40+.

Seing as Paragon City in general is not a PvP zone, and we have instanced mission in Paragon City as early as level 20 (maybe even earlier). I would guess that Mayhem mission will be instanced missions, occasionally in Paragon City.
In addition, the text says newfound strength. Which, if anything, would suggest that Mayhem missions are available from the get go.
