Description: Halloween Base theme items (pls see above post for details). Items include several different Jack-o-Lanterns, uncarved pumkins (ie similar/same as the ones in Croatoa), spider web wall hangings or "room divider" webbing (that can be put between two objects to make it look like they where spun here (similar to the bedsheets in the Malise/Mother Mayhem mission in the Praetorian arcs)), witch NPCs, bats to hang from ceiling, Fog machine, and similar halloween Decor as you'd have at your home in RL for a party or trick or treaters. possibly some "wallpaper" like the temp ones you can get in RL, examples: My fav, the creepy trees, for that DA zone feeling..

Limitations: These theme decors can only be unlocked during the specific holiday events that they match.. ie, pumkin's from halloween, blinking tree/house/whatnot lights from the winter event, heart strings, cards, signs.. from vday. During the rest of the year, these items can't be unlocked, so a group has to wait till the event comes around again.

Sometimes, through the course of play, we come across Enhancements which increase just the aspects of a power which we'd love to augment. However, said Enhancement is useable only by another Origin. Other times, we find Enhancements which we'd love to give to a friend... who is not of the correct Origin to truly appreciate our generosity. As such:

Adjunct Conversion Appliance/Annex Transmorgification Apparatus
Originally suggested by: Vishalicious
Category: Workshop
Customizable? N
Type: Purchased
Description: Through complex machine re-rendering, or occult practice, this device allows Enhancements of a specific Origin to be converted into Enhancements of another Origin.
Limitations: Single Origin (SO) Enhancements can be placed into this device and, once it is activated, the very fabric of their design can be altered and reconstructed to tune them into synchronistic accord with the essence of another Origin. Enhancements will retain their bonus and affect the attribute which was originally effected. For example, a level 40 Mutation Accuracy SO can be converted into a level 40 Magic Accuracy SO. This device cannot be made to operate on Enhancements other than SO's.

Level 50 at last:
VICTORY HEROES: Stonefall (Grav/Kin/Psy), Earthwave (Earth/Rad/Fire), Nae'bliss (Invul/Fire), Paradox Black Omega (Kat/Reg/Weap)
PROTECTOR VILLAINS: Ba'alat (SS/Will/Soul), Mechalomaniac (Bots/Dark/Soul)

Limited workarounds have been found to allow base builders to use Origin symbols for various reasons, most commonly to distinguish Enhancement Containers which are intended to hold Enhancements of a specific Origin. The decorative items proposed below would allow base builders to make this distinguishment with more ease, and could also be used for solely decorative purposes.

Origin Stands/Banners/Plaques/Floor Tiles
Originally suggested by: Vishalicious
Category: Room Details, Wall Details
Customizable? N
Type: Purchased
Description: These stands and banners (like the SG floor stands and wall banners), plaques (like the teleport beacons), and floor tiles (like the SG Floor tiles) contain Origin images, which can be used by base creators to distinguish items such as Enhancement Containers which are intended to hold only Enhancements of a specific Origin, or simply as decorative items.
Limitations: Purely Decorative. The items could be made to include Dual Origin images and Generic Enhancement images as well, but over a long time period, I think the 5 normal Origin images would prove most enduring.

Level 50 at last:
VICTORY HEROES: Stonefall (Grav/Kin/Psy), Earthwave (Earth/Rad/Fire), Nae'bliss (Invul/Fire), Paradox Black Omega (Kat/Reg/Weap)
PROTECTOR VILLAINS: Ba'alat (SS/Will/Soul), Mechalomaniac (Bots/Dark/Soul)

Item name Holiday themes
Originally suggested by: The Sleepy

Description: Holiday decor themes for bases. These themes have a linked "holiday SG badge" under the accolades section that is unlocked when an sg has had X number of their members take part in getting the badges/finnishing missions for the event while in SG mode (nothing too high, so as to not exclude the smaller SGs that might only have something like 10 ppl in them, or maybe linked to defeates of that holidays sig mobs). Upon earning this Badge, the SG would have access to a new category of base decor "Holiday" (or added to existing categories, a new one just seemed better for purposes of finding items) which would have the specific base decore items that match the event. This would allow SGs to decorate their bases to their own likings, while avoiding offending those who don't like said holiday by having things in public (ie, non christians having to deal with xmas trees in atlas square and the like, or offending those who don't celebrate halloween with massive pumkin patches).

As time goes on, extra holiday items can be added at the same events for the next yr. For example: for the first halloween set, add a couple types of Jack-o-lanterns, and maybe a couple other usual house decore items (you can get inspiration on what from stores in a month ^_^). Then when Halloween comes around the next year, add another jackolantern face/size, and maybe a spiderweb wall cover or something.. keep it up for several years in the same maner some ppl collect electric jack-o-lanterns and the game will have a very nice selection that won't be killer to make. If you do something that lets you recolor the light strings, the same decor item can be used for many different holidays, or just collecting the different ones.. (blue for example, useable both for halloween and Hanukkah, depending on shade of course)

If control of base music/a base jukebox is ever added, special holiday music could be added as well (probably easiest with Halloween).

Limitations: These theme decores can only be unlocked during the specific holiday events that they match.. ie, pumkin's from halloween, blinking tree/house/whatnot lights from the winter event, heart strings, cards, signs.. from vday. During the rest of the year, these items can't be unlocked, so a group has to wait till the event comes around again.

Randomly Generated SG Base Missions
Originally suggested by: Pyrotechnic, as far as I know.
Category: Control Aux
Customizable? N
Type: Unlocked/Crafted
Description: For when the new telepad beacon comes out that teleports you to an active mission, I suggest the mission computer dispense randomly generated door-missions (like the newspaper) only accessible through the telepad beacon, allowing a person to run missions without leaving the comfort of their own base. This would also give people more reason to spend time in their base.
Limitations: To avoid having the mission stuck in your mission log should you lose SG membership/access to a telepad with a mission beacon, the missions could all be timed, like the PvP door missions.

I think Randomly generated SG Missions should be given out by that (currently useless) Mission Computer.

I also think it would be great if SG missions could auto side-kick/exemp everyone to the same level as the mission taker. That would be really helpful for Super Groups.

I agree. I've posted about the idea for random mish's from the SG computer. I didn't think about that auto exemp/sidekick thing. That sounds good then anyone in the SG can do the mish's and bring the SG together more.

Oooh I like this. Capturing important/fun supergroup moments for all to see. Great for a Trophy Room. Something like this would remind members that they're part of a team , not just individuals. Make it clickable for a close-up view.

I don't like the auto-sk thing. I makes it more of a goal to get your toon up in levels. Not to mention 7 toons SK'd in a mission would be a bad thing. You wouldn't have the powers to take on the mission. Just like in real life and the comics, people without the proper training need to be left behind, unless you have enough vets to facilitate the rookies.

Auto-Mal is just fine though

Sewer Works
Suggested by: BrokenShadows (to lazy to look for other possible links)
Category: Room Detail
Custom: Yes (multiple types <corners, fourways, etc.&gt
Type: Unlockable (after unspecified # of sewer missions)
Description: Just a plain, down the middle of the room, dank running water (think sewer missions people)
Limitations: Nothing can be placed in or on the space used by the decoration.

We have sewer walls, sewer decorations, but nothing else to give the full "feel" of the place.

Statues
Suggested by: RobotClown
Category: Decorative
Custom: No
Type: Purchased
Description: I know that statues have already been suggested...but rather than heavily-customizable statues, a simpler option would be to offer 2-3 different statue types (say, male, female and huge) in a couple of different sizes (e.g., life-size and giant). These could be gradually added to by offering different poses (taking flight, heroic hands-on-hips, etc.) Also be nice to offer the same statues in a corroded/crumbling texture for villain groups or sewer-based teams.

Residential Decor
Suggested by: RobotClown
Category: Decorative
Custom: No
Type: Purchased
Description: Yeah, this has been suggested before too: more beds, nightstands, kitchen appliances, etc. Add to that weight machines and exercize equipment, fireplaces, and a bigger selection of framed artwork. Also, some elegant trim and baseboard options (crown molding, egg-and-dart, braid, etc.), some wallpaper patterns options and a variety of rugs and runners. Wall alcoves would also be nice -- suitable for those statues, urns or potted plants. I realize placing this on a wall could be problematic, but see below:

Wall Sections
Suggested by: RobotClown
Category: Decorative
Custom: No
Type: Purchased
Description: I'd really like to see placeable walls, usefull for breaking up larger rooms. It would go a long way in letting us customize the space. Purchasable in sections, in the same decorative options as regular walls, in 2 or 3 different heights.

Archways
Suggested by: RobotClown
Category: Decorative
Custom: No
Type: Purchased
Description: A variety of arch or doorframe options, only placeable around doorways.

Thematic Decor
Suggested by: RobotClown
Category: Decorative
Custom: No
Type: Purchased
Description: I'd like to see more than the Tech/Arcane/Asian motifs we're stuck with. Medieval has already been suggested (suits of armor, coats of arms, etc.) How about Egyptian (sarcophogi, idols, hieroglyphics)? African (masks, grass or reed-patterned walls, African shield and spear wall hanging)? Greco-Roman (mosaics, Corinthian/Ionic/Doric columns, pedastals, etc.)?

Trophies
Suggested by: RobotClown
Category: Decorative
Custom: No
Type: Purchased/Unlocked
Description: Trophies from supergroup missions would be excellent.

Thin Walls/doors
Suggested by: Someone else, I'm just revising.
Category: Decorative
Custom: No
Type: Purchased
Description: Basically, similar to the placement of pillars, placable walls matching the decor of the room, except incredibly thin. As walls right now are simply huge columns of filled in space, these would serve as thinner dividers to partition off space in a room. The walls would be from the floor to the cieling, and likely come in lengths of one floor tile to one half of a tile, placable at the edges between floor tiles. Selections Would also include wall sections with doors. If placable along sections of floor that are raised on one side of the wall and lowered on the other, it would be nice.

Description: This item appears as a computerized database or an album on a stone pedestal. Players can rifle through the contents of each to learn of the accomplishments of their peers. What this means is that these items track SG/VG members' badges. This is useful for coordinating badge missions amongst members, or amongst members such as myself, with many alts.
Limitations: If a player leaves the SG/VG, all record of that character's accomplishments are struck from the device. Badge progress is not accounted, only currently held badges.
