For skins, why not stick with a few existing already in game?
Mercs: Crey officers, Council, etc
Robots: PPD Hardsuits, Clockwork (Prae and old), etc
Necro: (kinda short list...) Ghouls
Demons: Circle of Thorn mages
Just a quick suggestion... -
Although more of a new set than an actual weapon suggestion: Dual -Melee- for the Dual Blades animations. Escrima sticks, mace, etc.

But what is considered a non-Kheldian? I personally have a non-form (except the quantum flight form) Peacebringer. She has all of the energy/light-based powers of a normal Peacebringer, but no Crab or Squid form. The reason? I know this might sound a bit odd, but my excuse is her mother was pregnant with her at the time of the hosting. The supernatural change affected the fetus, without splintering the Kheldian.

I've always liked the idea of the MM Robotics summon. Do all of the emote (Arm tap, sound, cage drop, etc.) except, the cage drops on the player then open to reveal the new costume. More flair? Have the PC be crouched inside. I thought this would have been a great addition to the Cyborg pack.

Actually, I had the same view of the DA region. It, especially the fog, reminded me of the Silent Hil game series. Daemon entities, ghosts, etc all even feed into this. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want that sort of revamp or story arc. The idea of story arcs, contacts and other additions are a great idea though.
Story arc ideas? What about stopping the near success of the resurrection of the sleeping entity, Lughebu? Hell, maybe even make it a TF. -

Sewer Works

Category: Room Detail
Custom: Yes (multiple types <corners, fourways, etc.>
Type: Unlockable (after unspecified # of sewer missions)
Description: Just a plain, down the middle of the room, dank running water (think sewer missions people)
Limitations: Nothing can be placed in or on the space used by the decoration.
We have sewer walls, sewer decorations, but nothing else to give the full "feel" of the place.
