I really like these last two. As someone who belongs to a group that will be on the basic plot for the forseable future, these really provide inspiration.
Here is our base. The supergroup actually started out as just a reason to keep folks from inviting us to SG's because we did not have CoV and saw no reason to join one.... Around the time we got CoV, there was someone who posted about his supergroup of one with a base and it became a challenge to do something like that. We now have about 17 bonafide members not counting alts. Our goal is very realistic, maximize this plot size for a PvE focused base and group.

First, thanks to everyone who has posted pics of their base! I have learned so much and our SG base looks so much better because of tips and tricks I learned here.
Second, at one point somewhere on the CoH forums, I saw a picture of a hero statue that someone had in their base. I can't find the post now unfortunately. The statue looked like it was twice the size of the typical person, was the same pose you see many of the zone statues in, and I can't remember what room the poster said they placed it in.
Anyway, is this a craftable item? Is it a defense item maybe? I would love to have a hero statue in our base! Any information would be greatly appreciated.

That is a craftable arcane control item called a Mystic Advisor. It has the same stats as the Holo display and I think is crafted on the advanced forge...?

SI Radio has many DJs and listeners whom hold City of Heroes close to their hearts. We will be supporting many efforts to keep CoH ALIVE!!
Where did the desktop & CRT monitor on that desk come from? Are these items available in COV bases?

Its the turbine generator, thats the 2ed level power unit. It costs 1.5 million prestige but I cant recall right off the top of my head how much power it generates. But it will generate more the enough power for a little bit longer (that is 2 or 4 more guns).

All base items are available in both CoHs and CoVs and yes it is a desk that comes with the computer on it all ready. Its one of the first items in the Desks tab.

Thanks for the response Katfood! This is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, our base won't have any rooms that allow defensive items for awhile. Too bad. Some of the stuff (like the Black Dragon arcane pain field) is so cool looking!

They need to have the defensive and control items have versions that are purely decorative. Too many cool-looking things there that are going to be unavailable for a large number of bases.

I think I suggested something like this. Decoy Items. A look-alike item that has half the hit points.
Attackers walk into a room and see two generators, they start beating on one, when it gets to half, it self destructs, they know it was the decoy.
Or better yet, put the decoy in a decorative room.
Heck, have one in EVERY room. LOL
Not just gennerators either, rez rings, control aux. anything that is targettable during a raid. ( except maybe anchors and IoPs )
