That's an awesome epic pool.
Are there also powers to use Synapse as a shield, a doorstop, and a baseball bat?

Don't worry. Synapse's shoes have -Regen. And his head. And his costume. Also cats. Plants. Trees. Rocks. Cars. Certain types of fruit found locally. Wristwatches. Fire. Ice. Electricity. Psi. Salt. Polyunsaturated fats. Monounstaturated fats. Figs. Will Ferrell.
Everything does, really.

As cute as this is, why CAN'T brutes and tanks toss teammates? Nothing in the world would make me happier than being able to toss a scrapper/stalker buddy at an enemy mob, especially if it gave them some sort of very short duration damage boost. Would love to see the game have more power combos, where 2 ATs could combine for a special attack of some sort.
[/ QUOTE ]
I agree. Something like this would skyrocket the coolness factor of the game significantly. Tanks/brutes can "Fastball Special" another melee AT into a mob of foes, fliers can pick people up and drop them into mobs...stuff like this (and the much-discussed "gestalt powers" of several months ago) are incredibly novel and well-documented in the lexicon but extremely difficult to program and execute.
Still, though, I want the Synapse-As-A-Weapon epic pool.
Have you or someone you know been the victim of Nerd Rage?

No one gives us electric blasters a fair shake. Come on guys!
[/ QUOTE ]
If you want, we can shake Synapse like a ragdoll before we throw him.
[/ QUOTE ]
If, instead of shaking, you take a wool cloth and rub his head before tossing, you get a Short Circuit effect where he hits.

I think we'd prefer the ability to grab him by the ankles and use him as a human club.
I have an idea. It starts with 's' and ends with 'litting their throats.'"

I lov it!!
That'd be the super-shizzle. Like when Colossus would hurl Wolverine @somethin big 'n nas-T.... SNIKT!!!
They already nerfed my Brutes' costumes anyway. There just isn't much left of them!
Brutes need a -COOL because we're so awesome. NERF OUR UBER1337NESS!
Just don't touch pie. In fact, pie needs some serious buffs.
Hell, I die all the time, and I lose missions every now and then too. Brutes are slow, brutes recover hp and endurance pretty slowly too. Now that my Brute has some DOs and is level 20 and has some good defense and resistance and stamina and health drains, he's better off. I wouldn't mind if we needed to be nerfed though. I know that sometimes our attacks can get really insane if we just pump inspirations and keep going, but that might be what the peeps want--people who, if they aren't afraid to pop a pill, become gradually stronger and stronger until RAAARR.
I love my brute, he's such fun to RP too -and- he got to punch Synapse. Captain Ghoul kicked his butt all over the place though, but once I get him up to 25 we'll see who has the last laugh!
On another note, I think using Synapse as a weapon should just be a power pool. He's spindly, you don't need to be a brute to wield him effectively (though it probably helps)
Whacking Positron with Synapse would be the perfect crime; two people dead, no murder weapon.
Of course, crack Posi's armor, and there won't be much for forensics to do anywhere near the site.
