I spent about a week camping KR for Paladin, 2-3 hours a night jumping between spawn points. Finally caught him at the weekend, right before I was going to log off around 2 or 3 am. Someone else who'd been camping a spot spotted him.
Catching some of these spawns seems to be a lot of luck, I KNOW that they don't have a max spawn time of 1 hour because I've camped for many of them 2-3 hours at a time. So if Sally is supposed to be the rare spawn...something's not right.
The thing about Adammaster, Jurrasik, and Krakken to an extent is they're way off in the middle of nowhere. You pretty much have to get really lucky while in the zone, or spend a significant amount of time camping for them...because even if you get a warning from someone that spots one of them, you're not going to be able to travel there before it's taken down. I would love to see these guys spawn at a maximum of 1 hour, and the things in the more easily accesible zones/areas at 2-3.
Also, any monster that only awards badges to the highest damage team should spawn more often.
Anyone know if the Sally hit counts for an entire team?

He isn't rare.. he is untraceable!
The spawn rate on Justice is such.. that I haven't even heard of him in months.
Please check the spawn rates of all the monsters. We have been asking for a very long time on the spawn rates of these events.

Well, the rumor is that the mobs in DA tell you when he's coming or due. I say this is a rumor because I was there last week and heard the shaman say things like "He has arrived!" so I spent the next hour or so looking for him to no avail. I frequently go hunting for him (as a Games Workshop fan I love the badge title!), but have never seen him outside of the Portal mission.
The only time I ever saw Jurassik was when someone sent out a broadcast about him. I sent a tell for an invite, and by the time I got there a team of three 47-50's were there too. We asked if we could join their team, and they said it was full. Needless to say, my teammate and I were both level 42, so we didn't do as much damage as three 47-50's. No badge. 
I really think that Adamastor is under the same problem timer as Sally.

Heh, I read this thread right before logging in last night, and less than a minute after I was in the game, someone reported Jurassik on th Justice Badge channel. Thankfully it was a nice team who waited for all the team mates to get there before starting to bring him down.
Also, later on, someone asked how often Krakken spawns, and a couple people said every day or two.
Not only will she spawn more, but I hear they are giving her a contagious disease/blood plague! You can only rid yourself of the plague by rubbing yourself on War Witch which leads to a host of other problems.......

As you can see by my "Graemlin".. I am quite frankly.. shocked. It isn't that you guys screwed up. It is that you freely admit to doing so.
I couldn't give a flying flip about Sally myself. At least not the badge. I am not a badge person. I am a RPer.. and that is enough for me. I don't do the badge thing unless I am just bored beyond all belief.
Even so.. you guys truely rock. Even if it is something I hold no interest in.. I am just so amazed. I have been in games with dev teams that would rather turn their backs and plug their ears than admit to screwing up. They let the problem go on rather than admit to being human.

You truely rock, sir. Though I do have something to blame on you. I will never be able to stand a lesser degree of quality than this MMORPG has let me experience. Despite being slightly jaded(hey.. I have been playing since issue one).. this is most certainly the best MMO around.. and it isn't just the gameplay that makes it so fantastic.

Exactly. In only 3 weeks, I have gotten Kraken, Jurassik, Adamaster, Pumpkin King, Jack in Irons and the Kronos Titan.
So is the new Sally spawn system up now on live?
I wouldn't know if it is live for the Sally respawn rate, but I have the Believer & Geas badges.

same here as I am not going to camp in croa anymore for her. either she never shows or so many solo'in lvl 50's with uber travel ability comb the lake none stop giving us no chance to attack her

How about you chill out and just wait?
They have a lot of issues they're trying to work out (looping sound crash...kind of a LOT more important than the Sally fix).
If you can't chill and wait a few days, then you have a serious problem...
