Sooo, is it fixed in this patch?
I'm assuming not....
I PM'd cuppa in regard to the spawn rate fix. And the answer was that yes, the spawn rate was also adjusted in the 10/14/05 patch.

Look in the Test Forum I've already tested that Sally has been patched correctly

Funny thing on the Kraken - in my various alts back on Infinity I have the Kraken badge from Perez, and that was just on casual fly throughs. Since moving shop to Triumph, and making a Search & Rescue character, I have spent LOTS of time in Perez just patrolling, and haven't seen the Kraken once. It does seem the spawning on him has gone down...

Yes They fixed Sally. I was there from maybe 12 am to 7 am and she spawned roughly 7 times while i was there helping freinds and solo'ers get her badge.

They put a new patch on test 10/11/2005. The Croatoa Citizens no longer KS Sally but the spawn rate is still being checked by CuppaJo.
