"Legacy" is one of Guardian's most swiftly-growing Supergroups and we're looking for a few good heroes to join our ranks!
We're a close-knit group of casual players who partake in every facet of gameplay from PvP to badge hunting. Our members make every effort to team with each other whenever possible (no matter what level) and are never too busy to help those in need. Normal Time of Gameplay: You shouldn't have any problems finding some of us on at all hours, a couple of us run with people in completely opposite ends of the Earth so we're used to odd hours.
Other Information: We're a couple of mil short of being in the top 100 sg's. We've also recently renivated and have a mostly mixed theme of tech and arcane styles. Two inspiration bins, an Auto-Doc, three invention tables, two personal salvage storage units, a large meeting room, Supercomputer, mission computer (for when they fix the CoP trial), an "arcane relaxation room", a "techie relaxation room", and two tp rooms with 15 most commonly used beacons up (the "purple" room is for the lower zones ranging from 1 - 30 and the "green" room is for the higher zones ranging from 30+). And though we'll take anyone we'll also boot the trouble maker's. People bent on making other's lives miserable by verbally decimating another's build, or the "bad" PvPer's that either think they own everthing or are sore loser's because of "spamming" will not be tolerated. If you are found to be one of these types of people or another one not listed you will be booted without hesitation and an e-mail sent to the other leader's not to reinvite you.

Other Information: We're a couple that formed a VG the first day CoV went live and we've never opened the doors to anyone else. It's just a place to put our army of toons. Recently, we've decided to entertain the idea of recruiting, but we're very selective about who we let in.
- We're very, very casual, friendly, and mature people who are looking for the same. Just no drama or junior-high antics. We don't want prestige monkeys and we have no desire to be a huge VG, we just want cool people to play with.
- We're open to any ATs, any builds. We have no desire to tell you what to play, how to build your toon, or when to play. Play when you want, as often or as little as you want.
- We do our own thing most of the time, but it would be nice to have people in the VG to run Strike Forces and Trials with.
- You don't need to run in SG mode. Ever. We have a PvE base with porters to all the CoV zones, storage bins, IO table and personal vault. If there's something we don't have, feel free to earn the prestige for it, and we'll try and find a place for it.

Other Information: Oh boy. Here's where it gets fun.
- Across actually spans multiple games. This is simply our CoH branch (Hell Legion is, concurrently, our Villains chapter and is fairly new). For the curious, we currently have a branch in Phantasy Star Universe and also previously operated a branch in Guild Wars. I am what we internally call the "mommy kitty" for the global group. Thing is... I also seem to be the only one from the global group who actively plays "City of..." at the moment, but I'm keeping the lights on anyway for when I can at least drag my beloved first officer back here. >.> I operate a TeamSpeak server but for obvious reasons it's not getting much use at the moment ^.^;;;
- Yes, we're named after THAT ideal secret organization from Excel Saga. It's a really long story. Basically, it's one of those "the name STUCK" things.
- Across is allied with Legion of Catgirls and Buttkickers of the Fantastic (eventually I need to get Hell Legion coalitioned their Villain chapters), as when I'm teaming it is very frequently with players from those two SGs and I am friends with the leaders of both. Across also unofficially serves as an alt SG for non-kitty alts from Legion of Catgirls who still want access to LoC facilities.
- Across's SG base (nicknamed Lazrigees Station-- in every game that Across has a presence, we call our base of operations Lazrigees) is fully functional with telepads/storage/hospital (albeit operating on the smallest plot size), so SG mode is not required, *ever.* Functionally, the base is done; my personal characters run in perma-SG mode to fuel future cosmetic tweaks and other nonessential upgrades, but nobody else is required to run in SG mode unless they really want to. *shrug* I stock the storage bins with set and common IOs (and the occasional Hami-O) for anyone to take/use/sell as they wish.
- Hell Legion is a VERY recent addition to the Across network (Rei is currently its only member at the moment, eheheh...) as I have recently gotten back into playing Villains, but even if one were to be recruited in there, SG mode would STILL be optional, though very helpful to get everything up ASAP. ^_^;
Recruiting?: Not particularly. Across' "City of..." branch was initially intended for the exclusive use of its global group members but circumstances have since changed. Because of its alliance with LoC and the 'Kickers, I have been known to give alts from those two SGs spots in Across so they can still have access to the original SGs' bases. I have also offered spots to global friends who operate soloist characters but would still like the conveniences of a SG base (zone travel/hospital/storage). On a case-by-case basis, really. ^_^; If I know you well and you're looking for a SG, poke me ingame and I'll see what I can do.
In the future, it is possible Across/Hell Legion may begin operating like most normal SGs, but for now they seem to be content operating as coalition nodes.

SG Alliance (SGA) is a coalition of active supergroups from the Guardian Server of the City of Heroes & City of Villains game, united together to enhance the gaming experience for all members. SGA is comprised of mature, dedicated individuals who through mutual co-operation & teamwork focuses on having fun & helping one another achieve both personal & group goals within the game. SGA is not about what a member can do for the group, but rather what the group can do for it's members.
While offering a daily events schedule, a member's direct involvement within the group is not required & left to personal discretion. Member activity is rewarded however through the DKP/Raid Point System of this website, allowing members to claim in-game bonuses (such as temporary powers, costume pieces, rare recipes & enhancements from the game's Invention System).
The SGA is always looking for new & veteran gammers of any age (16+), level, archetype, or playing style to join it's great global environment. I started a supergroup by myself as a concept for my character rather than actually taking advantage of the perks of a supergroup. Id like to join a Coalition with a prominant SuperGroup on the Guardian server. Are there any available out there??? Im really sick of Soloing and joining teams by chance. Since its just me in the SuperGroup there wouldnt be much upside for the Supergroup accepting me aside from having 1 more member. I am a Lvl 36 Broadsword/Dark Armor scrapper. We're not a huge Supergroup by any means. We don't have a website. We're too laidback about things to go all out like that. We're just a friendly bunch who likes to make jokes, bad puns, and have some fun while whittling away the hours online.
What You Get:
~A group of people who are willing to help new players learn the ropes. Ask your questions and we'll answer them seriously, honestly, and respectfully. We'll offer advice on character builds, pool powers, enhancements. You name it.
~Character support is essential sometimes. Some of us run solo, but some of us don't mind teaming at all. We'll even jump onto an alt that's close to your level just to do so. Especially if you're in a mission bind and need that extra body to soak damage.
~We stock our enhancement table with TOs, DOs, and IOs. The storage is open to members. Need that extra little boost to Accuracy? Go for it. That's what it's there for.
~Leveling Assistance. It really sucks to bust your backside only to run out of contacts and be two or three levels away from that next one. Spell Blade, our level 32 Scrapper, is more than willing to sidekick members and give them that extra little bit to get where they're able to continue on with the storyline.
~Open trading between members. Got a recipe you can't use? Probably. Likely, there's someone in the SG who can. Need a luck charm to make that recipe you've paid a hideous-over-ungodly amount of influence for? Just ask! Chances are, one of us WILL have one to pass over without raking you over the financial coals.
~A base that's constantly improving. Currently, we have an invention worktable, personal storage vault, and a telepad to Atlas.
~Spell Blade will assist lower levels with "reasonable" requests for influence. Especially if they show dedication in furthering the SG with Prestige.
~People who make regular use of our SG chat to communicate with each other. Bored and need a team? Plug into the SG chat and see who's where. We're trying to convince some of our "solo-locked" players that teaming can be fun and beneficial to all.
~An SG who regularly runs together in teams without cluttering things up with bad players who like to aggro three red-con mobs at once. We do have a coalition that is welcome on our teams, but we don't add in PUG players to "fill the ranks." While in SG teams, we focus on teamwork to the benefit of all involved.
~Some of the higher levels are willing to Exemplar down. If you want to run a TF, plan it with us ahead of time to make sure that everyone who wants in will have the time to do so. Unfortunately, real life eats into game time and some of us work odd hours.
~We will help with badges, even in the tutorial zone.
~We will also help with escort runs. If you unlocked a new costume piece or got the stuff to open a new costume slot, the higher ups are willing to SK you and follow along/lead you to the tailor in Steel Canyon to make the desired changes.
~We always give our SG mates a chance at costume piece recipes before we rush off to the auction house with them. We're not a greedy bunch - we'll try to keep the trade reasonable.
~We DON'T kick for inactivity unless it's obvious you're not coming back.
What We Ask:
~Run in SG mode until lvl 25. It doesn't hurt your income and it will benefit everyone in the SG overall. After level 25, it's your option. No one will look down on you if you click out of SG mode.
~Specialty IOs in the enhancement table are not fair game. It is a storage after all, and we only have so much room for enhancements on our persons. If it's something that isn't a basic enhancement origin, please leave it be. Messages will be left should something like that come up for grabs.
~If you can, add to the enhancement table. Low level TOs, DOs, IOs - all of these are useful to everyone. Accuracies and Healing are always in high demand. A crafted enhancement that is useless to you might be something someone else in the SG has been dying to get. Passing up low level salvage to Spell Blade helps, too.
~Treat the other Knights as kin. Some of us are real life friends. Part of why this SG was born was to keep the "blind SG inviters" off our backs. That basic idea grew a little and we're willing to share our experiences and that feeling of friendship. We don't believe in abusive behavior. We'll rib and make jokes, but we try not to go too far. Please do the same.
~If you're leaving the game permanently, let Spell Blade know. Some of us would be sad to miss the chance to say our farewells.
Incidentally, colors are Black and Blue... but we don't really have a dress code. We're not even exclusive about what ATs can join. We're an extra-large team, not a country club. The extra colors are more ways to modify your costume, nothing else.

Other information: Order has been around for almost 3 years, Legion 1.5 years, both are top 100. We have complete bases with all work tables and all teleporters. We have a PL night every Friday and do TFs, missions and pretty much all the content you can enjoy with the SG (not limited to of course). We pride ourselves on being a limited rule SG, No required costume, no required colors, they are available to you, but its your choice. SG mode till lvl 25 or during SG farming.
