Other Info: This is a theme super group of many colours of the rainbow, so being colourful is a desired request. You can join any of your toons and spruce up their colour on any of your costumes if you wanted to join in at a higher level. This is not Mandatory you can still join with your normal toon and never colour it up. It is however a desired request but as mentioned above not mandatory 
We are a fun group of humorous individuals, most of us in the sg have been here since day dot, were happy to help anyone in need SK and Exempt means low and high can join in for any reasons, or for that desired badge, task force or just for fun.

OKAY. The character i am going to create is an EMP/ELEC blast defender of technology origin
hios basic backstory is that he was a paramedic during the rikti wars and because of his skill he was chosen for a project nickname the hero healer the basis of the project was to create a suit that mimics the powers of empath in paragon city so that the local EMS could keep up with what was needed.
unfortunatley just as Justin(toons name) was finishing the last of the tests an explosion occured, it was a failed experiment that had been driven insane and came for revenge (in the explosion only one technician surivived she is the one who helpe him fix his suit), the suit is made of nanites that are in his blood stream he literally summon and his body is covered in a silver like material that allows him to keep up w/ heroes. (he is a lvl only toon no mishes).
what would be the best SG for Him to join (note i do not might wearing a uniform as long as it fits his basic concept)

Peak time: Most members are based in the USA, so peaks times are 7+ pm weekdays and all day weekends; we are also pretty active mid-afternoon, as many members don't have conventional work schedules.
Blazing Justice Squad is a Top 10 SG with 60+ members, about half of whom are active daily.
As you might expect, Blazing Justice Squad has a large base with all available amenities, and will soon be upgraded to a secure plot; plans are to have multiple vaults by the time CoP is active again. As of this posting "net worth" is about 30 million prestige. We're pretty rich.
We are mainly PvE and team oriented. We NEVER broadcast recruit - members are selected either by member referral or after impressing us while teaming in missions. Other Info: We were formed in February of 2000 in EQ and have played many other games since together. We've been here since beta and will likely be here for a long time to come. We encourage SK-ing and exemp-ing and we team with each other whenever possible but we don't PL. Our member range from the very new to the long-time veterans. We welcome all new players looking for a SG home with members that will help with missions and show them the ropes. If you are looking for a home and would like to team with mature players, then we might just be for you.
We are mostly casual gamers and light role-players. We sometimes have parents and their children playing too. This SG is a place where we can learn and train with good players and above all, have fun. Remember, it's not ATs that make a good team - its good players that make a good team.

I'm going to stick my two influence in here and say I highly recommend ventrilo. Although you do have to pay for it, the sound quality is significantly superior to TS and I've found that if your group is active it's very easy to setup a link on your website where members can donate a few bucks to a paypal account every so often to help pay for the server.
Yes, Ventrillo would definitely be what I would go with, but I'm still trying to find a well priced, dependable host. Also, the chat stuff has kind of been moved down the to-do list for now, as I work on our current site.
Thanks for the input, though, and the PayPal thing sounds good-- I just need to work it all out.

We have 4 General Rules for the SG.
1. Try not to swear - we have kids in the SG
2. No taking salvage - you can keep what you have for i9 the sg base has more than enough at this point.
3. Treat your SG Gamer Buddies with Respect - Any putting them down or dissing the SG you'll get one warning if you continue to be a creep you get kicked out of the SG. No jerks, drama, wankers in general.
4. If you are going to be gone longer than 30 days you have to send an in game email to Zappalina otherwise your membership in the SG might be terminated however you can always join again if/when you become more active.
If any SG leader's read this that are based in Hawiian time please send me a global @Zappalina, we have one SG member and he's also a friend, who logs in when most of us are sleeping and i'd rather help him find a Hero SG that could better suit his playing time.
