For the Hunters Supergroup on Virtue, and also a public channel for badge-collecting and Monster sightings in general. Virtue players are free to join the channel to announce sightings, seek badge missions, and to look for membership in the Supergroup itself if they so desire.

Name: Triumph Leaders
Purpose: Quick information dissemination among the server's Supergroup leaders. Examples would be for SG arena battles, monster battles, or other events between supergroups. Useful because the SG will still be getting info through the leadership.
NOTE: This is by invite only. This is NOT an attempt at any sort of meta-group/server council. This is strictly for sharing information. Interested SG Leaders (one per supergroup, please) should send a global message to @MrELSalvador.

Channel name: Triumph Task
Purpose: People planning to attempt or looking to join Task Forces on the Triumph Server
CoH USO is a GC chanell for active, reserve and national gaurd members from all branches. Join to talk to other military members and get info on military groups in game or out.
Channel Name: Atlas Park
Primary Purpose: Cross-server Networking
Secondary Purpose: General Chat
Atlas Park is a newly created public channel. Anyone from any of the servers is welcome to join. This is where heroes come to relax and chat in-between missions with their fellow heroes. Get to know your peers from across all the servers and build up your network of friends. Team with people you meet from your own server or convince newfound friends to create a toon on your server. It's all about community!

Trades
Was originally intended for Infinity server Hamidon Enhancement trades but figure it can serve a larger purpose. We have a decent amount of users already and it's an easy name to remember. No need to limit our lil channel, lets open it up for cross-server influence trades, hamidon trades and badge missions.
Great thread! Wish I had found it earlier. Really needs to be better advertised. I thought I would contribute by posting a chart of the common topics for server specific channels the servers. If you know of a channel that would fit one of the blank spots, post it! We want to know. If you would be so kind as to update and repost the chart occasionally, that would be great. Sorry if your channel doesn't appear, this isn't meant to be a comprehensive listing of global chat channels.

I'd like to propose some cross-server global channels for monsters and TFs. There are a lot of people out there who are at the 5-channel limit, partially because they play on multiple servers.
How about somthing like:
Monster: Monster sightings on any server
TF: TFs forming on any server.
The difference in these channels is you would format with the servername like:
Infinity: Octo sighting near Brickstown gate.
Champion: Eden trial forming, 39 - 41 PST.

As many have said, it would be wonderful if the DEV GoDs would create several public channels for each server that did not require one of our precious channel slots. Currently, I am only aware of Coalition and Arena.

Since it doesn't appear to have been done yet, I created a channel for Champion players to report monster sightings. It's cleverly named "ChampionMonsters".
Can we get a PL channel for each server added? If it is advertised then possibly the players that want to PL have their very own PRIVATE channel to coordinate on. Saves the rest of us from having to hear the spams. Thoughts?

There has to be more than a few that like to PL others, unless you think that the ones getting PL'd are magically doing it themselves. There are more than a few that like to PL others. I am not saying that the devs make a permanent channel for this, but that someone create a channel for this. All I ever hear on these boards is griping about all the spaming and invites for PLing.
Just thought it would be nice to have a place for people wanting to PL others and those looking to be PL'd to do their business and to cut down on the spaming and invites for the rest of us.

Purpose: Reporting abandoned ambushes for help with cleaning up. Can also be used for people who are having trouble with their own ambush and don't want to leave it.
