Due to LadyMage's odd background, Hello by Evanescence springs to mind as her song.....It'll probably change as she matures, but who's doesn't? It's especially perfect considering she was a classical dancer before taking the hero path, and the piano background is gorgeous.
JustAGirl has to be Intuition by Jewel, the song I named her for.....she was sort of an accident in beta, but I had such fun with the idea I ran with it in retail. "I'm just a simple girl, in a high tech digital world....."
WinterWitch.....something electronic, fast and angry.....thus nothing I normally listen to...
Queen Geek, Clubbed to Death from the Matrix......don't know why, but it's one of my favorites, and it seems to fit.
For IceFlare, my Fire/Ice Blaster It would have to be Firestarter from Prodigy. For GTO it would be New World Order from Ministry.
These are fight songs, can't think of any good intro songs since there both have funny personalities although IceFlare is deadpan humor and GTO flat out crazy funny.

I did some thinking. My previous post was more of my "general" scrapper theme song.
I would have to say that for my main, Manion it would be: Alone I Break by Korn
For my future Kheldian: The Pulse of the Maggots by Slipknot
For False Dawn my first scrapper: Low Man's Lyric by Metallica
For Gilidry my controller: Don't Be Afraid by Stereomud
I could go into all the why's but that might take a while. Just listening to those songs though should give you a pretty solid feel for the type of characters I've tried to make them.
Edit: Dyslexic and I missed it the first time. 
I honestly hadn't heard of that, but absolutely.
I would have also picked something by the Blue Men Group, but I don't know any of their songs, and that was two years ago, anyway.
