on a side note I think Statesman has been abducted by aliens and replaced with a clone. however the aliens lacked the technology to duplicate the very rare NERF GENE so they just left it out.

A World Spawn is a spawn that takes place in the game-world, not in an instanced mission.

The Hamidon Mitochondria are an example of an Arch-villain World Spawn, and thus will not be reduced in any way by this change.

some have lvld up already so we didnt start that way, howeve i am leader on vill and we are fighting lvl 40 and 41's... so far we have killed with ease and have had 1 team wipe when the dom was afk, vs a huge mob of Tsoo all with kinetics... damn tsoo bastages.

Just wanted to put an interesting little fact. Think it might have been in earlier, but don´t feel like browsing some 40 pages.

My main is an AR/Dev blaster. Before the ED i could take on most mobs (minions) that weren´t purple in groups of 4-5 without risk of dying being too high, because i could Snipe one of them to death to start the show. So Orange and Red con minions i get one down in one shot. Hey, sounds logical to me, Snipe is an aimed shot to a vital part after all.

After ED i can not one-shot even con minions. Not even with Assault running. Even the ones with lousy resistance against lethal damage has at least 25% healt left. That is with Snipe 6 slotted. 1 Acc 5 Dam all SO´s +2 levels. And with Assault running.

I try to Snipe something with good Lethal resistance? Half the health goes away, tops. And this is from a power that is supposed to be the ranged version of Stalkers AS? I know it shouldn´t be as powerfull as AS, but still... Get real!

cmon devs. put a freaking poll up here, let everyone vote if we need more end discount. we'll see if this game is made for the players or not. we'll see if you care about the people who pay the bills.

dont even bother putting polls about ED or other past nerfs... you just might embarass yourselves.

I have more End problems than ever....

AND on top of that Hasten isnt perma anymore.... you know you get a lump amount of end drained when hasten wears off, Therefore the more you can use hasten the less end you have.

We dont have perma hasten and have less end now.

How about leaving the nerf the way it is...
increase recharge rate
decrease damage
keep fear

but make Burn buffable by any buffs including inspirations?
