That seems like a no brainer warning to include.

XP scales as well. I must admit I dont often take notice of XP, but it shouldn't of been that much less XP.
Assuming dif. settings are the same.
And as it was your mission still, it was probably just youir perception, as dif and xp would of been same no matter who had star in your mission. -
I blame the glowie I clicked in the reactor the mission before the mission before the patch.

Quote:The reasoning was explained a few times in the offical feedback thread. You may (do) disagree with what were the reasons were, but they were explained.
There were numerous ways to reduce the list of clashes that seemed to go completely ignored and we have had no reason given as to why. I, for one, would love to hear the reasoning. -
Cool
Does it import charater info from city tracker, or do you need to manually enter stuff as you get it? -

Quote:The PvP web grenades. Sirens control if your side controls it. Or arena (thouch cant recall if you can take the arena one with you).If there is a reliably available immobilize temp power please point me to it because I plan to abuse it for all it is worth. Having that power would increase the damage of several of my characters by an average of 30 to 50 percent, and change AV fighting strategies for Mind and Illusion Controllers as a whole. If such a power exists, most of these Controllers are settling for much less damage than they should be and should be made aware that, unless they are just doing it for bragging rights, double damage being just a temp power away.
Or start an arc for the other imob temp powers, and quit before talking to contact.
Or use the dayjob Web Weaver/Anti-Arachnos Activist temp power. -
Everytime this complaint comes up, its also pointed out that the cutscene is time for the server to load the instance and other tech tasks.

Will the Enhance Damage Resistance part of Ribosome Exposures work to grant more resist debuff in Sleet?
Seems to me it would be for great slotting in there, far better than the achilles proc.
thanks -
Quote:Thats the sort of joke that might live as truth forever.I will point out something interesting revealed by Positron during the Meet and Greet.
You only actually ever get 8 Acid Grenades despite there being 10 crates.
Yup, it's designed so that there is always 2 doors that you need to bust the weapons crates out by Marauder for.
Sneaky dastards.
Also I hate to say it but Union seems to have very little problems with regards the trials but then fewer numbers, no LFG made trials (all premade) means you get a selection of dedicated 'raiders' as it were. -
As it downloads fast for some people, it is your connection or something between your connection and thiers.
I assume you are using the new launcher? I found it much faster.
If you have steam running at the same time, even in background not currently downloading, it could be reserving your precious bandwidth.
For some 20/20 hindsight, back up your heroes install before reinstalling Windows.
Some ISPS throttle (speed limit) the ports NC uses. Do you normally have issues with downloading patches slowly?
A search at NC Support gets a few FAQs on changing your default port to see if that increases your speed
I have a problem patching or logging on to City of Heroes or City of Villains.
Network Ports Used by City of Heroes/Villains
Hope that helps. -

I have great trouble too working out what number the middle team mates are for healing and buffing and such.
I think the devs have amazing big screens. Or great eyes. They don't seem bothered when font size goes small. -
Quote:That's really poor.

Yes it does have trade offs.
The inspiration storage at base used to be a big plus before nurses at hospitals.
If I die in mission though, I like to hit the empowerment buff station at base before then returning a bit tougher. -

Here's what I'm looking at for next respec using Ice Mastery.
Soft Caps S/L, and has 110% recharge. I'd miss leviate being well slotted for the few times I enter PvP. But much more for throwing low con enemies around.
I'm also assuming the ribosome expsoures will act as -resist in sleet.
Thorn darts and fling thorns more proc'd up.
Still doing some tinkering.

Edit: Few changes and ended up with this instead -
Grrr forum ate my reply. So this version going to be shorter.
Your build is about 8+ billion inf more than mine.
I do like it, great def boost on it for 20% less recharge.
I'd miss the Fireball/Rain of Fire AoE fun.
You now know someone who likes the Batter's Up Impale. Its a cheap mule for a purple set too. Sadly is probably is one of the easy things to unslot for better.
I like multi procs idea, even though I think the achille's one is over rated.
I don't discount caltrops, but would only need them earlier for side kicking down. I still use the ST confuse a lot too when SK'd down.
Aim I like for the +perception IO as well as the damage boost.
Hrmmm, off to play with Mids. -
I'll get the bidding going with 1 million Inf.
-
One of Total Dom or Mass confuse is typically up every mob. I seldom care about what mob I'm facing, just pwn them all.
Next respec I might try the Ice Pool, sleet looks good. And if I go for a more def build, which I thinking of it has Frozen armour. Hmmm plus I like hibernate.
I'm also tempted to replace leadership for stealth, to help with freeing up some slots, but I do pug a lot so vengeance comes in handy :/
I love the recharge on it. Wouldn't want to sacrifice that. But looking over it can see a few changes. I have Musculature Slotted, which I need for the damage boost. -

I have the four +HP, +End accolades, with Demonic Aura and Megalomanic for when the stuff hits the fan.
Frenzy is great too, for when I lose permadom in the prisoner escape lag sections. -
I almost never see the launcher ads when I start heroes. It auto launchs Heroes for me, and closes itself. The few seconds it's up is covered by the checking for updates dialog.
Email & Forum Threads are much more effective for me.
