The problem is that everyone is convinced that they have to build leagues by hand, rather than just let people queue and run with the league with whatever players you get. This is partly justified: queuing for a BAF or Lambda and then winding up with no melee characters who can handle aggro will make the AV fights rather sticky. The other trials are even worse, because some require very specific role players (Keyes, for the way most people play it, requires one or two aggro magnets for pulling Anti-Matter around by the nose and one or two dedicated healers for them).

The solo path rewards will be lower and slower, as the enemies in the solo content aren't as challenging as the enemies on the Trials.
The solo/single team content will probably be less complex, quicker to start (only waiting for up to 8 people) and reward a lot less. -
Just adding that the new launcher works so much faster and better for me.
Changed downloads from 12+ hours (yes really) to around 2.
I have it set to autolaunch heroes when started and then close. Most times I never even see it it loads & closes so fast. -

Heard of it happening, but never seen it.
Normally where I join trials (Virtue RWZ) all that is asked is for someone willing to join.
I have seen people request xxx for certain trials.
The newer trials might be making some people more anal about who to invite. -
Civilians can 1-shot an Incarnate Character? Ouch.

Its no wonder they dont work as designed, they were co-opted for vanity plates faster than designed use.
And so many long term vets put 'help me' on thier title.

In short - you should expect to answer questions if you put Helper on as a title. I think it's really sad that you can put helper on as a title, and expect the _norm_ to be that it doesnt mean anything. -
I'll just like to add to my post, that though I like the way it is set up, it wouldn't fuss me if there was a Paragon Markert token that granted the patron pools.
Have one way to earn it ingame on the cheap. Another way for conveince. But don't bother with over much dev time making new arcs. -
I'm just posting to say despite the inconvience, I like how the patron powers are tied to patrons.
I like how to use patron powers you need to go red and back again as per story. -

A friend of mine stopped paying for subscription a while ago. She brought every costume pack and goodie while subscribed. So when it was free, she was doing pretty good for her non fee - lots of extras, could use the market. Nearly all her builds where generic IOs so she purchased the 30 day lis. So now she is partly subscribing - paying NC something every month. I expect more than a few preems like that. She also buys every costume pack still - so is giving a lot more $$ to NC that before p2p.
On the other hand, I have a few freinds with two accounts. They let one drop to preem instead of subbing for both accounts and dont buy anything for it - so are giving NC $15 less a month. -

I would not og stayed with this game if we where stuck with SO's and all the head aches with finding stores to buy etc.
Pure generic IOs without set bonuses would of been okay, but I love pimping builds and planning them -
It's bad, really bad, that the default female gunslinger from the preset costume is in panties and corset.
It's like the art design team saw the complaints and thought 'this will show them' as return fire for the slamming about being too slutty. -
I really like what I have done so far with first ward. Much more the starting in goldside.

I brought a few, and a few cnsumables - wanted to show that 50 points is a good price.
I was annoyed at the pricing of kinetic combats - cheaper buying them one at a time than a whole set at once was wtf!
And those who brought drekloads? Thanks. Doesnt bother me the slightest and good to see money flowing to paragon that doesnt come from my wallet

Do you play many masterminds? I find the extra controls great for mastermind binds, doing things like sending some of the pets off to one target etc.
You could probably map some to inspiration use, the combining binds to change 3 into 1 so if you press button x, you take a green inspiration or make one if you dont have one in stock. -

I'd find it hard to trust a web based password service, you are putting a lot of faith in every stop between you and thier web page - how does it protect against man in midle attacks, things like firesheep if you want to access something when at a cafe etc.
And I'm sure lastpass is more of a target than my computer.
But from all reports they (lastpass) do the security very well. It's just my personal paranoia that would stop me using an internet based password keeper. -

Sorry, but this would be a very bad idea...the Atlas Medallion Accolade is achieved by earning a series of badges. They would have to sell ALL of those badges to grant it...and granting a defeat badge (for example) for 100 Council Vamps to someone who has never defeated any at all would maybe not be game-breaking, but I don't think it would be popular either. This is not a case of people "unwilling or unable" to spend money, it's a badge showing you actually care enough about the game to spend time to unlock it. I could be totally wrong on how other people might feel about this, but I personally would be more than a little peeved at the thought of someone just paying money in order to be just effectively "given" this Accolade.
Much like villians becoming heroes get the medallion without killing vampires etc if they have earned they side's version.
As such I think its an okay thing to include in store. Its a time sink to get the ingame way, but free of dollar cost if so. So its less paying to win, than paying to avoid grind. -
My computer hates the new updates to atlas. I start most new heroes at odd hours now to make sure of less slowdown, and get out of atlas real quick. Which is a shame, as I really like the updated look.
I might have to try it on a lower pop server and see if it improves and use a transfer if so

You should have a window that opens with instructions for the trial when you enter it. Siege and Nightstar's HP bars are visible on it, along with other information such as how long you have before more reinforcements. -
Points aint free for VIPs, they are part of what our $15 gets.
I dont think its that over priced. More than I want to spend, but it is an item to each character past and future. -
I'd like combat buff pets and non combat buff pets on different toggles.
I'm hoping to see more of both released, and can see the 'only one at a time' a good comprise for not having lots of pets buffing you (paying to win easily) and allowing a purchase to be account wide instead of per character. -

Don't know if this still applies with EU and US merged, but I accidentally got an EU version of the CoV collectors and couldn't use it on my account. Fortunately I was able to work out a deal with NCSoft.
