That is exACTly what I thought of right away.


I am a tall person. I prefer tall alts.

But it DOES make a difference in most mishes. It IS easier to maneuver most halls and caves if you are shorter... Not bumping your head exactly, but your field of vision, and how much of other characters you can see viewed around your body. Even if you adjust the camera so you look the same size. It still affects a lot.
Most of my characters are tiny.

I now can make more normal size costumes.
and have one tiny one to run missions.

I don't think it makes sense to suggest they are fake.

Odd. I almost always have a travel power by 6 or 7. (2 hours,more or less)
By 11 or 12, I have both the temp flight and jump packs.
and just being a little careful to turn them off when not in use, I STILL have time on both when I hit 50.


And if I know I am going to be doing several lowbie alts, I spend the $5 for the 30day rocket pack, and I DO have travel from lvl 1 for 30 days.

Can they tweak that? Maybe.

Do they have a reason for the way it is now? Maybe.

You may be right! The devs may have made these changes randomly, for no reason.
You may be right! They may not have planned and tested first.
You may be right! They may not still test or consider configuration alternatives occasionally.
You may be right! If your suggestion gets to them, they may slap their foreheads, and say "Wow!! Why didn't we think of that!?!"

1) I was unable to use tailor tokens to pay for free tailor session. The option was not there.

2) My capes are not re-sizing.
I took a short alt of mine... and made a maximum height duplicate of her in slot 3.
But costume was an exact duplicate.
When I switched between the 2 slots, . . . The costume kept the previous size.
Short me had a cape that was too long.
Changing from Short Me (cape proper length) to Tall Me gave me a really mini-cape

If I made an objective judgement, like "More people like Rock than like Jazz", then THAT could be proven right or wrong.

But I could never appropriately say "Jazz is good", or "Gospel is better than Blues" and expect people to accept that I had said something objective, or that those statements could be proven right or wrong.


Unless I have been deemed the authorized judge of the topic, I don't get to say "X is badly implemented." (It could be proven that I think so... but not that it is true)
Instead, I really only have the right to say "I don't like X's implementation" Or "N (number or percentage) of the people don't like X."
Those could be proven to be right or true or false.



That is my first and only ever comment on this subject.

Hmm. When I fly, it is easier to fly straight line to the destination. I can fly above the danger, I can set direction and run grab a beer while I am on the way. I can chat and such while I am traveling. I can search for glowies easier. I can see why Flight is already the favorite travel power as it is now.
