rebirth is minimum 200% regen on the radial side, core is a heal. It recharges fast enough that it's up when I need it...I would guess 120 sec recharge, and my t3 rebirth is a 60 second effect now...though the t4 is a 120 sec effect and I hope the recharge is the same...
Yes, incarnate regen toons can get back to what it was like when IH was permanent. -
Hey guys, I am absolutely fine on everything with this build...except...I cannot seem to get hasten perma without giving up defense significantly.

I have a level 50+3 Claws/Regen Scrapper...I realize it's not exactly the same, but he is amazing and survives in territory where others would be timid. I don't faceplant much, and by the way...rebirth destiny is just a killer combo on any /regen toon...my build can cap regen rate for 30 seconds +/- when rebirth is on peak...with DP up you are gaining +/- 300HP/sec...it's quite an amazing thing to see...

Willpower...for certain...it's like diet regeneration...think about that it's either regen or it's not...and willpower is not

That's a trick I started trying on my dm/da brute and it actually negates the hefty end cost...I could put theft proc in and likely get similar results but miracle fires more often it seems...maybe that's just my luck as I haven't run any sort of official numbers. So 2 cytos + lotg rech? I may try that in mids tomorrow and look at some numbers...

Underslotting Manuevers, Weave, Cloak of Darkness? You're talking about taking a lot of slots away from sets adding defense bonuses elsewhere to chase capping ED across 3 powers...
So you would remove what from where to add slots to these toggles without hurting my overall defense numbers? -
Yeah, I know...really all of the HP bonuses on this build are there because I was chasing another bonus in a set that happened to have it...like the Def bonuses from Kinetic Combat happened to come after the HP bonus in the set...and of course the purple set, I was chasing the recharge bonus...

I have been working on this all morning, and I cannot see a way to softcap all positional defense using Agility core Alpha...but here's what I am looking to accomplish...
(1) softcapped positional defenses, (I am totally ok with using Divine Avalanche to make melee work...)
(2) Enough global recharge to get hasten perma...(8 seconds away...argh!)
(3) I want to leave Lotus Drops in the build...
(4) I am open to suggestions that involve reslotting/changing CoF or OG...as I am getting somewhat the results I want from these powers, but it's just not what I would like it to be...in conjunction they are far better than one or the other though, I will certainly concede that...
(5) The PVP sets are only in here because I thought it would help me achieve my goal, but I am still failing in that respect...so they can go if you think it helps...
I am open to suggestions...maybe this can't be done...but I expect somebody somewhere with a fresh set of eyeballs will see something less intelligent I did and overlooked...

This is my build, after a lot of tweaking...for my level 50 claws/regen....
A couple of notes...
(1) integration has 4 doctored wounds in it...i had 5 set bonuses of 5% recharge because of the oblits sets and so I used the slot elsewhere...
(2) the defense is 33% S/L so one small purple insp will get you to softcap
(3) Turn incarnates and accolades on, DP, Hasten, and all toggles, then check totals...
(4) hasten and DP are perma on this build
(5) Kinetic Combat sets and Reactive armor sets will help you get to the magic 32-33% S/L Def...as well as some of the other sets I used.
(6) If or when you need it, this build will cap regen rate at 3000% with IH and rebirth running with DP up and running that will put you regenerating 301.2 HP/sec until rebirth starts to decay...(approx 20-30 seconds...then drop off around 2800% and decay from there...)
(7) IH is down for 83 seconds after 90 second activation...I couldn't get closer without sacrificing things I wanted in this build...

My 3 picks:
kat/DA good all around pick with no glaring holes really good def paired with solid resists and dark regeneration
DM/SD dark melee does many things well and shield is a great def set
Claws/Inv claws is a very easy primary for end consumption should go great with invulnerable.could go SR on this one too just little help early on endurance -

I just rebuilt my i12 build claws regen...look in Scrapper forum under regen build should be on first page that will help you with slotting regen anyway

So this is what I came up with...now, I am not happy with a couple things...like the slotting in mass confusion...I wish I had about 3 more slots...but, I don't want to give up any of my defense bonuses...etc. I also wish I could get an extra recharge redux in Power Boost...any suggestions?

I tweaked it some more to get things a little more the way I wanted them...still not sure, if I am 100% happy with it...would like a little more recharge globally...but I don't see how I could get it without sacrificing something of more value...I think I can run top chain as is...but just barely...would prefer more overlap than this...

I just looked at the agility alpha and it was almost custom made for this build...boost end mod, def and recharge now I will have to update mids and tweak it

I know the recovery sucks but in building for defense and recharge the recovery is lost somewhere...any suggestions for defensive slotting that's more efficient slot usage? -
ok, I have been working on this build since I came back to CoH, the concept took me a while to get fleshed out. But, I am not terribly familiar with either of these 2 sets as much as I used to be, and I am having issues with actually getting this build's defenses and recovery where I want them...any suggestions would be appreciated.
I am trying to get soft cap s/l/e/n or softcap positional defenses, doesn't have to be both but that would be better...I know DA is traditionally slot and end heavy, I remember that...but it seems like I need 5 or 6 slots on everything to get any defense bonuses that mean enough...

So, if I go hero to villain to hero for patron pool powers can I get a merits still or do I need to do all the a merits I need first and then go get the patron pools?
