  1. Yes Leonard Nimoy will be doing a voice in the next Transformers movie.
    Quote:
Mr. Spock himself, Leonard Nimoy, has joined the film as the voice of Sentinel Prime, the predecessor of Optimus Prime whose wrecked body is seen in the teaser trailer, found crash-landed on the moon by the Apollo 11 astronauts in 1969. Later, after being brought to earth, he takes the disguise form of a fire engine in the movie’s massive, climactic battle through Chicago.
This will be fascinating. OK bad joke sorry it's been a crazy 2 days for me at work, which sometimes brings out my sarcasm.

  2. Seems Arnold Schwarzenegger is now working on a new project with Stan Lee. The project is called "The Governator" and sounds silly at best. OK that's my opinion, just read the link and judge for yourself.

Just a FYI but back in the day (60's, 70's and 80's) a season WAS 13 episodes. It wasn't till about the late 80's, they started extending the number of episodes per season. Have noticed many shows going back to this concept, could be a cost cutting measure. But why complain your getting new episodes aren't you?

    just my two cents....
  5. I am now saddened, the news just hit Elizabeth Taylor passed away this morning

I so loved 'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof' and when I found out her hubby Todd was killed during the filming it showed how good an actress she really was.

Here's her bio from TCM classics...http://www.tcm.com/this-month/movie-...-&banner=1

Rest in Peace Liz you are now with your friend Michael.

  7. Well it took me awhile but I have finally gotten in. Took me digging through my emails to find all the codes, funny I still had them all. I've taken the advice of putting them into a word doc to have them together for in the future. Now I just have to get my game rig set up. Thank god. I still feel this was a bad idea to implement this without a lengthy warning to give people a chance to get information needed.

    just my two cents....

And give a better heads up next time. I didn't hear of this till today when it was implemented. I work late on Tues night and don't look at the forums till Wed. or if my BF tells me. Oh well, I'll be dealing with this tomorrow cause there is nothing I can do till I get back to my place (my retail boxes are there).

    This is inane.

Edit : And yes. I'm locked out, because apparently I don't know my girlfriends name. Way to go NcSoft web team. Just when I thought you couldn't get more useless.

Idiotic. You can't decide 5 years after the event that certain personal questions which had no meaning are suddenly critical to access your account.
this is from support page directly....
    Quote:
    Serial Codes/Access Keys
Provide all serial codes/access keys that have been added to your NCsoft master account. If you aren't sure where to find these, click here (explains where to find the codes on CoH CoV and GvE). If you are unable to provide all of your serial codes/access keys, please explain when submitting your information.
Looks like I have to wait to get home tomorrow and look for my copies then email them again, can't call since they will be closed by the time I get home.
  10. This is the WORST idea they have ever come up with. I was trying to log in and got stonewalled, I don't remember the answer to the password hint question, so I emailed for the answer and again was stonewalled. I had to change my password for NCsupport, since I couldn't get in, then when I tried the tab
"I know my NCsoft master account password but I do not know the answers to my Password Hint Questions"
I got a wonderful page full of....
    Quote:
    Subject:
I know my NCsoft master account password but cannot answer hint questions in order to authorize my location.

    Question:
    Here is my account information:
NCsoft master account name: ENTER ACCOUNT NAME HERE
First and last name: ENTER FIRST AND LAST NAME HERE
Physical Address: ENTER POSTAL MAILING ADDRESS (not e-mail address) HERE
Date of birth: ENTER DATE OF BIRTH HERE
Serial codes/access keys: ENTER CODES/KEYS HERE
Unique Account ID(s): ENTER UNIQUE ACCOUNT ID(s) HERE
Now the fun thing is I would have to put in ALL the codes/keys of all the CoH games I have gotten. That is CoH, CoV, GvE, Architect, and Going Rouge. And if you don't have the disks handy you are screwed! So now I am stuck, not able to enter my master account to put in a time card until support contacts me again via email. Sorry if this sounds like I am ranting, I'm trying hard not to, but I'm just peeved right now. This is just what I was afraid would happen, and I will have to know this information when I set up my computer at home (am currently on my game rig at BF's).
  11. OK this just got posted on my FB page and I just had to share it... it's the trailer for the new Thundercats. It does look interesting enough that I will give it a watch. Will reserve my judgment for when I see and episode or two.

  13. These look so cool. For a second there I thought I saw my ex's place but at a closer look the name was slightly different. I would have bought it if it was his in a heart beat. Just might pick this up anyway, always liked Godzilla. His place is known as Alternate Reality on 111th St. east of Kedzie Ave. southside of Chicago.

Now that would make it an interesting movie. If they can get Bruce Willis and interject the humor like what was in #3 then yes I think it will be good. I to will still watch it, not sure if I'll be able to drag the BF to it though.

Deadline reported earlier this evening that Bruce Willis' fifth outing as Detective John McClane in Die Hard 5 has scored itself a director in Noam Murro, who is best known outside of the ad agencies for his debut feature Smart People. There have been rumors circulating over the last few months about 20th Century Fox wanting another installment with Skip Woods working on a script, which has been confirmed by the new addition.
as much as I liked #4 I still have to ask WHY? Bruce who are you gonna rescue now one of your grand-kids? Don't get me wrong I loved the other Die Hard movies, but I think the formula is starting to get old.

The film will be directed by Zack Snyder, who stated, “In the pantheon of superheroes, Superman is the most recognized and revered character of all time, and I am honored to be a part of his return to the big screen. I also join Warner Bros., Legendary and the producers in saying how excited we are about the casting of Henry. He is the perfect choice to don the cape and S shield.”

PPW Toys will release Star Trek Mr. Potato Head collectible figures in a series of TOS-centric sets, and they’ll kick it off with Captain Kirk – going from stud to spud -- and his old Klingon foe, Kor. Subsequent sets will include Mr. Spock and Lt. Uhura, for example, and they may also feature familiar TOS equipment and Enterprise components.
