Riot temp power: cause all "citizen" NPCs to attack and be targetable for several seconds targeted AOE "citizen" NPCs will attack any target in the center of the AOE or near the AOE if no one else is available, you could use it to pop a mob on friends or foes, they would all be either pets or minions at an equal level to the caster

i have a friend who is dyslexic and has trouble reading, it would be cool to have a read feature for certain people, it would just be a robotic voice like in the old read feature in Microsoft word back in the mid 90s, but i dont really care about what the NPCs say i just want to whack random citizens

i was playing my L50 nin/nin stalker last night and since i never bot my staff fighting stalker to a high enough lvl on beta to notice the fast out of hide AS it surprised me when on a mish i noticed the circle around my AS and when i used my AS i was pleasantly surprised at how fast the attack was and how close in dmg it was to my hidden AS

i float between a G and an F depending on weather i have done any power leveling recently so that i need to spend a few million on slotting my toon or getting IOs to make some sets for a specific power

i just started playing this game less than a year ago, and brutes are crawling into one of my favorite ATs at first i though MMs were the best, but they were too fragile for my play style, i also like stalkers over scrappers because i can hide in the middle of a mob and they wont see me 95% of the time, i really like a titian weapon/dark armor brute because of the massive AOE attacks that allow me to level mobs with insane speed, i have never any other power set get rid of mobs as fast as titan weapons, the dark armors self res is just impressive as a self res power

i hope this helps every one that reads this, this is the first time i have done anything this helpful for the CoH community -
i rolled a titan/ dark armor brute, the end issues are crazy without the right slotting i have him at lvl 50 and taking out a mob of 24 minions and 4 lts is no problem with all the AOE dmg, and the momentum and rage bonuses combined when this set goes live i will make sure i have the points to buy the set i love it so much that im willing to play beta till it goes live.

need critique- stalker build PvE/PvP - ninja/ninja build included
right now i am 11 levels short of getting to lvl 50 and this is my highest lvl character at the moment, at the moment i can fight at -1/1 to +1/1 with little to no difficulties but i want to fight at +4/8 but im not sure it will work out, is there any way to get my ninja that powerful, any advice on my incarnate choices when i get there and as a rouge who should my patron be, i was thinking ghost widow myself, advice is helpful criticism will be taken as well

Quote:i like your ideas, i made a rad/time corrupter myself and its good for soloing and for teams but since i didnt play time in beta due to some account issues i dont really know what all it can do if properly slottedI'm still trying to decide what to roll for my first *live* TM character. I tested my brains out on TM, so I have the luxury of backing off a bit and deciding what I actually want to play, not what would be good to test. Energy/Time did cross my mind as a "what if" on my main.
But to be honest, I'm currently trying to decide between:
- Gravity/Time controller. Love the concept. Gravity, time - PhysicsGirl would probably be interesting. Not the most powerful combo, but definitely ... swirly.
- Bots/Time mastermind. Another concept combo, but it has the significant disadvantage that I'll probably fall asleep while playing it. That would probably be ludicrous to solo.
- Sonic/Time corruptor. Probably an awesome soloing combo, without quite the somnolence of bots. Speaking of overpowered, I still have no idea what anyone was thinking when they gave squishies Siren's Song. You might as well practically give blasters Elude.
- Electric/Time controller. Honestly, I have no concept for this. The idea popped into my head, and it just seemed so weird it had a certain charm to it. -
one thing i use is the advanced controls for my MM pets and i tell then to attack my target while keeping them in defensive mode. it works great

I just fought GoS in a team of 8 villains i was using my lvl 23 nin/nin stalker one character was a lvl 50 but almost every one else was lvl 40 or less, i died twice while fighting and we managed to get GoS away from his mob entirely so we didnt even have to face the mob, and as a stalker my biggest problem with that fight was either running out of end or his awesome knockback this was the first time i ever took down a GM, i tried once before with my lvl 32 Necro/Dark MM and a friends lvl 22 demon/pain dominator, it didnt work at all.

i have a lvl 50 nin/nin in the beta server and against almost anything i can scrap it out, against a single target i am GOD use AS then placate, wait for both to recharge then repeat again, and as long as placate works you can AS anything to death, against pairs kill one then placate the other then kill him, trios or more kill the heavy hitters first, heal, then blind the rest and take them out while they fight each other, on the normal CoH i have a lvl 22 nin/nin and i have taken down a few elite bosses that were lvl 25 in bloody bay, granted i have never seen another player there but that might just be because i play champion all the time
my favorite combo is blinding powder, AS, placate, caltrops, repeat as necessary -
i Play a Nin/Nin stalker that i am setting up for PvP right now im doing bloody bay, i play on champion all the time so i dont see many players, but i have noticed that almost all the crabs that i hav seen are still villians so i dont have to worry about them spotting me, but what i like to do to targets that are either by them selves or in pairs is AS one then placate the AS again, usually that will kill anything i come across, but what hero type class should i worry about since ive never fought a spider/VEAT (im assuming this is a term for all crab spiders)
