This... would be a hilarious addition to the Halloween event. It would have to, of course, only actually work if the target was successfully slept (maybe also should include a tiny damage component, to prevent people from, say, turning Kronos into a pumpkin... or maybe it shouldn't, just so we can turn Kronos into a pumpkin 
).

Riot temp power: cause all "citizen" NPCs to attack and be targetable for several seconds targeted AOE "citizen" NPCs will attack any target in the center of the AOE or near the AOE if no one else is available, you could use it to pop a mob on friends or foes, they would all be either pets or minions at an equal level to the caster
The path of Villainy is an arduous one, but one that must be tread because without it there would be no heroes, and what would the world be like without either. So for all those heroes out there I chose Villainy.
Transmogrification Powder: You hurl a bag Of this magical powder that turns your foes into pumpkins
Smallish aoe, sleep effect on Lts and less. Turns them into pumpkins, ala the alakazam react emote.
Transmogrification Potion: You hurl a flask of Transmogrification potion at a single foe and it turns them into a pumpkin.
Single target effect on bosses or less. Turns them into a pumpkin for the duration ala the alakazam react emote.
Once the enemies take damage, it break the sleep and they turn back into regular mobs.
Jay Doherty: Yes, there was this one night that I was ready to go home but had to drop the browns off at the super bowl before I left for home. While on the throne it hit me. I stayed for a few more hours and that why we have the pain pads in the game.
