It really wouldn't take that much effort to put MM controls in the right place. Maybe this is the calm before the storm and there's a huge pet overhaul in the works
-
How hard could it be to extend the pet command templates to "ranged-based" and "melee-based"
Or even have a "Hold your ground" type command where the pets ultimately become stationary until ordered otherwise. It seems like there are a lot of easy fixes to a problem that is killing the AT for a lot of us. It could be fixed with an hour of coding max. -
Same exact problem here, it's putting me off my demon/pain as well. I star seeing red bars and suddenly a few of my pets full on sprinted into the next group. WTF? I think I broke my petfollow key as well.
-
Quote:Lmao, wow you really did a lot to sell him on that one.Having a level 50 Mercs/Poison, let me tell you that it is indeed a challenge. Was it rewarding? I can't really say, though he's my main villain if that says anything. I admittedly would like to see you take one to 50, I see so few Mercs MMs in that range. And I don't think I've ever seen another Mercs/Poison at that level. So if uniqueness counts for you, there's that.
-
I have a budget of about 500mill to get me started. I was wondering how early I can become self-sustainable in a farm (most likely AE) with x8 difficulties. Also help with a possible build would be exceedingly appreciated, but not needed.
Thanks for any and all feedback. -
Lobster please update your builds! I want my perma pets/haste poor maneuvers/assault
-
Lobby! I've been using your "UBER +recharge build" as the light at the end of my tunnel for 44 levels, but I'm wondering, would I be able to squeeze pool assault and possibly maneuvers in there and not mess everything up? What if I got rid of Combat jumping and super jump? I don't need the travel powers. Please help. Also would it be worth it in your opinion?
-
Hey guys, I had a few questions, first your overall opinion of my build. Next, do you think it is possible to fit in Pool Assault? Do you think it would be worth it if it were? Also, is Omega worth it to include in this build?
As far as my opinion goes, I would like to get Pool Assault in without screwing up my permas. Omega is last priority, I just thought it would add some nice alpha absorption. Lastly, I think I would be willing to get rid of travel powers if need be.
Thanks for any feedback.

I got some whiskey on me so these should be interesting ideas.
Pet Store Owner: Big pets like monitor lizards, but mostly swarm type pets where each pet is actually like 3 or 4 pets like turtles could be defensive, ferrets could be offensive, and lots of hampster hand grenades. -

Quote:Well you're past due! Let's see that final build! I'm chomping at the bit!My build? What? Wait... you mean this thing? I s'pose it's still viable.
I've rebuilt a few times since then, and I still need to rebuild one more time, to pick up Superior Conditioning and Physical Perfection. -

Quote:Auction trader is Definitely NOT the AT I had in mind nor would ever. I have a very sour taste in my mouth when it comes to market manipulation due to World of Warcraft and its auction house antics. I'd rather steamroll things, for fun and profit.WP/Anything tank or Anything/WP brute both tend to be fairly unstoppable and can easily run +1x4 early on.
But as as the guy above pointed out if your willing to take notes and watch the market there is good money to be had there. Just buy low sell high you know the drill. (or buy less then vendor and vend)
I think I will try SS/WP. I cant thank you guys enough for you feedback and patience with my queries. -
I know a lot of people that are going to "love" you for this post.

I got school at 7pm Pst. I can probably get in the first half hour with you guys. How long will you all be on? I can make it back by 10 at the latest. I can pull an all nighter after that.
Also are you guys going praet tonight? Who do I contact for invite. If you're on right now I'd like to chat. I might make right now and get some levels in so if I get back after class and people are on there will be less of a level disperity. -
Hey guys I am reading about a lot of very powerful AT's and builds. I definitely want to try them but they seem to take heavy investment.
So I want to make a Hero who can essentially be the breadwinner, bring home the bacon as it were. Something able to I guess "FARM" lots and lots of money. So I can begin to make money for the future Heroes I am planning on.
Naturally, it seems there would be a vicious cycle of needing money to make money, but that is why am here.
Is there a toon that can do this with minimal investment? Or at least a toon that can be decent enough at first to then fuel it's own IO's eventually to unleash it's true power? You know be able to build up and keep up the momentum.
I might name it my "Little Nest Egg" -
Quote:I've never played bots until now so I'll pretend like I didn't read A.It may be a combination of things.
a) I'm pretty much convinced that the Assault Bot's Incendiary Swarm Missiles got a pretty hefty damage reduction, but I don't know if it was deliberate or a side effect of the changes to Fire Armour Burn.
b) The bots AI is still lobotomised and insists on running into melee, where they usually get splatted (Drones especially). And it doesn't matter what orders you've got them on, they will leg it all over the map to punch a mob.
But as far as B goes does Group Fly Remedy this ? It seems the bots would stay clustered in a death ball if they are flying. -
Let's forget everything but PURE sustainable killing power, completely disregarding utility or survivability.
Raw dps or debuffs don't matter. Just the AT that can take down a say AV-difficulty training dummy the fastest. It's going to need to last because once he runs out of End he's dead.
Now what AT's can you guys think of?
