As at one point i was asked to lead Red Cell (declined due to previous incidents with running SGs), all i can say is this: I only actually managed to RP my Red Cell character twice. Why? Mostly due to how you cant go up to a public place filled with heroes having killed multiple people and using various...non-legal ways of getting infomation (Some Militia people may remember the forum post of that). And even then, i only RPed on a forum and with another Red Cell character.

Drug Bust in Independence!

One of the most well-known retired Heroes returns!

Arrow Flame, a Hero in his own right that retired not to long after the end of the main second Rikti attack, returned to pure heroism without us even knowing! Arrow, assisted by the P.P.D, made one of the years largest drug busts almost a week ago and everyone was left in the dark about it!

For over a year now, Arrow has been considered your traditional Rags-to-Fame stories, after he quit binge drinking and drugs and became one of the iconic Heroes in the city. When he retired, his fan club all-but went into hell. But now, retired for multiple months, we see the return of a true, death-defying Hero.

The way he returns is as great a story as how he got to where he is today. Risking his own life, he infiltrated one of the largest Excelsior, Superdyne and Rage manufacturers in the city and posed as a interested buyer, eventually joined the group and slowly crippled it from the inside, which may in turn cull down Freakshow, Trolls and the Tsoo gangs from attacking our fair city. After research was done, Arrow was attacked three times in the operation and came close to having to kill one of his partners in the operation for risk of losing his cover. It was also rumoured, to keep his cover, he had to go to such lengths as taking some of what he was trying to destroy!

After successfully crippling the industry, he used the connections he had gathered to gather some of the most influential mob bosses and drug lords in the area into a small meeting room, and used a P.P.D SWAT team to arrest them all in a single swoop!

After these events, he declined the media for taking it up as a story. But here at the Arrow Flame Fan-News building, nothing gets away from our radars!

Or a Hero Fan, who wants to amass a huge collection of Hero items to make a mueseum!

I offer one of the most sacred things known to any of my characters...Arc's red leather trenchcoat!

As for who could be in the actual hunt...Arc or Tabaam (The rest of my main RP toons arent as frequent or known :P)

This sounds fun, especiially if two people are after one thing...Could be some good Add-on PvP.
