Hero/Villain costume Swap Party Jan 30/31?

Sounds like fun. Always love opportunities to play with the cossie editor for ingame events, so you can count me in. 
I had considered another Roleplayers Xmas bash this year but I simply haven't had the time to do anything about it. I think this sounds like a fab idea although I'd suggest doing it anytime other than New Year's Eve itself as I reckon a lot of people (including myself) will probably be busy.
I'm sure a few of my fun characters can dress up for the occasion.

*begins plotting* Doubt i'll remember. I always forget when it involves costumes...
Maybe the party should be on both nights? Start time, around 7PM on each night and just continue on until everyone leaves?
I'd probably end up being there on the 30th since i'll end up getting dragged to a Friends party on the 31st.

And, I assume the characters have to appear, in character, as themselves... wearing someone elses costume, right? At first it doesn't seem the kind of thing a Sociopath Megalomaniac would do, but on closer inspection it seems EXACTLY the kind of thing a Sociopath Megalomaniac would do in the Golden Age.

I tend to agree. Why so late in the Month?

The Chalet, as I recall, was still kicking around last year towards the new year.
I think it closed Mid-January last year...
I think that Red and Catz mean the 30/31st of December. The poster was issued by MiniTruth and must be taken with a grain of salt, or it will be doubleplusungood for the person reading it.
As a side note, I got Sera costumed up today. Be prepared, you know.

I was going to come to this tonight, and then my C:/ drive decided to go and corrupt itself. Thankfully I can use the power of Linux to help out in the restoration effort, but it may take a while. :/
No sweat, a second gathering is held for tommorow for those who couldn't do the first.
:/ I've done what I can for tonight, Linux failed and I can't access any of my drives. May be a drive controller problem, so phoning the vendors tomorrow. Le sigh.

So I've been thinking, since we have chalet why don't we have a festive bash to end the new year? And to add to the fun, give a unique spin to this bash.
The premise is a simple one. Your character MUST masquerade as another hero or villain of the Union RPiverse. A single rule is you must keep your costume secret to the big day.
The date is optional, because I'm not sure how many players will New Years Eve free all. We'll decide on a proper date when we've all expression our opinions about the idea.
