((la resistance!))
I say, with a hint of surprised glee (im surprised it hasnt been done along these lines yet), i might be in ;D
Would it be making new toons or just having Mix N' Match (put the costume on a toon, its in style)?

Mix 'n' Match. it means we get a nice little "almost uniform" look
So for instance p1 wears it unmodded, over his bright orange spandex. p2 sticks a cape and a helmet on, and a pair of huge shoulder pads. p3 paints his in urban cammo.
Done Echos the other day, it has all her 'personal touches' OOC i think its a great idea, Echo is hesitant toward it though.
Worth seeing the costume options in i10 (on test) before finalising the thing though, Lunk?
Been toying around with the new cossie options on test (seeing as it was the only I10 stuff that seems to be on open test yet), and agree with Ech you might want to check some of them first. A nice additional touch is the Stealth combat webbing.
On a personal note it looks like the tight pants option that allowed me to make Brit's red, white, and blue casual cossie has returned(Oh yeah Havoc Fang you know the ones! )so I could possibly use that in Brit's custom suit now!
now then this sounds interesting
are you suggesting making new characters for this?
or adjusting old ones?
since my villains at the moment i don't think you work

Lies *shifty eyes* That sounded wrong aswell
okay, so the PACS has been made public knowledge (check the council of war thread)
So anyone who's going for this, feel free to put together your suit.
Parts are as follows, Parts that are customisable in red, parts that are not in blue.
Colours [/b](all customizable)[/b] noted as numbers down, then across from left (so black is 1:1. White 1:10)
Robotic Arm 2 chest set
chest: insect armour. pattern: none. colour: 11:10
Shoulders: medieval 2. Colour: 11:10. 1:10
upper arms: Banded robotic. colour: 11:10. 1:1.
gloves: Banded robotic. colour: 11:10. 1:1.
heres a few examples of customized sets being used:
Blanscher
Fellus
Lunk
and on hero side Britanic
wish i managed to get some screen shots of the team we had out fighting yesterday evening, with most of us in the suits, but the excitement made me forget
((back when they announced the Rikti Invasion (and after i stopped running around in circles making exited "EEEE" noises) i thought "wouldnt it be cool to have a uniformed group of Rikti Hunters, for the TF and stuff.
Not confined to a SG, or even to Hero or Villain side, but just pockets of these fighters throughout paragon and the rogue islses.
The origional design was scrapped, after it was pointed out that it had way too much subconsious X-Com:Ufo influence ( :P )and that the armoured legs look too bulky on some chars.
So back to the drawing board, and finaly, we get a "combat vest" design.
IC wise its basicaly Plasteel plating, with a bunch of gizmos in it (vital sign monitors, Med-port signal amplifier...all the bits needed to make life easier, but without going against game physics, like making everyone a tank-mage)
anyway, heres the base Suit. Its designed to fit over normal wear, and be easily customisable, so gloves, shoulder pads, and stenciling (secondary chest pattern) are all changeable.
Looks very cool with the swept back respirator mask, and big chunky boots.
The suits will be introduced IC...well...when it makes sense to, seings we dont realy know about the invasion yet.
So who is interested in the whole concept?))
