  1. It used to affect rebirth, but that was fixed in the latest patch.

    Ran it against some mobs and it was doing almost nothing from what I can tall.

    A quick test on the RWZ dummies. Bonus damage showed in combat logs 8x over the span of Ice Storm (... continues to burn for ...). 8x for Sleet too.

    Seems like one application, one target? I've not time for any sort of extensive test.

  5. I went the proc route and enjoyed the damage bonus for a time before switching over to the purple set after they gave us Ice Mastery. I definitely prefer all the extra confuse the purple set provides.

    As long as Domination is active that first icon will be there. So you may see three icons, but it's only double stacked.

    Sounds like the bar is moving. Just pointing out that it will take out oranges and purples quite easily in that scenario.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but there are no bosses on the wall in Cimerora right? Sleet will take out all on a +4x8. Ice Storm will do the same. No Scourge involved in those cases.
  9. It's a nuke even without the shifts. (and outside of the trials where you'd only be +1 anyway).
  10. I turned off my damage inflicted for the trials which seems to have worked. For me anyway, I was thinking it was all of the new reactive interface dot stuff coming through.
  11. Yeah, I'm clearing +4x8 spawns just by alternating between Sleet and Ice Storm; nothing else. 10 second rule sounds like a good idea to me.

  13. It works in rains on live tho doesn't it? I know things like Lore and MM pets were having issues. Or am I seeing the reactive animation play, without it actually doing anything?

    EDIT: It looks like this may be going live tomorrow?
  14. Just wanted to chime in to say that yeah, that proc/rain/toggle thing needs to be fixed. Unslotted Sleet should not be able to take out a +2x8 spawn on its own. However it was working before was fine; it wasn't on a 10 second timer, but it definitely wasn't doing whatever it's doing now.
  15. For Ageless I've got 70-30-20-10; I think your 40% for 20s is off.

    IIRC, damage resistance provides resistance against damage debuffs; unless the damage debuff is unresistable, which I don't think the one in Void is.
  18. I'm running 45% S/L and 125% Recharge for Permadom. Hasten is optional at that point, but I've got it as well. If I had to choose, Permadom would definitely be my first pick. Even at 35% however, I felt pretty good about the amount of def I had. None of it necessary, but very welcome.

  20. Yeah, I bugged this back when Sleet was added. It's the same thing for the Jump Jet and a few other powers, oddly affected by NoPhase.
  21. Nice, just upgraded my build to SLI. Had some beta drivers kinda trying to fake it, but it'll be nice that it's now supported. Looking forward to it.
