Does "Power Boost" affect Incarnate abilities?

Was thinking specifically Destiny. Power Boosted Ageless? Barrier? Yes please =)

Well...i was on a team where i heard power boost affected rebirths heal. But i never got to see it so i dont know if that was true, it wouldnt have been WAI anyway.

It used to affect rebirth, but that was fixed in the latest patch.

Phantom Rose: Ill / Kin / Psi
Soleau: Ice / Icy / Ice / Core: Ice / Fire / Pyre / Wind / Eclipse / Flare / Corona

It got kind of wacky with clarion also boosting it, I used to see my powerboosted rebirths going over 2k sometimes, with just power boost it was about 1699ish.

Well I guess it was too much to hope for. But at least I have Nerve as my Alpha so that's affecting my barrier. Thanks!
