BTW, with the Vanguard Member badge, anyone know if you have to do your own mission or like the Midnighter membership, can you tag along for arc completion with someone else?
If so, I may consider leading a few teams to permit early membership to Vanguard for folks wanting that. I know it would be a pain to get enough merits for your weapons as a lowbie, but might as well open the door for that as soon as reasonable, right?
Edit: Also, if you are going to park a lowbie (sub 20 for a while), I'd suggest doing it in the portal corp for the intern badge. I've done this myself pre-SSK and it wasn't a bad run. Anyways, the end of mission jumbo sized inspirations are VERY useful at low levels if you actually play through them as opposed to using the PL Skip Button. -

Those are the War Walls. They were erected during/after (Paragon Wiki would say for sure) the first Rikti invasion in order to protect parts of Paragon City.

I used that arc for my 45-50 missions as well.

1) save Arnold Decker
2) rescue a Rikti guy
3) talk to Dark Watcher
4) stealth mish for 4 glowies -
No doubt. I actually have 3 villain 50s now and another at 48. Surprised?

With I16 I think everyone is going to be spending a lot of time in Icon.

You can enter the zone at level 1. The contacts are flagged at 35+. Also you can't get Vanguard merit drops until you hit level 35.

Technically with the new fire epic for scrappers you can have a debuffing scrapper (Melt Armor). Char is also in the epic, so there is a bit of control as well. Not to say that the ideas aren't good ones.

ew Vista. I am not in the beta, and when I try to log on to the test serve I just get bounced back to the login screen with a message telling me my account is not authorized for the beta. So not sure that the black screen is part of the "no access".

We did the mission on that map where you have to defeat Scirroco. He totally owned our team, but the brute pulled him over the hole and.....he dropped to his death and completed the mission.

You can also download the map pack which will add the level and enemy type information for each area of the zone to the map file.

I haven't heard about a version of Mids for the Mac, but there is the online one at the Titan Network that should work on the Mac.

Now, you need to go to talk to the guy about registering for the special buns and thigh class. After all penguins have anurisms and I wear polyester thongs to school. Where was my jar of Honey Bees? Who will not drag my fat butt? Now what was the price of eggplants and bees again? I forget things quite quickly since I'm old. Although old is relative."
