Best Arc for Ouroboros 45-50 Range?

And by "best" I mean easiest? >.>

My badger is a Warshade. He can stealth missions and is a decent soloist. I've worked my way up from the bottom and I'm struggling with which arc I should use for the final range of Ouro badges. These arcs are all so AV/EB-ridden and I can already feel the bruises from trying to fight them under debuff, unenhanced, etc. Any suggestions?

Laventera's second arc (forget the name). 4 missions.

1) save Arnold Decker
2) rescue a Rikti guy
3) talk to Dark Watcher
4) stealth mish for 4 glowies

Shweet. You're sure this one awards the badges? Just checking because I got burned by Alexander.

Yes, that is a challenge badge granting arc. In fact, it is how I got the badges in that range.

The reason you didn't get badges for the Alexander mission is that it is badge mission and not a story arc (even though it is multiple missions, only the true story arcs give challenge badges)

I used that arc for my 45-50 missions as well.

"The Strange case of Benjamin A. Decker," I used that one too, the no travel powers challanges were a mild annoyance but were still easy.

I used the Ouroboros Initiation arc:

1. Click glowie.
2. Defeat 25 enemies, rescue 7 hostages, click glowie.
3. Rescue hostage, defeat boss.
4. Rescue hostage, blow up meteor.

The good points:
1. Losing your travel power isn't a big deal at all, since all missions are in the Ouroboros citadel.
2. Running the arc took me 10-20 minutes total, depending on challenge settings. I had all eight badges in about an hour.
3. If you don't have the Isolator badge, you'll get it. The last mission is full of Shivans, so you can work toward the Man/Woman in Black badge as well.

The bad points:
1. The second mission exemplars you down to level 1, which hurts, especially when stacked with some of the challenge settings (I remember player debuffed was especially bad). This will get slightly less annoying when Issue 16 hits.

When I ran it Ouroboros Initiation awarded badges in the 35-39 range. Has this changed?

When I did it last summer, it gave me the 45-50 badges. I don't know if it's changed since.

Edit: Checked it on Test and the badges awarded were indeed the 35-39 ones. So, yeah, Benjamin Decker's probably the best bet.

Benjamin Decker is pretty much the shortest and simplest arc you could ask for, esp. since you already said you were stealthy.

Rule number six of an empathy defender is NEVER underestimate a blaster's ability to die. I don't care if he has CM, Fort, both RAs, bubbles (both FF and Sonic), and is fighting next to a Storm defender with hurricane on. If there is a way to die in that situation, the blaster will find it.

I know that the last time I went for the flashbacks on both my main badgers with the Benjamin Decker arc it was in the 45-50 range that's because they were both Level 50 at the time the Rikti war zone was overhauled. With any newer characters after that issue they get the flashback from 35-40. I may be wrong but give it a try, it cant hurt.

If not here is a list http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Hero_M...ashback_System

They all look pretty long and have AV's you could always try and get a few teammates and do one that has a good merit reward. If not try Crimsons Operation: World Wide Red I know I soloed that with my tank just to get the GM Kronos Titan to spawn for the badge Master of Olympus

Freedom Server - Main = Lil Bug & way too many alts to list

I ran these last night (Nov 10th, 2009) and also got the badges for 35-39. The Meteor can be a chore to solo if you're not a damage dealer, and are trying to beat the clock.
