If you're tired of getting mezzed all the time, either carry a tray of breakfrees, or the other route is the one you claim to want to avoid, Clarion. Otherwise, you can have the greatest, or most expensive build you want, it is still not going to completely protect you from mez.

If I'm not mistaken, people usually suggest heading to the Test Server to 'test' out various alterations to builds.

I carry almost all Breakfrees on builds like Fire/Dark, especially if your defense is that high.

one is the "server status page" which lists regular and scheduled maintenance, and has been known to cite emergency maintenance
