It's not a temp power, it's below that. You have to scroll down on your powers tab.
[/ QUOTE ]
Specifically, it should be under the Inherents section. -
First, being a Brute, you will probably want to eventually replace Jump Kick with Combat Jumping. Because CJ combined with Hurdle lets you leap fast all over the battlefield to keep fighting and maintain your Fury.
Now, as for accessing the power, open your Powers tab. Then on the right side of the display, scroll down until you get to the Leaping Pool. Click the power, and it should be added to your tray. -
AE is owned by Dr. Aeon. Why would he be concerned about his customers' energy usage, considering the very powerful energy source he has tapped into?
-
At least twice. First time was before I joined. Second was not too long after the made name changes purchasable. That was when Twilight-Vixen was finally able to be the one and only Twilight Vixen.
-
I certainly don't hate steampunk. It just looks too elegant and cool to hate.

Does anyone have a list of which Forced Teaming missions (aka click multiple glowies simultaneously) have been fixed to do away with this requirement?
I am working Phillipa Mereaux's missions (just finished her arc), and was hoping to finally get the War Wall Defender mission next. Unfortunately, the only mission being offered is this:
[ QUOTE ]
We've got a dangerous situation brewing. The Council has been collecting data on heroes for some time, and we believe they have a full list of all Super Groups registered with the Paragon City government, complete with the powers and weaknesses of each member. What's worse, the Rikti found out about it. They're moving on the Council base as we speak. I need you to stop the Rikti raid and destroy the Council's files. The Council protects its most precious info with heavy duty security protocols, so you'll need a teammate to help you crack into their network.

I had heard that a few of these types of missions had been fixed so they are soloable, but can't find a list of which ones have had the treatment.
Since I can't use a mission drop for another day or two, I don't want to take this one just in case it is still forced teaming, but this of course means I can't continue with this contact. -
Get both. If you are paying monthly, you are coming out way ahead.
GvE: $10
Game Time: $15
Net Cost: Negative $5
AE: $20
Game Time: $15
Booster Pack: $10
Net Cost: Negative $5
The serial codes, upon activation, will push your next billing date back a month. So no reason not to go for these.
I also recommend buying the Mac Edition as well, since it includes everything in the Valkyrie Pack plus a month of time.)
Mac Edition: $20
Game Time: $15
Net Cost: $5 -
Correct. Everyone should enter the mission first and then the one swapping out logs and gets invited. This nets the temp power for both your characters. This also works with the V-Day and Winter Event missions as well (including Chilly and Dram's missions). Mission owner and the swapped out character get credit and the reward.

By the way, for those of you wondering about sally, look in your hero alerts for something strange in croatoa. It seems that the notice for sally.
[/ QUOTE ]
That only applies to Jack and the Great Pumpkin. The alert never refers to Sally. That is most likely because she is classed as an M and not a GM. -
Seems like a harmless suggestion. Still, I would also recommend only 1 per character for the life of that character. Granted, I'm not sure why I feel this should be how it's done, but it just seems right.
As for all your enhancements being sold back automatically, why not just have them auto converted to the appropriate origins anyway, since they would all cost the same.
Only exception would be Yin Talismen, since each origin gets a different type of SO there. In that case, they either go buh-bye, or they get sold back as originally suggested. -
This would also be completely useless to some ATs (depending on powersets) at low levels.
Prime example is the Fire/Kin Controller. At the Pre-Stamina levels, damage is already pretty low and endurance usage is high. I think even a 30% damage increase would not make much difference there, and endurance usage would be horrendous for such little benefit.
Likewise, with Conserve, sure the endurance might be more bearable, but the reduced damage would counter that benefit to where it would be totally useless. -
For at least the past 2 years and 3 months, she has conned yellow. That is how long I have been playing, and I have never seen her con any color other than yellow, no matter the level of character I'm playing.
-
Too bad when there is a Kheld in the area, she doesn't have a chance of spawning as Sally Quantum.
Sure, she still would be harmless, but she would have the prestige of being a Quantum. -
They would be getting a good headstart on the issue after that, which would probably have no new costume bits.
-
Hope this does not seem like a stupid suggestion, but did you remember to actually train them up to 50 after you dinged?
-
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ]
I wouldn't object to that, but for the small problem - training can and does take time. Sometimes a lot of time. Specifically, when you don't have a build prepared, you essentially stand next to the trainer, stare at the level-up screen and think.
[/ QUOTE ]
I think you misunderstood my idea. It would function like Mission Transporter from Mac Edition. It would teleport you from where you are to stand next to a Trainer.
[/ QUOTE ]
Sam wasn't misunderstanding your suggestion, he was actually replying to AzureSkyCiel's alternate suggestion. -

Well, they're smaller than most wings, but they're still pretty big. The Fairy wings, too.
[/ QUOTE ]
Last I checked, the Insect wings were bloody humungous. Or they seemed like it at least
But anyways, the larger mini-wings is a moot point. Just wait for the Vet ones, and your wish is granted! However I am 110% on board the idea of cosmetic Jetpacks.

Faerie Wings
Insect Wings
On the male and huge models, the Insect wings are larger. The Cherub wings are also larger on male and huge. -

I'd love a whole issue of just costume pieces ... 30 new chest icons etc...
[/ QUOTE ]
Okay, but for that issue, they have to convert Atlas Park to the one seen in the arc Twilight's Son offers in Ouroboros.
"Issue 18: Fashion Show"
[/ QUOTE ]
And the trailer for that would have to make use of the Fashion Show Atlas Park map, and be hosted by Serge, Trina, Lauren, Carson, and the Facemaker nurses. -

Nothing is exempt. LotG:Recharges, KBIOs, all those follow the rule of five as well (check combat attributes to see if Karma, Zephyr, and Steadfast all hae the same name or not for their KB protection - it's the name under the combat attributes that matters.
[/ QUOTE ]
The name in Combat Attributes are actually Karma: Knockback Protection and Steadfast Protection: Knockback Protection (guessing Blessing of the Zephyr would say "Blessing of the Zephyr: Knockback Protection").
So that being the case, you could have 5 of each, if you have enough powers to take them all. Wow! That would be 75 points of protection. Then 5 Kinetic Crash sets would bring that up to 90. Add Acrobatics into the build with a KB enhancement, and we are up to what Acro used to be before it got nerfed (minus the KB resistance).
Granted, that would be extremely wasteful as far as powers, slots, and inf go; but still an amusing late night before sleep mental exercise. -
Not really necessary. At the low levels, you are usually a half minute sprint away from the trainer in the zone you are currently in when you ding. Otherwise, the Pocket D teleporter works just as well, since there is a trainer in the D.
And once you hit 25, the O-Portal can get you instantly to one of several trainers, such as Ms. Liberty or Luminary for example. -
My techie characters make heavy use of the Taser dart, since its hold stacks nicely with other holds. It's real neat smacking someone with a ranged attack slotted with a Devastation: Chance ot Hold, then hitting them with the Taser Dart, and seeing the tesla cage form around them because the taser's hold stacked enough mag with the proc to actually hold the enemy.

A store nearby is selling new boxes of apparently older releases of the game - Good vs. Evil edition, even the original box. I realize that these boxes won't contain the latest update like the Architect edition, but they are pretty cheap ($10 or so).
[/ QUOTE ]
BUY! BUY! BUY!
The Good vs Evil box set gives you:
1) The Good vs Evil 'goodies' (powers and costumes) - normally costing $10.
2) One free month - normally costing $15.
SUPER BARGAIN!
[/ QUOTE ]
And after that, go ahead and purchase the Architect Edition as well. Since that comes with another $15 worth of game time, and a choice of one of the $10 Booseter packs, that makes a net total of negative $5. (just remember, it is currently limited to only the Magic and Cyborg packs. The Super Science pack is not selectable yet. -
[ QUOTE ]
3) The rule of 5. You can only get a certain set bonus up to 5 times in a build. As such, you can make a build that has 5 +6.25% Recharge bonuses, and 5 +4% Recharge bonuses, but if you build one with 7 +6.25% Recharge bonuses, only 5 of them will work. So putting a lot of the same set on a single build might not get you the most benefit.
[/ QUOTE ]
Just out of curiosity, does the Rule of 5 also apply to purples? I noticed there are well more than 5 purple sets that give 15% Accuracy bonus and 10% Recharge bonus. If someone were to somehow manage to come up with a build that could take more than 5 of these sets, would the Rule of 5 kick in on these, or are purples exempt? (barring hitting any recharge or ACC cap anyway) -

did u move the "slider" at the bottom left right? sometimes it happens to me, and u just need to move it to go to the left or right to access ur toons.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah. That's pretty much what I was saying. Guess we posted approximately simultaneously.
And if that is not the problem, double check and make certain you actually selected Virtue instead of a server you don't have any characters on. -
Double check and make sure you are not looking at the second or third column in the character select screen perhaps?
