click on "powers" to bring up the window, then scroll down. It'll be in the right-most column, probably near the bottom.

Add another row to your power tray (where you click to activate powers) by clicking the little arrow in the upper right corner of the tray. Click on "jump kick" in the power window. It should transfer down into an open spot in your tray. Note you can move the powers around in the tray however you want.

First, being a Brute, you will probably want to eventually replace Jump Kick with Combat Jumping. Because CJ combined with Hurdle lets you leap fast all over the battlefield to keep fighting and maintain your Fury.

Now, as for accessing the power, open your Powers tab. Then on the right side of the display, scroll down until you get to the Leaping Pool. Click the power, and it should be added to your tray.

Well there are two possibilities here. The first is that Jump Kick is in the Powers tab, but you didn't scroll down far enough to see it. Pools get their own entries on on the right side of the tab down at the bottom. You'll have to go down past Temporary Powers and Inherent, etc.

The second possibility is that you didn't actually pick it. After selecting a pool power from the list on the other screen, you have to confirm it in the main power-selection screen. If you pick something else before proceeding through the Level-up, it will deselect the Pool Power. If that's what happened, it's perfectly alright; you can pick up Jump Kick (or any other 1st or 2nd tier Pool Power) at the next Training in which you select a new power (which would be 8 in this case).

You can have selections from up to 4 different Pools (say: Leaping, Fitness, Medicine, and Leadership as an example). The first two powers open up at 6. The third power opens up at 14 so long as you have at least one power from the pool already. The fourth power opens up at 20 so long as you have at least two powers from the pool already. The "travel" powers all come open at 14 as they are all third-powers in the Leaping, Flight, Speed, and Teleportation Pools.

And don't worry at all about asking questions. "Newb" is not an indictable offense in this game .

It's not a temp power, it's below that. You have to scroll down on your powers tab.

"n00b" on the other hand, is. There is a difference between the two.

Specifically, it should be under the Inherents section.

All the way down the bottom at the right.

Not that we're criticising, but Jump Kick kinda sucks. Don't worry, you'll get plenty of opportunities to change your build later on.

Note that some powers don't show up in your tray at all- Passive powers, like those in the Fitness pool (which is highly recommended due to Stamina) are always active and never need to be clicked- so you can't even put them in your tray and don't need to.

Be aware that when selecting new Pool Powers, you has to press 'continue' twice.

First when selecting the specific power, and then in the general power selecting screen.

Both good points. I can also think of a third possibility. If the OP only has one power tray displayed, it could be full and the new power got put in the second tray. While this isn't likely at level 6, it is possible.
