Double check and make sure you are not looking at the second or third column in the character select screen perhaps?
did u move the "slider" at the bottom left right? sometimes it happens to me, and u just need to move it to go to the left or right to access ur toons.

This. I've accidentally scrolled on my home server list which has like 16 characters on it, and then gone back to another server list and found nothing, because it's stuck on the 2nd scroll over.

Yeah. That's pretty much what I was saying. Guess we posted approximately simultaneously.
And if that is not the problem, double check and make certain you actually selected Virtue instead of a server you don't have any characters on.
also, did u recently upgrade you account from a trial account to full ? sometimes people make the mistake of not upgrading their current account and accidently make a new one. so, u wont have access to the characters anymore.

Thanks everyone, it turns out it was stuck to the side and I hadn't noticed that I could have more than one set of characters.
Haha, I'll have to look closer next time, I guess that's the price of being new to the game--occasional self-embarrassment.
Oh, it's happened to lots of people. The only advantage of being a vet is that you've already made most of those '"d'oh!" mistakes, like trying to click on the 'out' door of the tram and not understanding why it wasn't working.

Hello there,
I'm having an unusual, if not troubling circumstance. Today I logged into my account and tried to hop on the game as per usual, but found that all my characters are gone for some reason.
I accessed the same server I've always used--Virtue, but to no avail there's nothing there. I've closed the game and re-opened it several times while logging in and out and gained zero results.
Is this perhaps a common occurrence or did something odd happen? I don't keep my passwords on my computer or give them out/other security issues.
Any ideas what this is?
