  1. ZombieCo veterans Nightmare Glenn and Husk Bruce knew to wear their best clothes, even if they were a bit odd. Their colleague, Adam, however, arrived on Photo ID Day without pants. Luckily they managed to improvise.

If I am a winner, I permit NC Interactive, Inc. and NCsoft Europe Limited to use my name, likeness, photograph, hometown, and any comments that I may make about myself or this contest that I provide for advertising and promotional activities. I also certify that I am at least 13 years of age and am eligible to participate in this contest.

  2. Hatless Zwill greets us on Happy Day After Titan Weapons Release Day, and taunts us about how his character on his personal account that is named something supposedly awesome and ironic. I still think it's something lame like Sword Fish.

Real World Hero talk. Mercedes Lackey made a Ghost Widow doll. She plays CoH. So much so that she and some other people actually wrote a book of fan fiction about their characters, with some tweaks. Which reminds me, I need to finish reading that.

All the NCSoft game forums are down.

Freitag apparently has a Level 50 Titan Weapons character that he's using in the trials. He used the dev "auto-enhance" feature. Zwill sighs and is disappoint, since those enhance for secondary effects and suck.

Zwill: "It's not like you can't use Devhax and make IO's for yourself!"

    TANGENT: Beiber's steampunk video

Talk of running TPN and MOM trials. Zwill gives out strategy.

Zwill: "Oh what's his name? The angry guy with the guns?

    VK: Charleton Heston?

Zwill: "Yes, him. You've killed us all, you damn dirty apes!"

    TANGENT: Diablo

    Zwill calls Arbiter Hawk Pedobear.

    Zwill: "That is creepy."

TANGENT: 4chan trolls the entire world with a local news station's report on Pedobear as though he was something people take seriously.

I inform them of another one about trolls, and doing things for virtual currency called "lulz."

Zwill: "How many lulz did you get? Over 9000!"

    TANGENT: Memes

TANGENT: How all this started with mention of the steampunk video.

Arbiter Hawk mentions he likes Abney Park, the steampnuk band. I mention my favorite song of theirs, "Herr Drosselmeyer's Doll."

Some people told Zwill "learn to play" on TPN when he was a troller outside.

    TANGENT: Public Opinion.

    Issue 22 Stalker Improvements!

FOUR CHANGES! NOT FIVE, NOT THREE!

Assassin Strike outside of Hide is no longer interruptible and is not the huge wind up time stab. It will do damage based on recharge time.

Every non-Assassin Strike attack will add +1 Assassin's Focus, which is +33.3% crit chance for non-hide Assassin Strike, up to 99.9%.

Zwill is confused and thinks the changes are live now and has to have sense bludgeoned into him.

Zwill: "It's that new trial. I've been playing a Stalker in that new trial."

    GRAVITY CHANGES!

    Improvements in Issue 22!

Propel: Similar animation, but shorter. 2.07 seconds instead of 3.8. Damage will be lower in PVP, but the same in PVE.

New mechanic called "Impact" added to the set. A bonus for using Lift or Propel hit by Grav Distortion. You'll get bonus damage for using Lift/Propel, as the hold cancels out the knock effect.

Projectile speed on Propel has been upped as well. That will be ported over to other things with slow projectile speeds.

Lift was not doing as much damage as it ought. It was doing 0.8 scale and will be doing 1.3 scale. That carries over to Singularity for Trollers and Doms.

kwsapphire: Summary: Gravity Control changes: any foe held by the grav hold who is then hit with propel or lift will take extra damage.

"Kind of like Time Manipulation, and the synergy with other Grav users since you can use any Grav hold, like you can use anybody's Disintigrate."

Dominator Lift was already at the proper scale, it will carry over to the Dom pet however.

Talk of Ice Control and fixing Jack, "Jack is a little less derp."

Someone is pounding on the table. Ow. Ow. Ow.

TANGENT: Mythbusters firing a cannon through somebody's wall.

Chat wonders if Dimension Shift is going to be made to suck less.

Zwill: "Dimensional Shift is awesome! Well... in PvP."

    Discussion of PVP tactics.

Issue 22 will add a special tag to incarnate trial bosses to deal Containment damage to them, and on any big scary boss that is immune to control in the future.

    TANGENT: Adjectives and Verbs.

Protean arrives to tell them to shut up about adjectives.

Zwill warns us about the video:
    1. It will likely lag the stream
    2. There is a lot of heavy breathing

This is the Arbiter Whiteboard Forehead iPhone cam.

I cannot watch the video due to my severe motion sickness.

    perceptorii: Vozhilok Cadavre puke power...ACTIVATE!

Jack is getting new versions of his powers to fix his "I dun wanna!" thing with Ice Sword and Greater Ice Sword.

TANGENT: The First Meme: "Are you my future wife?"

    1:12 coh_beastyle: The first meme that I know of, I can't say.
1:12 coh_beastyle: But it involved Hello Kitty.

Hawk: "My first meme was All Your Base."

Zwill: "When was that? In your mother's womb?"

Hawk: "My tenth birthday was yesterday!"

Zwill: "Well, you have to be older than 16, what with the Lobo the Wolf Boy thing you've got going."

Hawk: "I could have a hormonal disorder."

TANGENT: ______ 2: Electric Boogaloo. Zwill wants it to be Issue 22: Electric Boogaloo.

Saxitoxin: Q: Can we have the option of breaking down an incarnate power that we have created?

Hawk: "Two things, is it technically possible, or are we doing it?"

It's not technically possible now. They'd have to do code work.

They discuss that having an Incarnate Respec would be kind of against the idea of the system and that the powers are meant to be a collectible thing.

"Speeding up the Lost curing wand's recharge?"

Hawk says he'll look into it. Si8nce everyone has to do it to get Midnighter Access unless they offer a market license.

Talk of AV/GM auto hit powers. Most auto hide powers are avoidable.

Hawk: "It's more of a player having to avoid the effect rather than a character sheet avoidance."

Kheldians? There will be a toggle option to have the wispy ball for Light Form back, unless it breaks something.

    Energy Melee?

Hawk: "We are looking at it. It's too early to talk about details. Somewhere down the line we'll come up with something cool to do it."

    Freitag has used Devhax.

Zwill: "That's max slots! And you're still auto-enhancing!"

Hawk: "Well, that ought to be fine and not overpowered then."

Talk of the things they can use with powers now. Like attacks that only hit you if it looks like it can hit you, the Abomination's foot stomp is brought up.

Adding that Containment tag to the Lt's in BAF?

Hawk: "I don't want to make something that is already easy even easier. I can understand thematically why you'd want it. But from a gameplay point it doesn't need tweaking."

Hawk talks about playing Ice/FF back when the BAF trial mobs had no mez resistance.

Talk of Keyes Time Stop/Obliteration beam. It's how they want it.

Praetorian EAT: "The problem is that you need a metric ton of story content to go along with them. If we ended up with a pile of money and time we'd do it. But we're not looking at it right now."

Talk of the issue design process.

Zwill: "Thank you Arbiter... Hawk. I almost called you Arbiter Wolverine."

Hawk: "I'm just going to shave off all my hair."

Zwill: "Then you wouldn't have to use a headband when you play Ultimate Frisbee"

Hawk: "I could cut my bangs."

Zwill: "And get a mullet? That would be sweet. You could drive around in your T-bird and play Def Leppard tunes."

  3. Zwill states that they will be starting to 'port over' male pieces to the female model rather than making female-only pieces with future costume sets from here on out.

From here on out they will also be offering pre-tinted and non-tinted pieces of costumes from now on as well so you can choose.

Zwill shills the costume contests going on today. Think Tank drops by and he's one of the judges.

Arbiter Whiteboard has been recording the Ultimate Frisbee games using his iPhone attached to a headband. It makes Zwill seasick.

He says he'll edit a version down and show it sometime.

    TANGENT: The Muppet movie.

Zwill has officially thrown up the Synapse Signal, so he ought to be arriving soon.

    ZombieManCoH: It's a 1950's man-on-street reporter interviewing a waif.

ParagonKid: Zwill could be announcing a horse race.

    TANGENT: Karaoke at the pummit.

    TANGENT: Thanksgiving meals

They're looking into porting Titan Weapons to stalkers down the line, as it would need new animations. They were surprised by the disappointment regarding it not being on stalkers.

Someone in chat mentions that Synapse looks tiny compared to Zwill, he has his chair down 4 inches lower, so Zwill drops his to make it look more even.

    Titan Weapons!

    Defensive Sweep
It's the only powerset that gets AoE as a Tier 1 power!
    Adds defense!
Melee Cone, hits up to five targets!
    Extraneous exclamation points!

    Crushing Blow
    Lowers foe defense!

    Titan Sweep
    Melee Cone with knockdown!

    Build Momentum
    Like Build Up!
    Less Damage!
    Momentum for 10 seconds!

Synapse says that Build Up is kind of bleh and they like making new mechanics for new sets to have.

    Follow Through
    Huge damage!
    Light DoT/Bleed damage!
    Knockdown!
    Stun!
    Requires Momentum!
    Very VERY short animation!

    Confront/Taunt
    Herp a derp!

    Shatter Armor
    Debuffs defense and Resistance!

    Whirling Smash
    Knockdown!
    Requires Momentum!

    Arc of Destruction
Have to be on the ground to use!
    Massive Cone Damage!
    Knockdown!

Synapse gives an explanation about momentum. You have to hit with the attack, and the attacks are faster for the next 5 seconds. You cannot gain more momentum unless you use Build Momentum, which is a 10 second override.

Nothing consumes momentum. You will always have it for 5 seconds. That is about enough time to make two or three attacks.

The powerset is AoE intensive, and Synapse recommends slotting for Endurance.

    Also get Accuracy and Tohit.

Base accuracy is 1 rather than 1.05 like most weapon sets, as this set has more damage than the End usage would indicate.

He gives some IO recommendations. Of course he mentions the expensive +Recovery IO's and Kinetic Combat. Zwill states that Kinetic Combat IO's are on sale in the Paragon Market right now.

Chat states that it's cheaper to buy the Kinetic Combat IO's individually, as they are 12 points cheaper when bought individually rather than in the set. Oops.

Titan Weapons' downside is that missing hurts.

Zwill isn't sure what secondary he's going to go with on his TW Brute.

Synapse is rerolling an /Elec with the new Titan Weapons set.

Zwill won't tell the theme of his character because he thinks it's unique enough to recognize him on the personal account.

    TheNetPQA: Its Cloud from FF7
coh_beastyle: he admonishes people about Cloud clones
coh_beastyle: so he can be Cloud
    TheNetPQA: ^this

I ask if Zwill's character is a swordfish. That draws groans from both of them.

Tank's Bruising is only on the targetted enemy, I think that's also the case with Momentum.

There will be NPC's using Titan Weapons

Fluffy will be staying in Darkness Affinity as the Tier 9.

There are no plans for TW alternate animations, due to the two animations per power.

Zwill says they're not focusing on that since it's as much work as making a new set.

Dark Assault will have the old Dark look rather than the new Dark Control look.

"Why no Pine tree for Titan Weapons?"

Synapse: "I wish we'd thought of that!"

Zwill: "I want a fully decorated Christmas tree for Titan Weapons."

They're 'very aware' that players want more MM sets.

Talk about whips. Back Alley Brawler did some experimenting with whips, trying to have it recoil, or lay on the ground when idle. But both looked bad. Synapse says any whip sets would have to be effects like the Demon Summoning. He says that an entire fire whip melee set would be okay, but he thinks it would make a better Dominator Assault set.

Momentum is not an actual power, it's two separate powers that goes "Do you have Momentum? If so use this other power."

Power Redirect is being used in upcoming trial mechanics.

Synapse can't name the list of Dark Assault powers off the top of his head.

syrusbliz: Q: in regard to Dual Pistols, the combo of long animationss and lethal damage means low damage, certinaly lower than other blast sets; any chance of a damage tweak for them?

Synapse: "A damage tweak? No. A DPA tweak, yes. The cone and the targetted AoE, and Executioner's Shot could have better cast times."

Next week we will have Arbiter Hawk talking about the upcoming Stalker changes as well as yet unannounced changes for other power sets.

Zwill: "I think people will be floored when they hear about them."

    Hopefully in a good way.
  4. Things may be a bit weird. I have absolutely wretched upload speeds. As I have a streaming radio show going on right now, I can't upload. Screenshots will be added in after I'm slept. So likely something in the night US Central time.

    ---

Posi and Zwill, plus DOGGIE! start things off, her name is Mia.

    Black Scorpion is also around.

The puppy belongs to Theresa, the office manager, and Posi takes her over to her mommy.

BS gets uncomfortably close to Zwill.

    TANGENT: Zwill misses theater.

Zwill is washing one of his hats for the Real World Hero charity, since he's had it for three years.

BS: "And it's the first time you've washed it."

Posi returns and talks about the keyboard he's donated.

    TANGENT: Keyboards.

Posi fixed his Flowbeed hair after the summit.

    Arbiter Hawk arrives.

    Titan Weapons: Dec 6.

Posi: "The look on Black Pebble's face when we revealed that was worth the price of admission alone."

    Gunslinger costume: Soon(tm)

They started designing the TPN trial long before they started Ustreaming.

    Also coming soon.

Either BS or Hawk goes: "Krieger, press print screen."

OW OW OW purposeful table slamming.

Looks like we also have Synapse

Zwill: "In this trial the thing I noticed was the ground. It's disgusting, in a good way."

"We've been playtesting that internally for a long time."

"Black Pebble is in the shot, it wasn't that difficult to act."

Z: "They're all attacking Black Pebble. I wonder why."

Zwill photoshopped out bits of the whiteboard.

They replay the Staff Fighting Video.

    The glow moves and pulsates.

    "The cape is amazing."

They have a waterfall cape, weapons, and non-animated phoenix wings.

"I can demo ice for you in a sec, this room is freezing."

    "Get him a snuggie!"

    "Get him the puppy!"

"The lantern does not act as a turn signal."

The lotus pose was the first one they tried, looks awesome, unless you have a cape or tail.

COHSkywriter: Males get jackets. Females get glowing corsets.

Everyone else but the people involved in the Ustream got to go home.

"Just keep asking questions and we'll be here til Thanksgiving."

Posi: "Come a certain time, there will be a Matt-shaped hole in the wall."

Some wrestling with the camera and mic.

We have a visual and auditory blackout.

perceptorii: I hope that's an extreme close up shot of the puppy.
    Aracknight: pop yellows
    psychoti: Dang Night Mistresses.
milkweasel: it's a ploy for them to leave early!
ineffablebob: Quick, sacrifice a minion to Mot
Samuraiko: this, by the way, is the new fog in Dark Astoria...
ParagonKid: This is a Dark Control demonstration.
milkweasel: net or beast, go tell them they're offline
    TheNetPQA: Not it.

The paragon team makes hand signs to get people to reload if there is no audio.

    Tangent: Sign Language

"Really big weapons, great weapons, Cloud fighting, poke with big stick melee."

psychoti: I want a new archetype so I can make a Hammer/Time controller.

Dark Control is all new effects and animations, nothing recycled.

    Most have a -Tohit.

Living Shadows is "a pretty broad cone."

Reminder to not hit the table.

Haunt summons two shades that harass the target until it dies. The WIP version of the shades are in the screenshot about.

"What did the table ever do to you?"

The Tier 9 "deserves its own release."

They talk about how awesome it is.

    Sound is down again.

Zwill is going to go wrangle up a better networking cable.

Zwill has to adjust the camera and orders them to tangent.

TANGENT: Posi has just introduced his son to Robotech/Macross.

There's a robotics school nearby using LEGO Mindstorms, Posi is taking his son there for his birthday.

    TANGENT: Digital/tech toys.

Posi talks about like the whole office having Digimon, and they fought a lot until one guy's Digimon got killed off forevers.

"Matt's signature power is saying "That's what she said!""

    COHSailorET: i22: Everyone gets Dark!

Switching the slides seems to break sound on some people's systems.

Gather Shadows is a combination of Build Up and Power Boost.

They were more work than the average proliferation.

Zwill: "It should be Dark Incarante. Dark Astoria and three Dark power sets."

Zwill: "I know that Scirocco is NOT a Stalker. But he looks kind of stalker-y."

The revamp of Assassin Strike is using mechanics from Titan Weapons to access an alternate power under certain circumstances.

Assassin's Focus is +33.3% chance to crit with Assassin's Strike outside of Hide, it stacks up to 3 times and is added with each attack you make.

The changes will hit next year some time.

    Dark Assault has Life Drain.

Synapse was testing a StJ stalker yesterday, three hits to build combo and focus, firing off Crushing Uppercut, then the Assassin's Strike, essentially guaranteeing a crit.

Staff Melee's draw is an over the shoulder draw.

Talk about how hard hitting Assassin's Strike is in comparison to KO Blow. Synapse gives the exact scale (3.56) off the top of his head. I mentioned it in chat off the top of my head as well, what with poking it for my Hellfire EAT.

Arbiter Hawk cut off his muttonchops so Andy couldn't make Wolverine jokes.

Posi: "You cut them off with your adamantium claws."

If there are alternate effects or weapon models, they will not change damage type. Like a flaming, or bladed staff. It will still do the same damage type.

They say it would be a powers nightmare to make and balance up stats for each individual staff or titan weapon. So they decided that cosmetics will not affect stats.

Things are looking better for Ice Armor for Brutes, as the changes to Fury generation/retention make it easier to get and maintain a middling level of Fury without having to radically alter the set.

They've talked about IO's, and the IO metagame seems to be all about defense. They would like to go back at some point and make it more of a viable choice between defense and resistance.

Whip Assault: everyone wants to do it, but it would have to be a non-physical whip, as they cannot make it re-coil.

If they could revamp one powerset:
Synapse: Energy Melee if it's minor, totally tearing apart and starting over, he has to pass.
Posi: Energy Blast, as it was one of the first sets they did. They have a lot more tools in the toolbox now to make a cooler set.
BS: Power pools "I'd revamp presence, medicine, possibly even fighting."

They will talk about staff options later, once they're cleared to release the information. IF they do there would be actual Staff Fighting.

Apparently the gravitational constant for CoH was not the gravitational constant of the universe, and someone thought it was a bug and fixed it. They changed comic book gravity to real life gravity. "Just chalk it up to that realistic, gritty, 1980's feel."

Talk about Fighting pool becoming almost mandatory since Fitness became inherent. They're aware of the issue and they've tried to make other power pools more tempting.

Posi goes to get the panel food.

We're having choppy stream issues, so Zwill is going to stop the recording as the Powers guys leave and the Lore guys arrive.

    Arbiter Hawk is offscreen.

Cymmetri: 24 TB!? yikes! that's a lot of gettlemen special interest literature.

    Continued audio and video troubles.

    Arbiter Hawk beatboxes for us.

coh_beastyle: Arbiter Hawk should just do this until 2pm.
psychoti: 5 minutes in on this one.... video of the beatboxing.
reiella: I do like the look of abject "why am I here" on Positron's face in reference to the beatboxing

Some talking about possibly adding more incarnate solo stuff, possibly another zone, or part of a zone.

Contacts will talk to you differently depending on alignment.

Diabolique leaves Praetoria after the First Ward , she is attempting to become Death Incarnate by tapping into Mot's power.

They make an inside joke that involves "Ding" regarding the trial.

The trial and large parts of the story arcs take place in entirely new locations, some in DA, some not. There are new creatures and entities, and Diabolique gets an upgrade to her costume.

They were not allowed to take a screenshot of her.

Hybrid and Genesis will come out together,

Some philosophy behind the designs can be given, but not power specifics.

They don't want to just make big numbers even bigger.

The Incarnate system is very level 50 focused, at some point in the future they might be looking at some of the powers having an effect on the game outside of level 50, as it seems to be a natural progression.

Comparison to tech development during war, like after the war trying to turn those to civilian uses. A lot of the powers Synapse made are based off of things that the enemy groups in First Ward and Dark Astoria used, as well as work done in the trials.

The player's interaction with the Well is more like Lord Recluse than Statesman. States was all "This is magic water!" Recluse was all "There is a scientific explanation for this."

    "Table is lava!"

All new exploration badges for new DA. There will be a connection to DA through two zones.

Adamastor is no longer in new DA.

There will be base teleporter access, trainer, medic, tailor, hospital, etc.

Old DA will be accessible via Ouro or base teleporter.

Adamastor will be accessible to both heroes and villains in Talos Island in the BP areas, or Sharkhead in the BP areas there.

He will be stronger and he will have additional powers, but will still be the same level.

    "He has more than footstomp."

Entire panel: "What's the deal with the fog and the ghosts?"

The fog is going away, they put a lot of work into an amazing looking zone. The old fog was kind of a smokescreen to hide the "meh" looks of the zone.

The revamped zone has its own creepy atmosphere.

"There is not another zone that looks like Dark Astoria."

They had the sound guys go over it, as well as interesting new spawns.

"It was like they were lining up for school picture day."

He mimes standing up straight and then "Oh crap, someone is looking!" and then makes zombie motions.

    Older BP spawns will remain.

The new DA will have new BP priests and priestesses.

It is not more masks and more totems.

The letter writer is involved in Dark Astoria.

Aeon: "You may or may not leave the identity of the letter writer in DA."

DA will imvolve all the Incarnate shifts. So if you're +3 you keep that level. Same goes for MM pets. They will also apply in the missions.

The Well of the Furies is not really involved in the DA story.

"Ultimately Diabolique is a tangent in the storyline. DA and Mot are the centerpiece."

When DA went dark is covered in the storyline.

Circle of Thorns will have a presence in the new DA.

    TANGENT: Memes.

They considered making the red-hued war walls visible on the Talos Island side, but decided against it.

DA mobs will give both types of IXP.

It will not give as much IXP as the trials.

    TANGENT: Thanksgiving plans.

They're still tuning the rate for players to be able to earn things in the solo path.

The character copy tool will be fixed for the I22 beta. But Zwill can't reveal how or why it broke.

    TANGENT: Explaining Thanksgiving to foreigners.

DA will not be level gated or VIP only, though you can't do the content.

It will be available to buy like First Ward.

TANGENT: Posi shows Zwill the buffet he's taking his family to for Thanksgiving.

Talk about enhancement converters. I think this was covered by my notes on the panel itself.

    There are three categories:
Convert to random IO from the same set
Convert to random IO of same rarity
Convert to random IO of the same category

The prices are 1, 2, and 3 tokens. I'm not sure which was going by which.

Super Packs - Base of 80 points each, discounts for buying in bulk.

    They're thinking abotu a 10 pack and a CCG-like box of 36.

Once you get an account item, like the Elemental Order pack belt there, you will never get it again.

"For example if you have all the costume pieces from the Rare table, then things like ATIO's are going to have a higher chance to drop."

You will never get something you won't be able to use.

The costume pieces have a high chance to drop amidst their rarity levels.

The Shard Cannon is for Beam Weapon and it was accidently on Beta early on.

Posi: "When it says Paragon Market, it means Auction House."

ATIO's can be slotted at level 7 and their benefit scale all the way up to 50.

    ATIO's cannot be boosted.

You cannot have more than one set slotted at a time on a character.

Using an Enhancement Catalyst will turn an ATIO into a more powerful Purple-like version.

You can only slot one of each ATIO, boosted or not.

    Tunnel Rat pops in.

New BP and Tsoo outfits available in the store?

Posi: "If it's on the player rig and works. There are some BP things that would not work."

BS states that the BP masks are actually attached to an invisible character's HAND and not the face.

The Super Pack cards are not tradeable, only the ATIO's, for this series at least.

The Signature Summon power is not on the Paragon Market because they wanted it to be Paragon Rewards only.

Enhancement converters will work on ATIO's. ATIO's are their own rarity. ATIO in, ATIO out.

If you up one ATIO to the higher set, you do lose one on the set. You can double up on the 2 and 3 set bonuses, as they have identical set bonuses, the Catalyzed ones have a bigger bonus.

"Consumables like inspirations that last for a set time instead of wearing off with death?"

They've actually been looking into purchasable longer duration buffs, as well as persistent ones.

TANGENT: Pumple cake. Apple pie and pumpkin pie baked into a cake. Like a desert turducken.

Field Crafter table for offer in market? They've been thinking about it and it's pretty likely they will.

"In game card game like other MMO's?"

Posi: "We considered it for about half a second until we realized that we can either make the card game, or work on City of Heroes. We chose to work on CoH."

BS: "If someone put a gun to my head and told me to put on in, I'd revamp the Gladiator system."

They are open to the idea of making ATIO's and costumes available through other means. It's being considered at the moment.

Posi: "The random nature is a part of the pack mentality."

    Chat groans.

    TANGENT: Sequel names

    TANGENT: Gravestones and burial preperations

The various levels of the MoM trial were NOT inspired by Inception, though the debug dialog had a shout out.

"Enter Penelope's room as the description, and the reply text is "Go deeper.""

Regarding being able to respec your primary and secondary:

Posi: "It just breaks my brain to think of, say, all the enhancements that you can no longer slot and just gimped yourself."

Synapse: "We'd have to have it like the respec, or the character transfer, but even more expensive."

BS: "And it would be so easy to break something. Like when we were trying out the 3 extra slots. That broke so many things. We're still finding things it broke 6 months later."

The zones themselves will never be purchase.VIP locked, they will be visit able, but you will need to purchase or subscribe to do the mission content.

" Will there be any chance to get some of the more expensive stuff in the packs, albeit with low chances? (i.e. the enhancement storage or other costumes)?"

Posi: "We didn't consider that. I don't know what the possibility would be. It's technically possible."

Synapse: "The Super Packs have a potentially high value than 80 points. Like 6 times 80."

Synapse thinks that the Kheldian ATIO is a bonus to whatever it is while in the forms. +Res for Dwarf, +Damage for Nova.
  5. War Witch: Thank you all for coming out here for this meeting of Altoholics Antonymous...

Dr. Aeon: No, this is all wrong. Let me switch to my Elec/Invulnerable Brute counterpart!

War Witch: Dr. Aeon is not merely the founder of Altoholics Antonymous, but he's also a client.

Television: And Golden Girl is here for the Scared Straight into Rolling Another Toon program.

They did not. The three we got were in the other room. We got the Costume Design, Lore, and Market panels, and missed out on the Power, Art, and Endgame panels.

Sure. I'd have a few questions I'd like to ask captive devs myself.

    To the OP:

I'd be grateful if you try to report the questions, even in brief. FYI, I'm not a 'PVP Guy' by any stretch of the definition - in fact, I almost excessively PVE these days. I stopped back about 8 issues ago from my casual dalliances, but as a fan of the comic book genre I always felt it was a mechanic that could be grown better than the original (and current) design. My suggestion to the Devs and to the players present was to evolve the integration in a way that revived PVP interest while respecting PVE preference. I don't "represent" anyone, except myself. I'm just a player with an idea.
You had an idea, it was too complex to summarize, you took a great deal of time longer than any other audience speaker in delivering your... idea, I think? I don't recall if you actually asked a question or not.

So by the time it got around to the dev's answer portion I still wasn't sure what you were asking, just that it involved PvP, I heard dueling mentioned, and you took what was, in my mind, a rather long time to deliver it. I found it a bit odd at first, then annoying, and then amusing the longer you went on.

So by the time you finished I'd kind of forgotten where you'd started and couldn't really discern any content other than "I have this great big idea about PVP, let me tell you about it..."

And the answers the devs gave were the same ones they always give with regards to PvP.

I apologize for zoning out while you were giving your idea. But I feel that a Q and A session is not the best forum for proposing in-depth ideas about the game.

I would expect equal treatment if I arrived at the Pummit with an old fashion ream of computer paper trailing out behind me as I happily recite to the dev panel my Hellfire EAT in detail.

While your idea is well thought out and you've put some effort into it, the format of the session was ill-suited to presenting it in the detail that you did.

It's taken you approximately 480 words to convey what you said at the Pummit. From my experience last week recording written text for the multimedia contest I found it impossible to fit that many words into a span of 3 minutes. I had to cut it down to be closer to 400 and even then I had to do a bit of creative editing to get it under the 3:00 mark.

So what I ended up with was:

"There is this guy talking about doing stuff with PvP, involving duels. He's talking for an awfully long time to the point where it's kind of annoying. Okay now he's gone on so long that it seems kind of funny."

So I went with the wording I did because I was trying to convey my amusement at the whole thing as well as tie that in to the answers that the dev team gave. They were the ones that had been used on previous Ustreams.

Thus "lolpvp" and "lolduels" used essentially as a kind of comedic juxtaposition, using two teeny tiny statements to essentially encapsulate a concept that took several minutes to deliver.

As I said, not particularly meant as disrespectful to you or anything. But a long winded speech, that I assumed was a rant, just seemed really REALLY out of place to me, and I treated it accordingly.

I have issues with verbal inflection at times, as I'm somewhat hard of hearing. So it's likely that I interpreted some of your vocal mannerisms or a loudness in tone as angry-sounding. Coupling that with the length of time you spoke, I assumed you were on some sort of PvP rant along the lines of "Why didn't you do this and this and this and so on and so forth?"

It seems that was not the case, and I apologize.

As I said, in text it sounds like a nice idea, but the suggestions forum or one of the player surveys would be a better method of delivery, and listening to it live and having it come from nowhere it felt really out of place, and I commented as such.

    *looks left*

    *looks right*

    But still...

    lolpvp.

They drew out concept art, as one can see in the images for this stuff. As far as I know it's actually going to be going into the game.

  12. They look over sales data twice a day, as well as reading the forums with regards to what is selling, what isn't, what is liked and isn't.

Their goal is to put higher end costume pieces on the market. They are going to continue giving pieces for free to VIPs.

    http://yfrog.com/j2fmfdpj

Ooo, concept art for Titan Weapons that will be for sale, on December 6th.

They will continue to release a new power set with each issue. For 21 it was Time Manipulation, next is Darkness control.

Staff Fighting comes out next year.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday will be having some big sales.

They're experimenting with packages, sales, and bundles. They will consider permantly discounting items if they sell greatly at the lower price.

They have the weekly items well into 2012.

Next week they're going to have a Thanksgiving-themed costume piece.

    Enhancement converters.

    Super packs.

Enhancement converter UI. Convert an enhancement into another one.

In-set will change one IO into another one of the same set.
In-category to change one IO to one of a similar type. Melee to Melee.
There will be another one that is random based on rarity. Purple to purple, orange to orange.

Super packs have 5 items of variable rarity. It will contain buckets of reward merits, Elemental Order costume parts, and ATIO's.

Video showing the basic UI for this.

You are guaranteed at least a Rare card if not a Very Rare.

They mention an Enhancement Catalyst, which they will get to later.

You can track the pieces through the Collect screen. The elemental pieces exist at every level. Once you get an account bound item it will not appear again and waste a card. YAAAAY!

    http://yfrog.com/h0i62xgj

    http://yfrog.com/nxai1ztj

They show some of the elemental costumes, but I can't see crap.

    http://yfrog.com/klhdvpzj

ATIO's are unique, one set per character. The set bonuses and procs can be specific to the AT. Stalker's Guile puts you into Hide when it goes off, for example.

Scrappers get +Crit, Tankers get +Res, etc.

    http://yfrog.com/oc1cnjj

Enhancement Catalyst turns ATIOs into Superior ATIO's, which are not tradeable. You combine them at level 50.

    http://yfrog.com/gybl0jbj

The VRATIO percentages get higher, the procs hit more often, for bigger effects.

They are still working on getting your veteran tokens up front.

Talk about the 30 day IO license.

They want to keep Incarnate pieces VIP only.

Starting out with a contact's call capability and the crafting table as possible QoL purchases. They considered the table. Posi has to talk to Black Scorpion to see if it's possible.

The Super Packs will be cheaper than 350 points. "Significantly cheaper."

They're going to keep Tier 9 VIP rewards for about 6 months.

Enhancement Catalysts exist only to boost ATIO's.

A player says he did the 70 merit PvPIO grind and says he'd pay to not have to do it again.

One of the devs want to put Rularuu weapons in the store.

They want to cycle Tier 9 VIP rewards due to not wanting it to become too complex and unwieldy.

They've been looking at how to do the Bank missions after you've outleveled them. It's another piece of arcane tech by people who don't work with the company. They're extremely interested in it, and as players themselves they want it. They've talked about it.

Posi forgot to plug in his laptop, so he has to turn it off.

Someone hasn't been watching the Ustreams and asks why they can't use /AuctionHouse in bases or missions. They answer it. Again.

For about the 8th or 9th time we're hearing laughter from the other panel room. Most of the Ustream (myself included) would rather be watching the Incarnate panel.

"Harriet Jones, Prime Minister. Is there a way to re-chose veteran rewards that I made a mistake on?"

It is technically possible, but they don't want to take anything away from someone.

Ghost Falcon, NPC Transformation powers: "They cost as much as they do because I really hate those people on eBay that are selling these for like $100 and $200 and $300."

"He means if he disproves of their actions. He doesn't hate them."

Posi: "You only hate them because you can't sell them for that much."

Accessing live servers from outside of the game client causes load issues.

Posi restates that adding 3 extra slots as a potential buy to the market broke a huge number of things. It's something they want to do. Second Measure says "It would likely require an entire revamp to the way the power system works."

Zwill: "So it accidently the whole thing?"

SG rename? They've looked into it, but they have to weigh it on if it is potentially worth Customer Service possibly murdering them.

    Incarnate Room is laughing again.

So I still know nothing from the Incarnate or Power panels. Anybody got any dirt on those?
  13. Writing panel with Positron, Protean, Dr. Aeon, and Ryan "Viridian" Green.

    Posi: "Tell us about Praetoria."

    Protean: "Praetoria, f*** yeah!"

Posi: "There are words on the screen here, but for some reason I have trouble focusing."

First Ward is just a start of the story about Tyrant wanting to stamp out any magic not under his control.

Dr. Aeon didn't realize the guy in the SSA looked liked Penn Jilette until someone on the forums said it. "Hey he doesn't like Penn... oh, yes he does."

Posi: "And he does illusions! We didn't even realize that!"

Some confusion of comic book companies. "Top Horse" and "Dark Cow."

    Praetoria's story will end

Batallion is most definitely the Coming Storm and it will be the next threat after Praetoria.

More on Prometheus, Ouroburos, and time travel will come in the future.

They've had over 20 people writing for CoH over the years.

Posi: "We've had Sean McCann trying to tie up loose ends..."

    Viridian: "Kill everyone."

Aeon: "I'm going as fast as I can! I can't kill them fast enough!"

State of defeated Praetorians: Defeated and contained, comic book dead, and outright dead. They have a list.

"We have a list of who Sean is allowed to kill."

Aeon: "It keeps getting shorter by the day."

Samuraiko: "I was about to cry when you put up the slide about Dark Astoria. I thank God..."

"You'll want to thank Mot for it."

"I will worship Mot if it gets I22 out quicker."

She wants to see the Revenant Hero thing continued and more Crey.

"Don't assume that Crey hasn't gotten into Praetoria. Heroes tend to face Crey tech once they've got it perfected."

AE lore has to be handled with care so players don't go "Well, AE is evil. I feel stupid for using it."

    "Didn't Crey invent MARTy?"

There are no 5th Column plans at the moment. There is some 5th column lore in revamped DA.

    Praetorian Stephan Richter.

Posi: "Two fates, either really dead, or something else. I know that's lame. But we did write ourselves a back door if we want him to appear in Praetoria, even though we wrote him as dead."

"The Power of Tartarus DOES reside in someone in Praetoria."

If/when they look at Shadow Shard a revamp Darren Wade would likely be involved.

Viridian thinks that the Goldbrickers are the awesomest, least utilized villain group and wants to use them more.

Protean wrote a story arc involving the Zig during his interview, it's still sitting around waiting to be used.

Eventuallly they will conclude the story of Hero 1.

Arbiter Fabulous asks about Weaver One and dubs him "Nightmare Fuel."

Posi: "That's fertile ground for development. As far as I know, you know everything about him that we've wrote."

Brass Monday and similar time travel things are kind of hard to do, since they would have to make whole new cars, architecture, etc.

Zwill will be putting the powerpoints online next week.

Hero Corps was before even Positron's time. Posi has never been interested in the mercenary, heroes for hire type of thing. Hero Corps does have a shady side, being sponsored by Crey.

There are two timelines in the game 2004-now and the 7 years of game-time, and the timeline of your levelling. They try and unveil information keeping the world in your levelling path.

There's a story they want to tell with the Galaxy City Shivans that they have planned.

    Malta lore

"What, do you hate your endurance bar?"

"I'm an Empathy Defender. I want people screaming for Recovery Aura."

The Knives of Artemis has some stuff coming up in content.

"Terrible Volta" needs to be looked at.

"So you want Johnny Ambush here to go over that?"

    Talk about how TV.

Posi: "I want to make it like an Incarnate Trial. But I think Tim Sweeny's head just exploded because he doesn't know how to code handing out Respecs."

Talk about character interacts that would like to see. Ghost Widow and Belladonna. You've got Ghost Widow wanting to bring herself back to life, in a living body, and what better body than one that is essentially her own.

The writers seems to like the idea.

There have not been many mirror matches regarding Primal and Pratorian versions meet. They've discussed several pairings.

Katie Douglas stuck in First Ward was meant to be a cliffhanger, meant to make you just want to murder Mother Mayhem. But there's story coming up where you free her.

    Luddites will get something soon.

"It's tough to gather them because they don't have text messaging."

    "They have carrier pigeons."

Talk about the abandoned Portal Corps building in the Hive.

Positron has been trying to get an airport into the game forever.

Protean: "You don't have airplanes. You fly through Hero Air. 20 heroes with Group Fly."

"Until recently they flew faster than you."

"You couldn't have 20 Masterminds on a plane."

"You could make an arc early on in Mercy. You could have the Snakes on a plane."

    Posi: "SECURITY!"

Posi is fondest of Ouroburos and the 13 methods of time travel.

Aeon's proudest of the Dean MacArthur arc.

Protean likes First Ward the best, getting the Ostermann building designed. His least favorite is Dominatrix and Tyrant.

"I sense the words "Retcon" followed by" Eww, eww, eww, eww, eww."

Protean: "That is filthy Resistance propaganda."

Arc they'd like to see most:

    Posi: 5th Column Moonbase.

    Aeon: Rise of Dean MacArthur!

"Sean! See me in my office!"

Protean: The rise and repowering of Orenbaga.

Viridian: Allowing villain players to actually destroy the world.

    Posi: "Once per server."

"Do farming Jaegers tend Nemesis plots?"

    Dev panel: "ERROR! ERROR! ERROR!"

They have a rule of three for art assets, if you have three uses for it, usually it'll get a thumbs up.

Regarding Resistance slang: "What is a slippery biscuit?"

Protean: "Let me answer a question with a question, what do you think a slippery biscuit is?"

    "T for Teen!"

Protean and Sean Pittman worked on resistance slang, which they dubbed "Spitspeak" due to the abbreviation of Sean's name.

They did not make a dictionary to make it seem more chaotic and leave it to each individual resistance member to determine meanings and keep it cryptic. As well as to be purposely confusing. Having someone look at Clockwork bugs and go "I don't understand this." Or having seers talking spitspeak around Mother Mayhem. "Terminate that one."
  14. Avatea introduces David Nakayama, Second Measure, War Witch, and Eric Chen.

Ustream chat is kind of upset that we're not getting the Powers and Endgame panels.

Random doodling as Second Measure talks about the design process.

SM: "Tech sleek armor, potty suit. Err... power suit."

A lot of sci-fi and retro future suggestions.

SM: "Techno ninja pirate catgirl crossed out, bear written in."

    "Costume for my mans."

    "Steampunk Transformers."

"Nonhumanoid body types, four legged, blob, etc."

    "Disguises. Like groucho glasses."

    "More mustaches."

    "More shorts."

Predominating themes are street clothes and retro sci-fi.

Giving player models fingers was looked at, but the amount of data required would increase by a great deal as well as the time needed to be put in. I think they said the entire rig at the moment has 14 "bones," each hand has like 15.

Suggestion that the bubble helmet be a neck option rather than a head option.

The older monster heads look so bad due to them trying to get them to conform to standards of the normal feature placement of auras and the like. They're standardized from the skeleton.

Texas Justice suggests the bubble helmet going with it by itself, having it headless, kind of like Mysterio from Spiderman.

Suggestion of a classic KITT/Cylon aura.

"Can we get a rifle with a plunger looking thing like a Dalek? Who doesn't want to go around in a bubble helmet with a plunger gun going "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!""

Asymmetry costs a lot in resources. Not so much geometry as in texture space. If they went nuts with asymmetrical options they would essentially knock out the bottom 10% of computers.

There's apparently a cool background of Romulus Augustus.

    Goldfish in boots.

    Peanut Gallery: "Talsorian Suspenders!"

    "Ming the Merciless super collar!"

Panel says that the collar would clip with a lot of hairstyles. Chat is saying that long hair ALREADY clips with high collar capes.

"If you make the ring vertical it's Uranus!"

    "Lusca baby backpack!"

    Screens will be forthcoming.

Peanut Gallery: "HAS THERE BEEN A TANGENT YET?"

Zwill introduces the devs at the table

They'll talk more about them at the Endgame and Beyond panel.

You can go through arcs, get IXP and salvage and stuff.

"This was a brilliant marketting idea..." "For Flowbee!"

    "Mullet-tron!"

"Can you imagine the animation rigging for that?"

"After 10 years we add animated hair to the game and it's a mullet."

"Carve your initials in the back of his head!"

Posi: "That might have been the most embarrassing thing in my life, but I got my pants pulled down in a bowling alley."

    Q and A time.

They want to expand the pet system and keep the load off the servers, thus why you only get one 'companion' pet. Pets take as much server effect as a player, so they limited the pets as they're expanding them.

The base editor was written a long time ago by someone who is no longer at the studio, and is very fragile. Every time they've tried to alter it, they broke it. So they want to get back to bases.

    Epics and pool power customization?

    Posi: "It's inevitable."

Samuraiko: "Can we have more videos? I can't make them all for you!"

The Freedom launch trailer was worked on by an agency, rather than in house.

Posi: "There's some... stuff coming with weather. It's probably not what you're thinking, it's a lot more subtle. But it opens doors for new things in the future."

Posi: "I still want a moon base."

Nate: "Whenever we get a bug, it gets assigned to a default setting. One of the QA guys to tweak Posi's nose named it Moonbase. When is this bug going to get fixed? Moonbase."

WW: "Definitely Boomtown has come up for a revamp, it's been on the list."

At the end of the third session they'll be passing out surveys for player ideas and such.

Texas Justice notes his server, and pauses for a moment. "Hold on, I was idle too long. I just got logged out."

Talk about the buff pet and vanity pet clashing. Once they've got the data mined they'll take a look at changing it.

    PvP, duels.

Nate: "We've had a lot of people saying "oh, just do this!" But that's how we got it to where it is in the first place. We want to have a robust design in mind for it."

GM asks who has PvPed in the last month, few hands. Asks if they would PvP with some changes, lot of hands.

They would love to do a Hero Con again. They were really busy this year.

Zwill (in Team Spirit Bill's Hat): "Hi Nate, you're so dreamy."

    Nate: "You smell wonderful."

The Pummit is essentially a proof of concept for future events. They want to increase interaction in events.

Chances of getting a wolf mastermind.

Posi: "Your chances now are better than they ever have been."

    3D figure printing?

GM: "We thoroughly examined that. We just have some fundamental challenges with our in game models and making that work. Right now we don't have any realistic way to do it."

    Female MM pets?

GM: "I just leaned over to Melissa and said "Fembots.""

Peanut Gallery: "Machine gun jubblies." "Jiggle physics."

Mastermind pet customization, even with preset pet types would be a UI nightmare. They're looking into it, but it will not be in the next few releases.

(deep masculine voice) "Hi, Golden Girl from the threads."

    (riotous laughter.)

Arbiter Fabulous introduces himself and congratulates the team as he's not seen only one instance of Atlas Park since Freedom, always more than one. He asks about the AE filter.

Randomizing AE facial features and hair. "That sounds like something we'd want to use."

They have a few ideas for rewards (salvage, recipes, etc) in the future that will help out with juggling all the drops and such.

If you run across a mission that doesn't tell you that it's a kill all, bug it.

Zone phases are going to be used sparingly, and used rarely for things like task forces in the future, since it breaks zone events.

Sharing stuff across an account, rather than having to e-mail it every 15 seconds. Someone from engineering "He's the two brightest people I know!" says that it wouldn't be difficult at all to do.

    Ouroborii being merged?

Nate: "Isn't Ouroburos a dirty, dirty hack?"

    It would be really hard.

They could, possibly, create moving characters between accounts. They managed to do it accidently when they set up the server transfer system. I didn't hear anything about plans to do it, however.

They've been thinking about incarnate/hard mode TF's like the LRSF and STF.

Two beacons per teleporter limit? They'd have to go in and take a look at why it's there and what the consequences might be.

Being able to invite your alts in your SG. Mass cheering. Posi says that it's been noted, but it runs counterintuitive to what SG's are supposed to be. Posi shoots it down "Blah blah server resources, blah blah, antisocial."

There's a very good chance we'll get a summer event at some point.

The staff fighting video airs. It is said that the video was made by "A supa fan." There will be an extended version at the art panel.

    Break for lunch.
  20. Zwill has a second webcam now, but it's kind of crappy.

We get a shot of 7decoure, and of course my screencap software is still not installed.

Zwill has been staying late working on powerpoint.

Talk about Zwill donating a hat to Real World Hero.

Zwill talks about a new, as yet unseen hat for the Pummit and complains about the Hat Club membership card. It's black on black.

Zwill shills hat companies, tangents about hat prices and has a small talk about corporate shilling and Dr. Pepper.

Talk about the forum log out thingy, apparently the idle cookie is set to log you out if you've not done anything on the forum for 1 hour.

There is also the random logout bug, which is seemingly due to a load-balancing issue.

Zwill thanks the Seattle tech people for the forum fixing in the future.

TANGENT: Knitting and crocheting and day care costs in California.

    Audible coffee burp.

Zwill shows a picture of Lydia's VIP scarf that she knitted. Zwill says it shows her VIP (long pause) -itude. He notes he almost said VIP-ness.

    Massive Tangent: Newsies.

They are going to Ustream some of the panels, one from each track.

    My poor arms.

1:07 coh_beastyle: Hellkat, start growing more arms
1:07 hellkat9940: My spider serum got lost in the mail.
    1:07 CoHSteelclaw: Hellkat: subcontract
coh_beastyle: Can you use the centipede serum?

They will start at 10:30 AM Pacific, and start the Ustream at 9:30ish.

Talk about the Flowbee haircut. TunnelRat suggests getting a cat from a shelter, give it a flowbee cut, and offer it to be adopted for charity, since the guy who won the contest may be bald.

    Zwill sings showtunes.

Talk about prizes for the Pummit raffle.

"Any hints as to what will be on sale in the Paragon Market during Black Friday and Cyber Monday?"

    Zwill calls over Ghost Falcon.

GF: "Stuff. A lot of that will be revealed at the player summit."

Zwill: "As wells as some other stuff. There are a lot of sale items on Black Friday."

They are going to test some lower prices on items that people have been saying are too expensive.

There are changes to Titan Weapons in beta builds, but not on live builds.
  21. Tip Found!
Audio Tape, this aging piece of musical technology glows with strange runes, playing it brings forth a hellish voice:

    http://boomp3.com/mp3/5twakgp10ck-deimokrieger-action

A transcript for those whose eardrums have burst from hearing the dark majesty contained upon it:

"Action?" I can hear you thinking, and trust me when I say I can hear you thinking. And trust me when I say it would give me no greater joy than to not have to know what you're thinking.

Now, as I was saying, "Deimokrieger," I hear you thinking, as your substandard mortal flesh is ill suited to the task and sounds like a truck stuck in gear, "Why have you arrived in the aforementioned Paragon City and also the wonderfully homey Rogue Isles where the gunshots, shrieks, and occasional plagues of the ravenous dead make one feel so at home?"

"Why would a creature hailing from a plane of eternal torment and strife, colloquially referred to as a demon, seek to leave such a fitting place? The mortal body is a limitation, and the spirit is eternal. The frail shell, confined to its own experiences, its own knowledge, the imposition upon its limited by such rudimentary things as the laws of physics."

"It is precisely those limitations, so wonderfully applied to mortal beings while as a non-corporeal entity am allowed to flout them at my merest whim. With the cape and costumed set you get the limitations of a mortal foe, while also featuring glimpses of the incredible power that the endless potential of the spirit can produce."

"And in achieving victory over my foes, I can seize a piece of that potential for my own. To grow in power you must take it from the powerful. There is challenge enough for me and my shambling hordes of the undead, and yet there is practically no danger to myself. I can shed one shell and take on another, and another, and another."

"It's not all just take. Sometimes I give back, a little dark, malignant, sinister piece of myself. It's so much fun to whittle away at the sanity of a mortal being, stripping away the comforting layer of ignorance about the way things are."

"In time, through manipulation, battle, strife, and pain the shell is worn down, allowing for the spirit inside to break through. To transcend the limitations of the flesh and ascend, or descend as it were, into something greater."

"To take shining nobility and turn it inside out, fill the purest heart with seething hatred, to make those whom I fight sink to the depths of chaos and depravity that rival my own. Or in my fondest hopes make my wickedness pale in comparison. That, kiddies, is action."

And now a reading from the dreaded Tomes of Service:
If I am a winner, I permit NC Interactive, Inc. and NCsoft Europe Limited to use my name, likeness, photograph, hometown, and any comments that I may make about myself or this contest that I provide for advertising and promotional activities. I also certify that I am at least 13 years of age and am eligible to participate in this contest.

No, that was me. Zwill started off the show feeling like he had to sneeze, but was unable to sneeze.

They answered this as well. The NPC's that are using it are NOT on the standard Male/Female/Huge rigs. The ones I can think of are the Warwolf and the Demon Summoning demons. All of which are not using the player rigs.

Thus the statement that they would require a new player hand rig in order to use.
