I went ageless, with the boost in recharge IH is up much more often. Thus a huge increase in dps on my pylon runs.

If mids installs but will not open, try right clicking the icon then select "run as administrator". This will typically solve most mids problems on Windows Vista or higher.

/regen hearts recharge and lots of it! Shadow meld - MOG - Shadow meld makes you nigh invincible for 45 seconds. Not to mention that ALL your other clickies come back faster aswell.
PS - I think Sailboat is tired, because I'm not sure where he saw Willpower in the OP. -
Quote:I want the title under your name to read, "Forum Detective" :-)Actually, if you go back to his post from Novermber asking about build advice: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=244702
...it just looks as though he didn't listen to any of the advice in that thread. Of course, back then he didn't grasp how to use combos and had NO enhancements in his slots, so this is at least a marginal improvement?
Unless he chooses not to follow any advice in this thread either. -
I'm calling shenanigans on this one.

Not saying im on either side but...I recall Iggy having a Kat/WP do a double RWZ challenge while under a pylon. Just curious if a DM/SD could do the same.

The build should be posted in the body of the message like normal text, not as an attachment.

You should be able to cap s/l/e/n on a WP and you'll be a beast once done. F/C are really uncommon damage types so I'd worry about them least.
-
Can't really analyze the build too much here (at work) but a quick point is that Grounded doesn't work unless you are on the ground. So you'll probably want to change out hover and fly for something else. CJ and Superjump most likely.

But that doesn't mean you're wrong :-) -
I'd be fine with IH regen lowered and toggled. But heres another option, what if instead cast times on Recon, DP, MoG and HI were made instant or even better, made so they could be used mid-animation of another power (like an attack)? This would decrease the reaction time needed and help with clicking a power and then dying before it takes effect, as mentioned by a few others here.

Maybe I do have one and I'm too cocky to share it? :-/

Quote:i don't need your replys .i posted it to show peeps the live build mostly cuz they asked me ingame if they can see it.i never played with any of you i'm sure . lol why do i care what you have to say at all.

Here is how Power Siphon works, evey Kinetic attack used after PS is clicked will grant you a damage buff (you can monitor it, in game, in the combat attributes of your powers tray) this buff can ramp up to 156% after the fifth Kinetic attack power lands. That is what is meant by stacking it five times, a sixth attack will not give any bonus. Mind you, this is all relative to PS being active, once PS ends you gain no damage bonus from attacks. Hope this helps.
Edit: I failed to mention that Concentrated Strike does not have a chance to crit, instead it has a chance to instantly recharge PS. But know that if you use PS and then again while the original PS is in effect all you have done is restart it's timer. It will not let you start stacking the damage buff passed five times. -

This may help you out. Similar thread:

A good starting point would be to post your build so that we can better understand your problem. Also, what enemies are you fighting most of the time? Certian mobs in particular can reduce your acc and to-hit.
-
DA=Divine Avalanche, this is the power Microcosm was reffering to, it is low in damage but upon every hit it grants you 15% (i think) defense to melee and lethal attacks. The fact that the power stacks means you can softcap those defensive properties and leave a typical enemy with only 5% chance of hitting you with those types of attack. A truly great power!
Claws is a great set aswell and it wins out in AOE and DPS against Kat. But it doesn't have DA and not to say that Kat does put down good DPS. That would be a lie, I've seen a few builds with over 200 dps on Kat
Either choice, i think you'll be happy.
Other vets can correct me or if i've left something out.enjoy

Thanks Fury, this is actually the second time you've helped me with my spine/regen. I liked the tweaks you did, the only thing i didn't keep was the extra slot in BU, instead i placed it in QR with the Prof Shifter tri for a little more end recovery and the damage bonus. In BU it was only giving me 3.3 seconds of recharge redux. If you see anything else in the build that can be done to squeeze more performance out of it then please let me know.

This is the build my main will be respecing into as soon as I've turned villian. As you can see the fitness pool is not included and I'm quite comforatable with the end usage/recovery and survivability. While the fitness pool is a wonderful thing it is NOT a requirement for regen.

No, in the long run the force feedback proc gives little benefit even though it sounds great. Save your influence.
