Hero with Villian Patron Powers?

Can anyone help me I was wondering if you took a hero to villian side to get patron powers would they work if you then went back to hero side?

I hope this isn't too pedantic, but do the unlocked villain patron powers stay with you if you respec after going hero again?

So, if you take a hero to villain side, unlock the patron powers, go back to hero side and then respec, can you still choose the villain patron powers in the respec? Are both villain and hero epic powers available to choose from in the respec?

Once unlocked, Patron Powers are there for you to pick forever and ever, respec or otherwise!

I just reactivated, and I might be asking a dumb question.. but just to be sure.. It requires the GR expansion right? No way to get patron powers for heroes without it?

yes? I do believe you cannot side-switch at all without GR, you can still run tips, though.

well if thats the case ima have to take my fire/sr vil unlock and switch back...might take a while but its well worth it, especially since i really dont need body with a almost t4 cardiac

I took my MM blue side a while ago, I just hit 41 and I don't like the Hero epics for him, now I have to go back.

If I go back an pick the first power, can I then switch back and keep picking up the others in that set as a hero?

Do be aware though, that some people have hit an issue with Story Arcs like the Patron ones. If you side switch with an active story arc, it still counts against the total that a character is allowed to have open at once. So, if you do the first few Patron missions, and then switch back, it'll permanently reduce your Major Story Arc allowance by one. Some people have had trouble with this when they go to do the Alpha slot story arc, since the game won't allow them to take the mission, but offers no explanation for why.

Thanks for the information guys. I am in the process of switching, just need to do the tip missions, alignment missions, and arc. Then choose, and switch again. I think I'm about 41.4 at this point, will probably be 42 before I choose my 41 power, wonder if I will be 43 by the time I am blue side again?
