what about tier 3?

so once you've built the 3rd empowerment station, is it worth just deleing the first 2 or do they all give different buffs?

well i have never rolled a char without hasten, fancied a change especially as since i6 its no longer perma. Fancied SS so figured i'd try flurry...

Besides, i'm not overly experienced witht he scrapper AT, got a claws/inv to 20 once... Less said about that experience the better

So hasten and ss is better than something/sj for a sr then?

heh, never picked it up before... would have gone for hasten but felt like a change, not impressed so far...

I just picked up flurry with the intention of getting ss. Would sj (and more importantly combat jumping and acrobatics) be more advantageous for a SR than the ss pool?

Not bloody funny if you've been on the sodding editor for half an hour re arranging the whole damn base, just get it sorted (due to the stupidly cumbersome editor and having to delete rooms to swap their places) when the damn thing crashes, loosing all your hard work.

I think i posted in another thread that the editor needs a room storage area. Ie somewhere you can dump rooms so that you can re arrange a base. The room storage area would obviously then have to be emptied, and the rooms in there put back into the plot, before you can leave the editor.

The whole base design system sucks to be fair.

Re arranging the base is almost impossible without deleting rooms cus of all the error messages you get from obstructons etc.

Deleting rooms to make space to re arrange is an issue as well as you loose all crafted items.

They need to change the system so that you can put the rooms wherever but that it wont let you exit the editor till everythings lined up correctly...

That way you can change bases round more easily without loosing things...

Also, what's the point in taking a set if you're not going to use it? Reminds me of an Invul scrapper I teamed with that didn't take his Mez resistance. Man, was that a fun team when he was taking point against CoT.

I would also add that even if they werent planning to play as an empathic theres no excuse for the attidute they expressed and the language they used. Petition him.

I have stamina mainly because the leadership powers, with fly, tend to eat my end if i do anything but stand there.

Yeah what max said. Pre ED you didn't need stamina. while RA wasn't perma i did find that my end was. The down time of RA was so short that I never once ran out od end between applications...

Why level up, or down, to 40? Why not 50.

it's not as much fun when as a level 50 char when you get exemped 10 levels lower.

Strikes me that this huge 3 team SG TF could have been geared more towards an end game for lvl 50's and hence everybody gets sk'd to 50 rather than 40.

just my 2 infs worth.

but manouvers is looking pretty good with the buff its getting with I7... plus it rocks with vengence.
