Shadow Shard TF this weekend (Dr. Quaterfield)

After a succesful TF the weekend just gone we are planning on doing another the same time this Friday/Saturday. For those who have not seen, i've put a few pics in last weeks thread here:

I've had a few chats with people and have decided to do Explorers and Exploiters (Dr. Quaterfield) , now I know you already did this one BlackDragon so you will want to sit this one out, but don't worry as we will keep you in mind for future SS TFs

This Friday I hope to start at 7.30 British time and continue til at least midnight (last week we went on until about 1.30 as I recall) and again pick a time on Saturday we can continue from.

I know the following from members from my SG (Family of the Ankh) are up for this:

Therra
Tiger Tan
Shockwave
Silver Spirit

The people from last weeks that want this as far as I am aware are:

Dark Spider
Tailman
Healing Killer
Mind of Gaea

So that works out rather well, we also have a first reservist for anybody who cannot make it in the form of Blast Master who I have been talking to.

Feel free to come as alts who fit the 40-44 level range, I know you wanted to go as somebody else on Friday didnt you healing killer (incidentally, get some sleep this time )

Well, enjoy it, folks... there's no Lanaru the Mad around on this one to cause massive wipeouts - no GM's or AV's at all. Your biggest risk will be dying from sheer boredom...

The portal corp map was such a novelty the first time i saw it....

You have a second reservist should you need one in the form of me * cue heroic theme tune and glowing aura, should you have any problems.

I won't be able to make the Saturday night this time so I think you should give my place to Blast Master. It wouldn't be fair making people wait until Sunday to finish.
However if you could do me a favour. I'll turn up at 7.30 at Firebase Zulu, we form the TF then everyone else quits except me. Then I'll be able to do the TF at my own pace and you guys can then form the real one. That ok?

Same as last week except as we are loosing a Scrapper and a Blaster and gaining one of each at the same time.

I'm surprised you keep mentioning that Team TP... as I recall, during the Saga of Lanaru TF, we came to the conclusion that 1) The end-drain is too high and the range is too low to use it for porting a whole team around the Shadow Shard. 2) Using it to port a whole team right next to a powerful boss (such as Lanaru the Mad) is a good way to ensure a 30% faster team-wipe.

I really wish they'd replace that patently pointless power with something actually useful... as a matter of fact, i think i'll go post about it on the Suggestion-board right now.

EDIT: Im afraid we have had to start without some of you and picked up the reserves, sorry to everybody who wanted in but this is a long one and we really can't wait around as much as we did last week for people.
