Over in the A&P forum, there is a discussion about Epic AT's Link
In that thread there is talk about keybinds and Macros to swap your power trays when you shape shift. Does anyone have a set of Macros that they would not mind sharing? I'm getting tired of having to click powers when I shape shift, and my Macro creation ability is suspect.
Oh while you are at it, does anyone have a macro that will have your character say something when using the costume change emotes? I tried what BaB posted, but I keep getting errors. -
Quote:Oh how I wish that I had room in my sig for that.VEATs are a bar of gold - take any piece, and you have gold.
HEATs are a cow pie with a diamond in it - unless you know what you're looking for, you're going to get poo.
My experience is such
Made a Warshade :deleted
Made a Peacebringer: Banished to Virtue
Made another Peacebringer: Languishing on Freedom
Made another Warshade: currently at 35 Yay me.
Khelds are just not my cup of tea, but I WILL get one to 50!
Veats:
Made a crab: Awkward at first, and I disliked the Rifle animations. Stuck with it, because it became hella fun. 50
I Made a Bane, and played it like a broadsword Stalker. Loved the character until BAB showed me the folly of my ways by beating the snot out of him over and over and over again. I Stuck with it, because the character is hella fun. 50
Made a Widow, Love it. My first 50 VEAT.
Added second build on Crab. Is now a Crab or Bane
Added scond build on Bane. Is now a Bane or Huntsman
Working on Fortunata build for my Widow.
Once my Warshade hits 50, it will probably get played once in a purple moon like my Fire/devices and Ill/Storm. It is highly doubtful that I will take a Peacebringer to 50.
Story wise, Khelds have the edge. They have a story that makes sense whereas the Soldier's story is a series of paper missions.
Powers and playability wise, I would play a VEAT over a Kheld any day of the week.
Co-op Team wise, I would pick a VEAT over a Kheld unless I knew that the VEAT player was a dipstick. -
I would gladly throw my little one person SG into the mix, if you would have me. I will speak to the remaining members of the Crowe's to see if that SG would be interested as well(I don't lead it). If a time comes that there is some sort of a villain side Praesidium being considered, you can count on the Dark Knights of the Abyss(Me, basically) being there to support it.

Welcome Dr. Aeon. So who dropped one of the baby rednames in water?

I wonder if that account was an old trial account. My other account was a trial, and it has not been reactivated(no it wasn't banned either).

Quote:And I routinely give away Hami-O's and infamy on this server. I also offered a pair of the wings, but the OP bought them instead.Too bad your not on Infinity.
I'd gladly give you a cool $1,000,000 or so in Influence or Infamy. I've got tons. I always like to repay the kindness that was shown to me when I started playing.
Back then Influence wasn't as easy to come by. With no 'loot' to speak of, no markets. I always had trouble affording DO's, SO's seemed to be always out of reach. It was so frustrating to only have enough cash to buy 1 or 2 SO's every other level...
I was lamenting the fact that my blaster was going to have to go thru the next 20 missions or so with red enhancements to earn the dough. Then a Hero by the name of Temp_Extremes stopped me and unloaded around 200,000 (large sum back then!!) on me.....
For nothing!
It really, really helped! Since then I've always enjoyed giving gifts when I can.
Offer still stands by the way if you ever come over to Infinity!
Is this a player jacking? :P -
I may have a pair laying around. I'll keep you posted.

I will have the sacrifices ready.

Yeah, that's just the first editable slot. Generic. I save the good stuff for my signature images that need to be resized.
I'm sorry that you are not happy with the naming conventions here. I really am. I on the other hand am quite happy with the status quo.
There are a lot of words in the english language, finding an alternate name should not be that hard. -
Personally, I can't find anything not to like about the entire idea of Going Rogue.
-
One day they just might understand that we may want to talk about it amongst ourselves. Who am I kidding, it's probably the same one start idiots. Since we don't star things now, they have to entertain themselves somehow.

I'll come along. just remind me please
have Blaster, Scrapper, Troller, Fender, Tanker

Same problem here. It started sometime last week when a whole slew of old PM's got added to my box. Now to reply, I just start a new message.

I love Seeker drones. You lay a nice set of traps, send the seekers in, run back to your trap, seekers pull bad guys and BOOM!
They are skippable if you need the room. -
I think the Mastermind temp power is bugged again. Sunday and again last night while running this SF, we have been having great difficulty preventing Reichsman from using "Unbreakable". The Masterminds are popping their temp power in his face, but he still phases at a little under half health. This is resulting in one of the most tedious missions in the game taking significantly longer than it needs to.
Please take a look at it. -
I hope that this game never does anything like CO's naming system. I like being unique.

I asked the very same question about a week ago. My guess is "soon". -
None that I know of. I wish there was though.

Quote:This was one of the front page news items in September. You can probably still find it.
I, and I think many others, are as starved for info as you are. However, the forum community as a whole has proven unable to handle new information too far out. If the Devs announce something too far out, and it doesn't materialize exactly the way they initially promoted, or on schedule, or at all, we take them to task for it, and never let them forget it. We create these wild conspiracy theories about bait & switch or how the Devs are purposely trying to kill the game. As a group, it is almost impossible for us to keep a level head about, well, anything.
This is why we didn't know Power Customization was coming until July, despite the fact that they had been working on it since May of 2008. Even then, we complain incessantly about how EATs and Power Pools were left out of the Customization, regardless of the fact that we were told in the initial announcement which powersets were getting customized, and the first Q&A about it told us that Power Pools and APP/PPP are next to be worked on.
Add into this already guarded mindset that City of Heroes now has competition. They now need to play their cards even closer to the vest so that the competition can't rush out some comparable feature just to claim they had it first.
My guess is that we might see some trickle of information in the next two weeks, and expect a major bomb to drop at HeroCon.
Well said -
I fully expect my rep stalker to have something smart to say but...
