Do you have what it takes?
I've seen a couple of solid contenders in even my shorty time reviewing stuff for AEntertainment Tonight. Mostly in the Hero category, though as there are very few Villain submissions at all.

Q: How do you wreck an Abrams?
A: You crash into another one.
2. ELIGIBILITY To enter the contest (a) you must be 13 years of age or older, (b) you must have Internet access, an e-mail account and access to a personal computer, (c) you must be a resident of the United States or Canada (excluding the State of Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military installations and commonwealths, and excluding Québec), |
I would enter, but there's no way I would win (assuming there was before) after they dropped the Crey "Paragon Protector" Lab map. That map wasn't the focal point of the arc, but Mission four is just "meh" on a regular map.
There are laws in RI and QC that make it prohibitive for anyone outside that state/providence to offer contests on their home-turf.
Unfortunately there's not a lot NCsoft can do about it, those residents should take it up with their own legislature.
Yeah Rhode Island has some stange rule sin regards to contests. They are often exculded from ALOT of things.
As for Quebec, Or France West, It obvously thier just to pompous to belittle themselves in some american sweepstakes.
Think I'm going to toss my A Case of the munchie arc into the ring. I don't expect to win, but then again, not entering assures that moreso.

They excluded commonwealths excluding Québec.
So Québec would be included?

It's actually because of these guys: http://www.racj.gouv.qc.ca/index.php?id=88&L=1 who control all games of luck and sale of alcohol in the province (and apparently do so only in French).
Plus, there would be a fee based on a percentage of the total value of the prizes to be distributed, which IMHO, is super lame.
Hurrah for government control.

One day they just might understand that we may want to talk about it amongst ourselves. Who am I kidding, it's probably the same one start idiots. Since we don't star things now, they have to entertain themselves somehow.

It seems that someone has a grudge against the AE Contest, as others who have also started threads in their respective server sections have also been -rep'd.

I have an Arc I'm working on that I'd love to enter, but it is far from complete and I don't foresee getting it done it time.
I know there a plenty of Protectorites out there that can take up this challenge and win.
