    Nowhere, yet. You can see them from a distance in the Lambda Sector cutscene, that's where that screenshot is from. We encountered them in the Praetorian Invasion events, though, and I'll bet dollar to donuts that we'll be fighting lots of them in the Underground.

    It wouldn't even be okay for those. The Gabriel's Hammer and St. Louis Slammer powers have around 2 to 3 times the DPS of a normal t1 pool power attack.

  8. YES! This trial used to be so hard. I loved it! The last mission now is, bar none, the worst in the game. Forget Prevent 30 Fir Bolg from Escaping. Put Defeat All Malta in Oranbega out of your mind. Don't even try to mention Defeat 100 Destroyers. Waiting 5 or more minutes for those stupid spawns to appear only for them to go down in 30 seconds because they spawn three levels lower than anything else in the mission is the worst experience I've ever had in this game.

    If people are running the trial because they need a respec, then they should get help from someone who doesn't need one desperately. This is a TEAM game and the trial is TEAM content, afert all.
  9. Uh, alpha and beta interactions don't hold you. You're getting held by the Obliteration Beam. Which, incidentally, is also what they were actually telling you to dodge.

    I dunno, it sounds like you don't know what to do and you're blaming the trial for not catering to that.
  10. So, when the unseen narrator says not to hurt Keyes, that doesn't count as the game telling you? And when the Question Mark in the objective window that you're supposed to click when you don't know what to do brings up a window saying that, that doesn't count either? And when there's a big popup that fills the screen that says "Damaging him increases pulse damage," that's just a graphics glitch?

    Also, it sounds like you decided, upon hearing about the Alpha/Beta thing, that since there was one mechanic you didn't understand, you might as well not pay any attention to any of them.
  11. After i21, there will be more Keyes runs. They're changing it so that you can't get a Very Rare drop from BAF or Lambda and the chance of a Rare from them will be reduced too, so you'll have to run Keyes and Underground to get any Very Rares and Rares at a fair rate. The idea is that since they all give the same salvage, players will run BAF and Lambda to get their commons and uncommons, then upgrade to the tougher Keyes and Underground to get their rares.     Keyes is my favorite trial, because it takes some thinking.
  14. Thing is, a lot of the invention powers are actually really good, and they'd only get better if you had unlimited uses and the ability to enhance them. They'd be heads and shoulders above other power pools.
  15. It's because the first four damage badges were released before the next 3, when the devs decided they wanted more epic badges. Whoever named the next three didn't look at the first four, apparently.

    Those doors aren't restricted by alignment, though. That's probably why.

  19. When I posted that link the strategies were written on the individual badge pages, but they got moved to their own pages since then. If someone could come up with a good way to link to the strategies pages on the MoKI badge page that'd be nice. I don't know any of the wiki's fancy formatting codes, all I can do is write content.

  21. Hey badgers, I wrote up strategies for earning these badges on the ParagonWiki pages for them, if you could read them, critique them, add to them, that'd all be great. I think screenshots of the Obliteration Beam and Disintegration would be helpful.

    Local Mission Architect files are located in the City of Heroes/Villains install folder, in the Custom_Critter, CustomVillainGroup, and Missions folders. It should be fairly obvious what can be found where.

    If you don't have the old install folder any more, there's nothing that can be done, aside from perhaps a /petition.
