    Die genannten Zahlen sind frei erfunden.

    Ein Beispiel mit den richtigen Werten:

    Base regen for level 54 Hero in i6: 61.35 HP/sec.
    Base regen for level 54 Hero in i7: 383.47 HP/sec.

    Die neue Rate dürfte dann 73,62 HP/sec sein.

    Da Hamidon nicht verändert wurde in I7 sind die Chancen dafür genauso gut (oder schlecht ) wie vorher auch.

    Die HP-Regeneration wurde ca. versechsfacht.

    Wird aber in einem kommenden Patch grösstenteils wieder rückgängig gemacht (um 80% gesenkt).

    MoG Base-Res is 71,25% to everything except Psi.

    But you have only 25% health,so it's actually a resistance-debuff.
    With one SO res is capped and evens out the health loss.

    Der Fortschritttsbalken im Screenschot ist für Untouchable.
    Gangbuster müsste direkt unter Fort Knox (für Goldbrickers/Trickser) sein.

    Better damage than Thunder Kick,knockdown and -fly .
  9. Focus Chi animation is 1.17 sec. - like most other Build Ups.
    Only Spines (Scrapper + Stalker) and Claws (Stalker) Build Up is shorter (0.73sec.)

    That is Mag 9 if you're talking about Controller or Dominator holds - they are mag 3.

    I think every player hold is (at least) mag 3 - or is there a hold that can't hold a LT.? Okay,unsure about choking cloud,but mezz-auras are somewhat different.

    ToHit-Buff enhances the Enforcers' Tactics-Power.
    Accuracy enhances the accuracy of his weapons.

    Tohit and Accuracy are similar but not the same.
    To calcuate the chance to hit,the game uses (simplified) this formula:
    [Base ToHit + (ToHit-Buffs - ToHit-Debuffs) - (Defense - Defense-Debuffs)] * (Base Acc + Acc Enhancers)

    Base ToHit for players is 0.75.
    Base Acc is for most powers 1.0

    Aber der Thug-MM macht mir viel Spass auf dem Testserver,daher habe ich eh überlegt nach I7 auf einen der englischen Server auszuweichen.Ich denke ich bin auf Union dabei^^.

  17. Okay,copied my blaster to test,respecced and tested tough with an even level council LT.

    Without tough,he shot me for 5.25 dmg/tick.
    With tough,he shot me for 4.7 dmg/tick.
    0.55 dmg reduction = 10,48%

    I checked tough for defender (my only squishy who plans to grab tough) a couple weeks ago - confirmed at 15%.

    DrRock changed Blaster Tough to 65% of Tanker in v2.3.0 of his Comparison.
    Maybe he used the Ranged Damage Resist Modifier?

    Tough for Blasters is 10.5% base.
    Still the lowest number for all ATs.

    A power that costs 15 End to activate will cost 11.25 End with 1 EndRed SO and 9 End with 2 EndRed SO.
    A third EndRed SO will bring the costs down to slightly above 7.5 End.


    Same formula for Recharge.

    Sehr merkwürdig - aber versuchs nochmal,wenn du 36 bist.

    The stealthcap for non-stalkers is much lower - so it's only the stalker with hide + stealth + GI.
