MA/SR PvP Build (lvl 50)
Looks pretty good, if a tad over-paranoid about endurance. End redux in particular suffers alot from diminishing returns, even before ED. Usually after the 2nd end redux the difference is minimal, and in the toggles in particular, after one end redux, you get a very small saving. I worked out that a second end in all my toggles would save me .09 eps...so nothing really. I would personally put some acc back into your attacks instead and not run focussed acc all the time, thats the real drainer there. MA has an inherrant acc buff so i'd go with say 2 acc, 1 end in the attacks ontop of damage and that will hit everything but pure def sets using their "elude" power, which case you have focussed acc as a backup, not to mention focus chi (slot with tohits). Also you dont want to be left flailing at thin air if you get detoggled somehow.
In many cases you will only need to hit a few times to toggle-drop, so make sure to pay careful attention to when to use FA and which def toggles you need to be running.
Just my musings...

I want him at the shrinking of the tide;
The old snows melt from every mountain-side,
And last year's leaves are smoke in every lane;
But last year's bitter loving must remain

MA/EA here (stalker, though I like to scrap).
Continuing on the endurance thing, I still find it more useful to put more slots into Stamina than to put more than one end reducer in powers. I know a lot will disagree but as has been said, more than one end red in each attack/toggle gives not so good results, and if the slots are there, stamina is where they will do the most good imo. Therefor many of my toons still have stamina six slotted, despite ED.
Also, if you're gonna PvP, I would say take Cobra Strike sooner and give it two or preferably three acc slots, its a very handy power, in PvE but especially in PvP.
Slot of accuracy for gods sake. Focused accuracy alone will not be enough, not even close. Especially if you'll be fighting defense based sets like yourself.
Hmmm...6slotting stamina really is NOT worth it, if you get into the numbers. I'm very sure of that.
The thing is, my current build cant fight continuously with just the 3 SR toggles running (all 1 or 2 slotted for end). I'm worried that with FA added, I will get into end trouble even more, so I really think I do need those end slots.
I'll look at Hero builder's numbers a little more later, but shouldnt a 2nd end slot take away just as much end use as the first one? ED doesn't get in effect until the 3rd slot, and even then just a tiny bit.
Final EndCost = EndCost/(1+EndRed)
A power that costs 15 End to activate will cost 11.25 End with 1 EndRed SO and 9 End with 2 EndRed SO.
A third EndRed SO will bring the costs down to slightly above 7.5 End.
Same formula for Recharge.
I pretty much run conserve power and elude alternately when I can to stop me running out of end, slotting endreds in about half the attacks as well so I don't have problems if I'm not running optimally. I slot two accuracy in everything and run hasten and no focused accuracy though so the advice my be relevant. I've been cosnidering respeccing into this in I7 if it helps:

I say keep Dragons Tail because it is a good way of interrupting Stalkers when they just placated you and are about to AS you. Just my idea

Dropped conserve power for hasten. This lets me drop my recharge slot in my attacks (hasten will have a 40sec downtime, I think I can work with a slightly gimped attack chain for that time, especially if I play a bit evasive at such times). This gives me room for an acc slot on all my attacks. I've seen another SR build with similar end-slotting, and he can fight without ever stopping (while running FA), which is important IMO.
Also played around with some other slots. The 4th recharge on hasten cuts down 5 more secs of recharge, which is acceptable. Besides, where else would I put it? This char has more slots then he needs :P
Any opinions?
Like I said before put Dragons Tail in your build because 1 placate is fatal for you because you can't do anything. Maybe go into Elude but I don't think it will work if they have allready started the AS. Dragons Tail is your only option to interrupt an AS if you are placated.
I realise that, but I'm not sure what to drop. It seems to me like DT is too situational to be worth it to drop any of my other powers. If I get placated I can also just run off for 10-15 secs.
If this toon is already lvl 50, ignore me, but if you are currently leveling up this toon might I suggest that you try to work Aid Self into your build earlier than level 43, as it is such a useful power, and increases an /SR's survivability by, well...alot
The difference between an /SR having Aid Self and not is quite a large one imo, and I think it's important to have it for as much as possible.
Ofc if this is a respec build just shoot meh in teh face
@Rooks
"You should come inside the box... Then you'll know what I mean."
As much as I hate to aid you in the creation of your pvp build after you gave me such a woopin when we were fighting I would say put 2 acc in any power that has some sort of control element to it, like eagles claw and cobra strike etc. At least if you need to hit one of these and get a pretty much guaranteed disorient you can rely on it to do so. Other than that it all seems to be good, maybe get hold of stealth for those times when you want to sneak up on someone (or get a little closer at least) without them getting the first move.
Hey guys,
my MA/SR is closing in on lvl 50 very fast now, and when I hit it I want to respec into a decent PvP build. Since I don't have a supergroup, I'm mostly oriented towards solo PvP in the arena or PvP zones. Also, I don't like exemping, so I'll be aimed at lvl 50 PvP, so I'm assuming I always have acces to all powers.
Anyways:

Any thoughts? I personally was in doubt over my last two powers. At first I wanted to take maneuvers and tactics, but just how many stalkers will I run into that have Stealth+hide+grant invis, I mean, I am going for solo PvP. IMO, it's not worth the 2 powers.
Conserve power will help me a lot to get me through any elude-drops I might get into. Cobra Strike is just a nice control power, and I think it can be used to good effect in combination with Eagle's Claw.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated
