I play games to relax and do as little physical work as possible.
This game seems to override that edict by replacing my stimulous with simulated effort. Simulated but still effort. Same reason I don't buy systems for their motion-controllers; I like my windows and furnture intact. -

Quote:Mine was the first in the first video which missed the cold storage in the kitchen area hidden under the upstairs part. I'll get a couple of pictures later.Video 1

And after seeing the first two bases after mine I knew I wouldn't place on this one. Amusement park, giant toybox, gigantohamster (that face). Kudos to all the winners. Although it did help re-invigorate my love for my existing basework. I've got a mansion, restaurant, spa and another group base to work on that I'm having more fun building up. Plus LOTG for finishing which is very nice.

I have characters on Union, Infinity, Virtue (and of course beta). I'm sure dozens of others would volunteer.

What I'm wondering is when those other two films are going to let out so we can catch a showing?
-
They moved them. Veteran items are now at the far right of Room Details which means unlimited placement and you can also cherry-pick the one you want a lot of.

The "Well" is a lie, one which Prometheus keeps telling us.
With regards to the Battallion; no, they should not be default 51-54. They should be 50. We don't need to make more divisions in the content like with the trials. -
I got the reminder email about it being one week to go. I now have a query:
Basically I moved some of the items into the doorway room to keep them out the way while I sorted out the bits in the 3x3. As long as I move the items back in; this wouldn't count as a break would it? -
Yes but only if they launch from Pocket D since you can't get to DA or the RWZ.
-
Ascension Armour - can we remove the 50 requirement for it. Two reasons: 1; players can unlock it and then it's available to all their 50s, Incarnate or not and 2; once unlocked a player has it FOREVER so if/when they drop to Premium they still have access to the parts but no access to the powers. Also a bit insulting when we see a potentially low level 5 NPC wearing the belt even if he is Wind (Zephyr from Dr Graves' arc *shudders*).
Circle capes - saw this while levelling an alt. Little cape with a pattern to match the new CoT style on the Agony Mages. Filed under Vanguard backplates.
Some synergy would be nice to clean up some option choices for certain pieces:- Syndicate pattern used to be available for female pants as well as male
- Barbarian bikini is only under tops w/skin and not under jackets
- Females also can't wear Steampunk boots with Resistance pants as the boots don't appear in the tucked-in pants choice and yet they do for males

I did not have an Alpha +heal; it took me six nights parked at the top of the Cimeroran battlements above Imperious, roughly 46-48 hours total to get the latter 5. There's a row of 10 Cimerorans that benefit from the +HP and it keeps you out of the way of any ITF players that may be starting up.

Tri-corner hat this week so you know what that means:
Free Hat! Free Hat! Free Hat! Free Hat! Free Hat! Free Hat! -

Quote:I'd pay 800pp for the entire set. They could even use the other marketing ploy of time-limited purchase like they did with the Roman and D-pack. One month only: buy the Elemental Order. ONE TIME SALE!!!! If it worked for the Roman and D-pack; it could work for the EO too.Personally I don't mind the packs however I feel that if the costume were released on it's own the price should be set so that it's the same as the cost to buy enough packs to have a good chance (about 80%) of getting all of the pieces randomly with no option to buy individual pieces.
However:
Quote:Completely unsurprising. Too many people spent money on the packs solely for the costume pieces for them to even consider putting them up for sale separately. There's no way offering them now wouldn't result in a demand for refunds and a general customer service nightmare.
As someone who hasn't bought a single pack and would leap at the chance to buy the Elemental Order costume in a heartbeat I find it disappointing that it's something I'll never have. But it's a disappointment I was resigned to as soon as they started discussing the Super Packs. The vaunted advertisement of only buying the parts of the game you want hasn't been applicable in a long time. I can't really fault Paragon Studios for going where the money is, I just wish I wasn't on the losing end of their business plan. -
Quote:Which says more about what trials are both runable and accessable. When there's 20 'easy' trials (yeah, right :P) it might not seem like much of a problem.I theroy I understand what your saying and I definately agree with the second part of your post (see mine above for more) but keep in mind there are a LOT of us out there that run multiple trials a day.
Although if they can stop the cutscene triggering by having everyone run it once; I wonder if it would be possible to have that as a control option in the LFG window? Another option to either allow or skip the opening cutscene so that anyone who wants to see it can without having to bring a new trialler to the league to activate it. -

Quote:This reminded me of MiB3 and time travel done right. J tries to tell K a fake story to cover the real reason he's back in 1969. J talks of a girlfriend, how he won his 'toys' as a carnie ring toss and K doesn't believe him. Then when J is about to get neuralized (or rather just after) he says he's from the future, that he's here to stop an alien killer from destroying the world and that they're partners in the future to which K replies "Alright".As a result, well, I am the lucky recipient of loads of awesome loot. And I it doesn't seem worth it.
Gratz on the loot hoard, keep it wrm in case he comes back
Quote:As for friends that have left, I lost count. I've been in this game for eight years, and that's a heck of a long time, so that's pretty much inevitable. I've made friends with "groups" of people three or four times over the years now, and the inevitable always happens - they leave one by one and move on to other things. Yeah, when people ask me why I don't go out and find a SG, that's why - because I'll outlive them and the process of going out and finding new friends gets harder and harder with each cycle.
First supergroup I joined I saw them disappear one by one, one of them even deleted their account (the alt they played was on a friends list and it vanished) so I joined in with RP circles. Thankfully we played on the Union server so we had a dedicated channel that kept most of us together or nearby. Players have dropped slowly but there's a core set that keeps in touch frequently. Guess we kinda lucked out in a way being kept together on a smaller list of servers. -
What it says in the title. I've had several characters park there, some of them to gain the quick unlock and others as a parking point.
All of them have or recieved the Midnight Squad badge for the explore but while inside the club they are not getting credit for the dayjob or any of the associated dayjob powers. -
Quote:Having a global BAF participation badge (get the completion on one and it grants an invisible badge to say 'yep, done it) might be nice but I think settling on once per character will do for now.Change the coding so that once a player has seen the cut scene from the BAF or keyes it will globally exempt them from triggering it again...
However this is something I'd like to see done for one particular contact who shows up: Architect Manager. I know how the AE works, I don't need to take a tour on every character nor should I need to be introduced to you on every character when it's a global meta-game system tied to my global account. We have five of the AE badges globally (and personally I'd prefer the entire set to be global) from level 1 once we have them so why do I need to take the same boring tour EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (or leave him hanging in my contacts list until I actually bother to run it because I have a spare minute). -
Quote:It does. AFAICT: they've been editing up furiously so they can release it on a schedule while they're working on 31.SMASH MONKEY!
EDIT: Warning, it ends in an abrupt and unsatisfying manner that may leave you gargling the blood-vomit-of-incessant-need for a part 2 that may or may not yet exist.
I'd let a planet blow up for two of these as well
