I was offering for pl last night cuz I wasn't sure what to do with my money and wanted to see how long it takes to get to 50
-
1v1 tourney held next friday(sat my sub ends)
winner gets all my stuff
27bill liquid
18 jav procs
4 shield wall uniques
9 Lotg's rech..yes i stripped all of my toons but my cold/dark def and mind/fire (who im still rebuilding >_>)
sooooo yea -
psi/em or mind/fire+emp or pain is generally the best
but i would put sonic/therm and elec/kin
than every other combo haha -
-
-
Build for +HP and tech
And mind/net can leverage poisonous ray like a beast and be a excellent squish killer
Confuse-poisonous ray-powerboost-TF
If u land this combo off successfully it's almost a guaranteed kill
But ice mastery allows more of a blasterish playstyle an is also completely viable -
-
Unless it's a Veat chasing you down invisibility can be just as good of an escape power as phase

Quote:but in i12 rules any dom with a brain would wreck ur face offtrue.. but having fitness inherent (eventhough i think its a bad idea) will allow people of other armores to pick up tough/stealth, 2 travles. and or leadership/med..
it opens alot of options and close the gap between regen and the others.. but regen would still be the best def set under the post i13 system..
if they revert back to i12 pvp, and gave us inherent fitness.. then the gap between regen and the other def set would close greatly..
aaa can you pic ivuln scrap with 60% smsh/lehal. 30-40 everything else + 20% def
+300regen+ 1800 hp+ aidself, and still have dull pain... my god that would be great.!!!!!

no procs in impale? acrobatics? fire ball...im sure ur build would perform well because of all that rech and whatnot but it could perform alot better..like drop fireball for RoF, slotted for dmg and prcced out..and mroe procs in impale
and drop accro for melt armor...my build is not nearly as expensive and performs extremely well -
personally id go fire/shield scrapp, less AoE dmg but much higher ST so it can be great at everything in game as opposed to mainly farming, but it still makes a great farmer
-
i have been focusing most of my in game time on marketing/farming/ and...well pvping
im getting bored and am going to specc my mind/fire into a permadom pve build and
whats some fun content endgame (higher than lvl 30)
no i didnt buy GR -
-
any pointers?
most of the IO's i'll buy will be around 30-35ish but i was just too lazy to input the lvls into mids...this is for mainly TF's and general teaming

fire is melee oriented as is psi? not that complicated really
-
this game is simply becoming too easy...it would probably be best the devs think again about applying this, or at least add some restrictions...when/if this goes live as its planned i will:
1)stop pvping entirely,
2)stripp all my pvp toons and buy GR
3)PvE with my super pimped out toons for a month or so
4)sell my account....
this game is easy enough in pve as it is, and retarded enough in pvp... please devs, stop being stupid and adding new things and actually consider ideas smart people like mac give you...and fix UI's as well, basically the only thing in this game i consider challenging is the Cathedral of Pain, everything else is basically just a big bag of HP...at this rate i give this game 2 more years at most left -
dominate=fast,high dmg
mesmerize=highdmg, placate proc
levitate=high dmg, can set up 2 hit minispikes
confuse=pretty self explanatory
telekinesis=useful for leveraging a sleet/snipe or whatever after when your opponent hibers/phases -
the ill/rad will be an effective duelist and 2v2 partner, and good disruption...but the psi/em is basically the best thing u can use to effectively *learn* pvp....avoid starting out on the bs/regen it will cause some bad habits
-
this is the build ive been running,it is quite unkillable, actually very very very unkillable and the dmg is decent ty to all the prox...and to answer your question i dont have end problems...
