Tired of being beaten on, the Giant Monsters Association enter negotiations with the Ocho for their own Task Force."
If I am a winner, I permit NC Interactive, Inc. and NCsoft Europe Limited to use my name, likeness, photograph, hometown, and any comments that I may make about myself or this contest that I provide for advertising and promotional activities. I also certify that I am at least 13 years of age and am eligible to participate in this contest. -
I'm writing a villain for an upcoming arc, and I need to know something.
How do I set him up so that he starts off with ranged attacks, then shifts to his melee attacks if the players come up to him?
Say he's Fire Blast/Broadsword (hypothetically). -

After the umpteenth 'Super Size it' joke, Ocho now regrets having taken that part time job at Up and Away Burger. -
I would revamp:
- Pocket D so that it has much better flow to it, and looks a lot more like a dance club than some random warehouse floating in space. I would also change the Tiki Lounge into a Tiki Lagoon (including the ability to swim underwater in the lagoon), open up the Chalet Year round (but have the important NPC's only available during holidays), expand the Monkey Fight Club to have a larger arena, and add a fourth 'themed' lounge.
- The following Hazard Zones, making them more attractive to players by having actual story lines ending in mini-trials like the Cavern of Transcendence:
- Perez Park
- Boomtown
- Dark Astoria
- Terra Volta
- Crey's Folly
- Eden
- The Costume Editor, so that certain pieces would be available to more than just specific settings (like some of the helmet options being available to non-helmet wearers), as well as finishing off certain 'sets' (Steampunk boots, etc), and adding an asymmetrical option to areas like Gloves, Boots, and Shoulders.
- Finally, revamp Atlas Park and Galaxy City so that the starting contacts have DIFFERENT story arcs, as well as making the AP arcs more coherent.

Giant Monsters.
Simultaneous Multi-Click objectives.
Troy Hickman's pants.
The Cafeteria at Paragon Studios.
The Night Widow Dorms in Grandville.
Any Wizard's Well Comic Shop on New Comic Day. -
There are a lot of great designs (re-designs?) in this thread. I know who my favorites are.
-
I honestly don't have much in the way of art, but displaying it would depend on the piece.
-
I'll give this a shot.
Sagittarius + Year of the Ox = ??? -
That's going to be a great pic!
How do I know? Here's one Erudin got for me of my magical mousegirl, Nezumi-Ko:
I love it! -
Did you craft another Telepad? Each and every Telepad has to be crafted first, before you can put it in the base.
-
-
Those are pretty good. Nice work.
I love the 'Mouth of the Beast'.
-
Thank you both.
I like to have my bases functional, yet simple in their layout. It wasn't easy to get the castle feel like the way I've got it, and some of the rooms were tricky to fill, but I'm very proud of the way it turned out. -
In the courtyard of Castle Draconis (my main SG base) I put the Hazard Zone with the City Zone of the same level, roughly.
8 Telepads -
Atlas/Hollows
King's Row/Pocket D (not a HZ, I know, but there aren't any that connect)
Steel Canyon/Faultline (again, not an HZ, but Faultline connects to Skyway)
Talos Island/Dark Astoria
Croatoa/Striga Island
Brickstown/Crey's Folly
Founder's Falls/Eden
Peregrine Island/Rikti War Zone -
Michelle, you continue to astound me with both the quality of your videos, and their content.
Please, don't ever consider yourself 'untalented'.
-
I'd love to see your take on my magical mousegirl, Nezumi-Ko. Here's her turnaround: http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...Turnaround.jpg

For the past 2 years, and several incarnations, the SG base for the Champions of the Arcane, Castle Draconis has been slowly evolving. Well, thanks to two Apocalypse: Chance for Negative Damage Procs, I was able to complete it!
Here's the Entry Hall, which leads into the Central Courtyard, complete with Skylight and Memorial Flame.
To the east is the Hospital Wing, which contains the Resurrection Shrine and a small Recovery Room.
To the west, the Meeting Hall can accomodate up to two dozen members, with a central firepit and alcoves for private chat.
To the north, is the Power Chamber complete with extra Mana Crystals.
From here, to the east, is the Scrying Mirror, as well as the Mystic Library and Command Matrix
To the west of the Power Chamber, lies the Inventions Workshop, and the Main Research Library, containing everything a group needs to battle evil!
I'm proud of how it turned out.Now to work on actually recruiting people for it! All of this work was done mainly solo.

I've created a castle courtyard that holds 8 Telepads for my Base, and I was wondering:
Which 16 Beacons would be the most useful to connect? -
Probably gonna get flamed for this, but I don't care. I need to get this thought out.
The way I see it, Role Playing is a lot like Pizza.
Everyone loves good pizza, but not everyone enjoys the same toppings.
Some people like their pizza simple, like a good pepperoni or cheese pizza.
Some go hog wild with the toppings, putting everything and anything they can think of on it.
Or, others will go into specialty pizzas, like a Hawaiian, Chicago Deep Dish, or Sicilian style, where the sauce goes over the cheese.
And yet others will have nothing but exotic toppings, like goat's cheese, avocado, or even mayonnaise.
But there's one thing that holds true about pizza.
No one has ever lost friends or gotten into fights merely because they couldn't agree on toppings.
Just food for thought. -

'48 was an interesting year for Taclobanon's grandparents, I'll bet.
-
It takes about 60 Cashoos to make a decent batch of my Cashew chicken.
And most of my puns rate about 89 Taclobanons, if they catch the listener unawares.
