My Base
Those are pretty good. Nice work. I love the 'Mouth of the Beast'.
Thats a pretty nice fireplace
Enjoy your day please.
Thanks guys both of those took hours. The fireplace was my first project. I didn't copy it exactly but I relied heavily on ones that I had seen in After Hours' SG on hero side Virtue for inspiration. Just wanna give credit where credit is due.
LOL GhoulSlayer I just want to give you a quote I live by everyday in my job as a teacher that seems to apply very well to base building. For an inservice I watched a seminar given by Hary Wong and this has stuck with me "Every thing that works well in my classroom is NOT original! I STOOLLE IT!"
But yes I love to give credit where it is due and thank those people that I have stolen base ideas from. Keep up the great work.
Nice work, GhoulSlayer. Keep it up
Good freshman work there. Still a lot of potential, but off to a great start
Lie what you did with the floor in number 4. Was even more impressed that in 6 and 7 you used a safe as (gasp) a safe.
Enjoy your day please.
Nice work so far Ghoul, especially that office. Always liked those cabinets you used for walls etc.
Thanks again the frame is made out bookshelves there's over 1500 of them in it and the floor is from cabinets if you look closely you can see that the floor has 2 levels. I got the idea from my VG mate Mynd Games he did the same with his office. It isn't finished yet but when he's done I'll post pics of it too.
As promised here are some new pics including some stuff that was made by my VG mate Mynd Games. I'll explain them as I go.
The new entrance to our base I really didn't like the old one.
This is our Medbay it was designed by Mynd Games.
The gates of hell. The name explains itself. I spent more time trying to figure out how to make this room than I did making it but I'm very pleased with the outcome.
The Bad Place. This is a closer view of the hellish room.
The Hall of Kings. This is another of Mynd Games' creations. It leads into his room.
Hangar 1. This is a view of the hangar bay from the medbay. Notice the runway lights, the garage door rails, and the garage door opener.
Hangar 2. I took this pic to show the cables that run alongside the door as well as the door itself.
Hangar 3. Here's a shot of the flyer from the front.
Layout. Here's how our base is laid out. We'll probably move some things around to create better continuity once we get tired of building.
This is a new shot of our porter room. I added the rubble as stepping stones. I don't know if you can tell from this pic but they are all floating at different levels. I plan to create an oasis in there but we need a lot more prestige for that.
The rest of these are all pics of Mynd Games' room. He just finished it (mostly). I'll let the pics speak for themselves.

P.S. If anyone is looking for an active VG that loves to team together hit us up. The name of this VG is Venu Sovereignty and it resides on Freedom redside. The in-game contacts are @Ghoul Slayer and @Ma Yuan1.
I like it, well done!
I couldn't help notice your "hanger" is similar to our "garage".

If you want to see some different angles of the room for ideas or curiosity, let me know.
I actually didn't notice that the stepping stones are on different levels. Be sure to post a picture of the finished product of the Porter Room because it sounds awesome!
Ok, the base building bug has really started taking hold of me. I spent about 30 hours of the last 2 days working on our throne room. I am extremely proud of the results. Not only does it look amazing but I was able to make this entire room with very little of the glitchy squiggles that you normally see in a work of this magnitude. It came out beyond even my expectations. There are 1431 pieces in this room.
Let me give you a little idea of the lore that I am presently formulating for our base theme. Our base was hewn from the inside of an active volcano. What you see in the ceiling of the throne room is the bottom of a crab shaped alien spaceship which crashed into it. That's all I've got so far. More to come.
Without further ado I present the throne room of Venu Sovereignty:

Nice color scheme on the throne room. Sorry your addicted now, heh. Thanks for sharing your work!
Thank you Terra. Here's some more pics. These are from our TP room/Oasis which I'm still working on. I'll post more when finished.

The porters. I hung them to look like birdcages. The beacons sit right on the porters. Notice the floating stepping stones.

Here's an update on the lore of our VG. Our people are from the planet Venu. We're an alien race of insects that are far more evolved than modern humans. We crashed into an active volcano and are now marooned in the Rogue Isles. What you see in the ceiling of the throne room is the bottom half of our spaceship. Since we have no way to repair our ship we're making the best of a bad situation.

I just discovered stacking yesterday and I've been rather busy. I have made various base modifications using the stacking tool. I wanted to show them off and get some feedback and/or suggestions.
Mouth of the Beast This is the entrance to our tp room.
Enter the Dragon This is the base entrance. Not much stacking going on here except for the holograms that I put on bricks.
Riding High Showing off our base flyers.
Light My Fire The fireplace in our conference room.
Our teleporter room. I raised the porters so that they look like hanging birdcages. I also placed the beacons directly on the porters and added the crystals for decoration.
