Can you put in a space for Phantom Blue lvl 50 Ill/Sonic Controller?

If I remember correctly its lvl 30-35.

I could try to make it, could you put a space for Phantom Blue, Ill/Sonic Controller, Lvl 50?

Hi, as seeing the Guiness World Records Book 2008 is coming out soon, I'd like to do this. I will create a giant post of world records that have been peformed in CoH and CoV. Examples are ''Longest Lasting Team'', ''Most Weird Looking Hero/Villain'', and ''Longest Time In A Team Until A Player Chats''.

I'm not starting it atm, but I'm going to do it if there's good feedback.

One of the funniest moments in my hero career

Ok I just got my Claws/Regen up to 10. So any advice about what to slot in my powers? I haven't put any in yet, so advice would be helpful.

Stalkers are like ninjas. They disapper only to return with a killing bow. I don't mind if my attack doesn't do much damage, unless a Dom will freeze, immob etc where they are most vunrable. Then I can use some easy moves on em. When they come out, I will finish them off with the last killing blows.

You are a Stalker, yes, but great teammates can help you win. Well, Stalkers can solo I suppose.

Nice build. Only thing I would change is to slot nothing in Inhernet - there are other Enchancements that would be more useful by not putting it in Inhernet powers.
