Slot it like any other scrapper set really... 2 acc, 3 damage and an end reduction/recharge.
Probably better off with recharges what with being a /regen.
Priorities for levelling up (or at least what I did):
Eviscerate
Focus
Slash
Shockwave
Strike
Follow Up (you can get away with 2 acc and a recharge for a while, I found)
So basically slot slash first, then probably strike before you get focus then slot that, then I'd refer to the above list for priorities of other powers (if you take spin I'd put that between focus + slash)

Ok I just got my Claws/Regen up to 10. So any advice about what to slot in my powers? I haven't put any in yet, so advice would be helpful.
