What kind of well-built PvE team is not capable killing bosses? I prefer having more AoE's, b/c it was faster timewise to get rid of +4 bosses.

There was no reason for me to get a strong ST such as EM/ over a decent AoE.

get rid of it, unless you want to keep the 2.5% Defense(Ranged), 1.25% Defense(Energy), 1.25% Defense(Negative).

Good thing, your build doesn't look so expensive.

Also, do you really use Lightening Rod in PvP zones? =o

This might be just me, but I hardly ever use LD in zone PvP. =/

I'm still a big fan of EM/ and Spines/... so I'll just not start it =/ since I'm really biased xP

but go with /WP, if you're trying to decided which secondary to go among the three of what you've mentioned.

(though I still do PvE a lot.)

Other reason I wouldn't vote for your build would be more of how you slot your powers than power choices, since literally every combo(i'm even counting pool power sets too).

It bothers someone. It even weakens ST damage output.

That's why I would prefer something else other than EM if I'm building a PvE team.

Well PP attacks are doing a lot more than they should do these days. That's for sure. But I still like my toons to use attack powers from their own primary/secondary sets. =/

I used to hate Kin/Elec defenders, but I don't really see them anymore these days =x

Don't they instantly attack, if you're the only target? I don't think that'll work. That didn't work when I played actively =/ even with maxed out speed of running and jumping(and jumping height =P)
