We call them "noobs" or "newbs" or "n00bs"
But I won't hate/begrudge them at all. I'll just bore them with stories about how things "used to be".
As for the other part of your post... where's Phillygirl when I need her...

Quote:Give that man a cigarRight, sorry forgot for a bit that you're not a native English speaker. It's a play on words, with dummy also being a slang for someone of low intelligence. And now that I think about it, it works on a couple of levels, since that comment would most likely come from someone who primarily plays Villains, and would indeed think of Heroes as target drones.

Actually, we're phasing out Infinity Badges. If you're reading this, you should've migrated over to IB2 by now anyways.

A fantastic suggestion that you've obviously put alot of work into
I was with the idea until I got to this...
Quote:Ummm... no.Now.. For the Inherent power.
Leaders, being heroes, would gain a constant +15% HP buff while solo. For every teammate added (max of 3) they lose 5% of their HP buff and instead grant the team +2% Accuracy and +3% damage per teammate, maximum of 5 contributing teammates. They also gain this buff.
Marauders, being villains, would gain a 15% endurance discount while solo. With each teammate they added their own damage would increase by 5%, maximum of 5 contributing teammates. Teammates gain 1/2 of this buff.
A 15% endurance discount does not equate to a +15% HP buff. Not even close.
Other than that, looks great. -

Quote:This suggestion is brought up quite frequently in the Suggestion forum, and via private discussions with the devs. The general consensus is very much for this idea, but the devs are still working on a way to implement it.Okay, I didn't see any posts with this idea so I figured I'd throw it out there after talking about it for an extended period of time with some SG mates.
I, for one, have been here since CoV launched. When I rerolled my main last year, I lost the first 4 anniversary badges. It would be nice to get those back again.
With the upcoming side-switching system in GR, I know quite a few people that intend to reroll older characters. Making the previous anniversary badges global per account vice per character would definitely make that transition nicer. -

Quote:I have a lvl 50 fire/dark, and I use Flight. During battle, I'm almost always in Hover mode because I prefer to stay at range.Conceptually, flight fits my character better, but I'm not sure I'm willing to sacrifice performance for concept. Thoughts?
In the end, you should always go with concept... you'll be happier that way. -

Precisely my point. A good example would be the purple sleep set. Those IO's sell for considerably less than the damage sets. Perhaps the inclusion of more purple recipe sets (slow, fear, heal, etc) would eventually reduce the overall price of existing sets for everyone.

Quote:Run all of the missions each contact gives you, then get more contacts. Stay away from paper/scanner missions as much as possible. So I guess what I'm asking for are tips or recommendations for playing through as much of the content as possible both hero or villain side. Any input is helpful, thank you for your time.
